I became a mental health counselor or therapist- whatever you prefer to call me- but a person who believes that there are times in all our lives when we could use someone to help us work through whatever issues/concerns/crisis/problems we are facing to help us to work through them and come out in a more positive place on the other side. I graduated from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa in 2018 and Troy University with my masters in psychology and counseling in 2020. I enjoy spending time with my dogs, being outdoors and with quality family time.
