I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 17 years of experience working with children (ages 5–18), adults, couples, and families. I earned my Master of Arts in Guidance Counseling from Argosy University in 2008. I became a certified school counselor that same year, holding a professional certification through the Department of Education (Certification#1101243).
After several successful years in school counseling, I decided to expand my scope of practice and transition into therapy full-time. In October 2023, I became a Registered Mental Health Intern and subsequently completed a Post-Baccalaureate Certification in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University in June 2024.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to audiobooks, going for walks in the park, watching Netflix, and baking.

Hi there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida. I received my Master of Social Work from at the University of Central Florida. I'm a Florida native, where I've raised my children as a single mom and business owner. I have learned to roll with the punches and enjoy helping others not only survive, but thrive in adversity.
Do you feel like you are being held back because of a depressed mood, anxious feelings, or past trauma? Are you uncomfortable with being vulnerable, and trusting others? Are you struggling with shame or guilt? Imagine having meaningful relationships, feeling confident, and having more control over your life. What would that look like? If this interests, you then feel free to schedule an intake or a consultation. I am glad you found my page and would love to connect with you. I am not here to judge you! My job is to create a safe, non-judgmental space to guide and support you as you work on creating the path you want to take.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and New York. I received my Masters from University of Tennessee, Knoxville and have been practicing for 22 years. I have worked with diverse clients from childhood through end of life. My passion has been assisting clients to process their addictions and traumas so they can live their most fulfilled life.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 5 years of experience in the Mental Health Counseling and Rehabilitation fields. My experience is varied as I have worked with veterans, women, children, victims of abuse, couples, families, and teenagers. I use a client-centered approach that focuses on increasing the clients' insight and giving them the tools so that they can navigate life's problems on their own.
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting adults and couples as they navigate life’s transitions and pursue meaningful growth. Whether you are a college student or recent graduate adjusting to a new season of life, an individual facing anxiety or depression, or a couple preparing for marriage or working to strengthen your relationship, I strive to provide guidance that feels both supportive and practical.
My Christian faith shapes my personal values; however, I work with people from all backgrounds and beliefs. Faith-based perspectives are incorporated into counseling only if a client specifically desires it.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing and work toward the emotional and personal goals that matter most to you.
I have experience working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, relationship challenges, marriage and premarital preparation, and parenting. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change. My background as a behavioral specialist in community mental health allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents raising children with these diagnoses.
In my work with couples, I draw from my experience as a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator to help partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships.
When working with individuals, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools and strategies so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with over 10 years of experience as a therapist and a proud U.S. Army veteran who served in Afghanistan, where I achieved the rank of Sergeant (E5). My military background gives me firsthand insight into discipline, resilience, stress, transitions, and many of the unique challenges faced by boys, men, service members, veterans, fathers, and families.
I primarily work with boys, teenage males, and adult men who are experiencing behavioral challenges, anger, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. As both a clinician and a father, I understand the importance of helping boys and men build confidence, increase emotional awareness, strengthen communication, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges.
My approach is calm, supportive, practical, and straightforward. I work to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly about what you are experiencing without feeling criticized or pressured. Together, we focus on understanding the patterns that may be holding you back and developing practical tools you can use in everyday life.
I am especially passionate about helping boys, young men, fathers, service members, and veterans strengthen emotional resilience, improve relationships, manage difficult emotions, and become more confident in how they handle challenges at home, school, work, and in their personal lives.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent two decades teaching and coaching young adults, which means I am fluent in motivation, humor (sometimes sarcasm), and the art of redirecting chaos into purpose. This makes me particularly tuned in to working with veterans, teens/young adults, neurodivergent powerhouses and anyone who is looking for a unique version of therapy. I blend advocacy, multicultural awareness, and deep compassion to support clients through the hard stuff while celebrating the good stuff.

My calling is to encourage and support my clients on their journeys to improving their relationships with others and more importantly, with themselves. I believe that each of us has the power to heal and grow as individuals. My goal, through the use of therapy, is to educate, empower, and provide clients with the necessary tools to cope with life’s challenges.
Hi, I’m Abby, and I love supporting individuals who seem to have it all together on the outside, yet internally are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or a sense of disconnection. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning and successful in different areas of life, but beneath the surface they may feel stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach is warm, intentional, and deeply personalized. I believe therapy is about more than learning coping skills—it’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level and creating meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll explore the underlying patterns shaping your experiences and work toward greater emotional clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches. I view symptoms like anxiety not as something “wrong” with you, but as meaningful signals that deserve curiosity and compassion. I strive to help clients develop a healthier and more connected relationship with themselves.
Therapy with me is collaborative, focused, and supportive while still allowing space for deeper healing and growth.

My name is John A. Llauget. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Educational Specialist Degree in Counseling from University of South Florida. My career in mental health in 1977 working in a psychiatric hospital; and later as a outpatient therapist in a community mental health center working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I was licensed in Florida in 1986 as a Mental Health Counselor and have maintained my license since that date. Also I have worked as an employee assistance counselor, school counselor, associate professor at an international university, and court evaluator for guardianship cases. For 20 years I worked as a cancer counselor with oncology clients helping them cope with illness, stress, and emotional distress.
Additionally I have maintained a practice and interest in Traditional Okinawan Uechi-Ryu, earning a Masters rank in that system of training. I have used martial training with children & adolescents to develop self-control and self esteem. Later when I began working with an elderly population and clients dealing with physical limitations, I taught Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation as a way to improve their health, well-being, and cope with stress. My therapeutic style centers around getting to know a client, develop trust, and talking more explicitly about issues before making any recommendations. I am a strong advocate of evidence-based treatments and teaching ‘tools’ to cope with stress and emotional difficulties. I have gained training in trauma treatment because we now know that it is prevalent in our life experiences. I value compassion, persistence, and patience in working towards change. I look forward to working with you. I also value your time and want to use it productively in assisting you to reach your therapeutic goals.

I believe in the power of education, helping my clients understand how their behaviors and past experiences shape their present circumstances and future potential. I am now accepting clients in the State of Florida and Tennessee.

I work collaboratively with my clients to uncover the how, when, what, and why of their struggles, so they can better understand the underlying causes of their issues. By addressing these root causes, I believe individuals can begin to break the cycle of unhealthy behaviors and make meaningful changes in their lives.
If you are struggling with emotional or behavioral challenges, I am here to help you gain clarity, learn new coping strategies, and create a path toward lasting change. Together, we can work toward understanding and healing so you can live a more fulfilling life.

I was once told "the happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts". Since then, I have become a firm believer that we are ultimately the author and master of our own life's story. Have difficult relationships, grief, trauma, world events, family dynamics, or even daily life stressors made you feel otherwise? Let me help you find the narrative threads that will assist you in reweaving the fabric of your life.
Hey there, I’m Dr. Gittelson (you can call me Dr. G. for short) and I'm a licensed clinical psychologist.
I know how difficult it can be to start therapy, and if you are reading this then you have already taken a step to getting started and that is a huge win! Whether you are seeking therapy in-person or from the comfort of your couch (pet cameos are always welcome), I aim to create a space that is grounded, supportive, and free of judgement. I am so glad that you are here!
If you’re interested, below is a little more about how I developed my clinical background and areas of training:
My path in psychology began at Florida International University, where I earned my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. I later completed my Psy.D. at Nova Southeastern University, with training in neuropsychological assessment as well as clinical work in foster care and the dependency court system. During my doctoral internship at the Mental Health Center of Florida, I worked across community mental health, family court, and private clinical settings with a wide range of individuals and families. I went on to complete my postdoctoral fellowship at Alliance for Psychological Services, where I provided therapy and psychological assessments in forensic and high-intensity settings, including court-mandated work involving family court, dependency court, and the Department of Corrections. Today, I provide both therapy and psychological assessment. My clinical work often centers around anxiety, depression, trauma histories, life transitions, and complex family dynamics. I also have a strong interest in sports and performance psychology, particularly in supporting athletes and high-performing individuals who want to strengthen the connection between mental and physical performance.

Hello, I'm Rose-Marie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Life can be stressful at times and it can be hard to cope with the everyday changes and curve balls thrown at you. Sometimes we don't think about the importance of our mental health. We struggle with adjusting to the changes life sends our way and may end up becoming anxious or depressed. In today's busy world we find ourselves playing multiple roles that require a lot of our time. We may even find it hard to communicate our feelings, emotions, wants and needs in our various relationships. As a result we may neglect to take care of ourselves or may focus more on one of our roles while neglecting the others. As a working mother of two, I totally get this and I am passionate about helping other parents navigate these demands. I can help you explore and find ways to cope. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help address the thoughts that led to depression and increased persistent anxiety. I also use Solution Focused Therapy to look at what worked and how to do more of it.
The great thing is that you took the first step by seeking a therapist. This can be scary, but I believe in creating an open and safe environment for you to share issues and feelings without feeling judged. I work with you at a pace you feel comfortable with while building the therapeutic relationship.
Hi, I’m Trish. Life can feel really heavy at times. Whether it’s stress from work, changes in relationships, past experiences that still affect you, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
I know how hard it can be to reach out for help. As someone who has utilized therapy myself, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to sit across from someone and share the parts of your life that may feel messy, complicated, or difficult to explain. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as your whole self, without judgment or the pressure to have it all figured out.
I’m an open, compassionate, and neurodivergent-affirming therapist who believes therapy should feel human. I’ll listen, support you, and offer tools and new perspectives, while also gently challenging you when it can help you move toward your goals. We’ll work at a pace that feels manageable and meaningful for you.
And while healing can involve some difficult conversations, I don’t believe therapy has to feel heavy all the time. I like to have fun, laugh, and make room for the lighter moments along the way. Mental wellness and healing are journeys, and I want you to have someone beside you who can hold space for the hard stuff while reminding you that there is still room for joy.
My role is to walk alongside you as you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, navigate life’s challenges, and find your way back to feeling more like you.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, or relationship struggles, I provide a safe, compassionate space where healing and growth can take place. I use evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care—and for those who desire, I integrate Christian counseling to support spiritual and emotional restoration. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with purpose and clarity.
Are you struggling with challenges that affect your emotional health and wellbeing? Do past experiences feel like they're limiting your potential? Are you looking for a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings?
I'm a licensed psychotherapist who believes the therapeutic relationship is the most powerful catalyst for change. My goal is to partner with you toward your desired goals in a supportive, collaborative environment — working together to foster positive change and build strategies for self-empowerment.
I'm trained in EMDR therapy, based on the idea that our brains have a natural system for processing experiences so we can retain what serves our growth. When disturbing experiences overwhelm that system — or we lack the context to make sense of what happened — the effects can linger. EMDR uses bilateral (left-right) stimulation to activate the brain's natural processing system, helping you work through difficult experiences and release what no longer serves you.
I believe our past shapes our present and future, in both adaptive and maladaptive ways. I'd be honored to help you on your journey toward inner peace, self-love, and fulfillment.
You are not alone and here is a safe space!
Greetings! I am Roosevelt Badger, LCSW, and I am passionate about helping individuals, and families enhance their lives and achieve meaningful recovery! Welcome! I want to take this opportunity to say congratulations for taking the first step towards your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. It is a huge commitment, and it is brave of you to want to invest the time and effort in yourself and work towards whole-being healing. You are invited to spend valuable time caring and nurturing yourself. My sole priority is to work on what is relevant and important to you. The goal if for you to be proactive in your healing journey and recognize you have the power and the choice to live a true and authentic life. Hi, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and am also licensed in Maine (LCPC). I received my masters in Rehabilitation and Mental Health from the University of South Florida. I work with my clients on their mental health struggles (trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, and coping skills to name a few) to enable them to manage their mental health so it is not interfering with their daily functioning and they can be the best version of themselves.
If you’re here, you might be carrying pain that started long before adulthood—pain from childhood experiences, family dynamics, or relationships that taught you to stay small, silent, or strong for others. You might still hear those old internal messages: “I’m not enough,” “I’m too much,” or “I have to hold everything together.” I want you to know: you don’t have to carry this alone anymore.
I’m a trauma-informed therapist specializing in EMDR, DBT, CBT, and inner child work. I help trauma survivors, anxious overthinkers, chronic self-critics, and those healing from emotionally complicated families reconnect with themselves and build a life that feels safe, calm, and authentic. I bring five years of experience working with individuals who feel stuck between who they are and who they want to become.
My style is warm, grounding, and collaborative. I show up as a real human—not a distant clinician—offering a balance of compassion, clarity, and practical tools. I help you understand your emotional world, reconnect with the parts of you that learned to survive, and begin healing the inner child who deserved more care, safety, and love than they received.
In therapy, you’ll learn to regulate overwhelming emotions, break cycles of self-doubt, understand your triggers, and finally build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself. I work from a place of inclusivity, authenticity, and deep respect for your lived experience.
If you’re ready to stop surviving and start truly living—to feel safer in your body, kinder toward yourself, and more connected to who you were meant to be—I’m here to walk beside you. Your healing starts now.

Do you feel at times your distressing emotions are a non-stop express train in that it seems impossible to stop the train? Are there times you feel overwhelmed by your negative thoughts? Is it a challenge for you to manage your emotions? As an LMHC, I help individuals develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate their emotions, and learn to identify/change unhelpful thought patterns that negatively influence their behavior and emotions.
Warm, unconditionally accepting, positively energetic, and professional—these are the qualities a counselor who once saved my life possessed, and they are the qualities I bring with conviction to my practice. Life is a journey, and I want to help you continue building a happy and peaceful path. From the moment we begin our first session, my goal is to create a warm and nurturing atmosphere that fosters growth.
I employ an integrated approach to therapy, utilizing CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy.
I like to use a gentle, caring, non-judgmental and creative approach utilizing modalities such as ACT, CBT, EMDR, ART and therapeutic art. My office is in Neptune Beach, FL. I see individuals, couples and families.
I got into counseling because I love to listen! It was second nature to me, growing up. I also delved into the works of Carl Jung as a teen, and never looked back. Images, metaphors, archetypes and dreams all inform my practice; they help us process and resolve questions.

Welcome! I'm Ryan. Are you feeling the waves of life? Some waves are gentle and predictable, while others seem to come out of nowhere and knock us completely off balance. Relationships can become challenging to navigate when we are experiencing such waves. I will meet you where you're at to help you achieve a feeling of wellness.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I am well trained in other modalities as well.
I understand that it takes courage to seek help, and it's not easy to face fear. I do not believe that "you are your diagnosis". Rather, I will view you "as a a unique individual facing some challenges". My background and training is unique, and I think you will find that I see things very differently than most clinicians.
I look forward to working with you!

I am passionate about helping clients uncover their strengths, develop coping strategies, and cultivate resilience to thrive in their lives. My collaborative and empathetic style allows me to work alongside clients as they navigate complex emotions, interpersonal challenges, and significant life transitions. Whether guiding individuals through moments of crisis or empowering couples and families to rebuild connections, I am dedicated to facilitating positive change and fostering lasting well-being.
If you or someone you know is seeking compassionate and professional support to address issues related to mental health, relationships, grief, or life adjustments, I am here to provide personalized care and guidance. Together, we can embark on a journey towards healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
I am a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping clients navigate burnout. I am passionate because I have been there and was tired of getting unhelpful answers from people who meant well but did not seem to understand. Advice like ‘sleep it off’ and ‘take a deep breath’ we're common and it felt like I was putting a bandaid on a gaping wound. I promise, life does not need to be a constant cycle of burning out and starting again. Through our work together we will explore ways to ‘stitch’ the gaping wound so you are actually able to heal and move towards a more balanced life.
Through our work together I will use imagery and analogies to help you better understand how and why your body and mind is reacting the way it is. Like a birds eye view, I am able to see some of the signs that are right in front of you but are too zoomed in to see clearly. In a non-judgmental space I use education and a bit of humor to help you see the full picture and move towards a healthier balance.
Hi, I'm Kate! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who graduated from Pace University and has been in the field for 15 years. I help teens, young adults and mothers manage their stress and become the best versions of themselves! I use a person centered approach and feel as though therapy should be tailored to each individual and their needs.
I've spent the last eleven years accompanying people toward something better as an independently licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults who are ready to make real changes but aren't sure where to start. I'm relaxed, direct, and focused on making every session count. I also happen to think I'm pretty funny, so I have that going for me!
Hi there, my name is Kelly Evans, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe that the therapy room is a special place where real transformation can occur. I am honored to have the opportunity to listen, understand, and support my clients as they share their experiences with me.
My approach to therapy is centered around hope and positivity. I encourage my clients to challenge themselves and embrace personal growth by exploring their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, genuine space where you can be yourself and find the healing and the change you seek.
I am deeply committed to helping my clients lead happier and healthier lives. Let's connect and see how I can make a difference in your life. I would be honored to support you on your journey.
I have a Master of Arts degree in forensic psychology and have maintained a career within the criminal justice system for over two decades. In addition, I have been a licensed mental health professional for over 10 years. My purpose in life is to inspire, empower and support others so they can develop into, and function from, their best selves. This fueled my desire to form Stronger Than Fear, LLC, a company that offers coaching, therapy, and empowerment services, and to publish the Stronger Than Fear Empowerment Journal. In processing current and past stressors, I will help you replace unhelpful ways of thinking. I will empower you by teaching you skills to process emotions in a healthy way, engage in positive relationships, and develop a more balanced lifestyle.

Hello! Congrats on taking the first step (often the hardest) on your healing journey! I graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Psychology, MEd in Mental Health Counseling, and an EdS degree. I have specialized experience with students, athletes, and high-performers navigating anxiety, performance, pressure, identity, and life transitions so they can feel grounded, confident, and in control without sacrificing their mental health. I am also a Certified Mental Performance Consultant and integrate these strategies when I work with athletes and those who are having performance difficulties. My overall clinical experience ranges from outpatient therapy for ages 3+ to crisis counseling at a children’s psychiatric hospital. I enjoy working with the emerging adulthood population - helping them explore and survive all the "scaries" that come with growing up!
Are you experiencing a time of transition? Are you facing difficulty with a particular challenge that is impacting your mental health? Are you a person of faith seeking to incorporate your beliefs/spiritual practices in your mental health care plan?
If you answered yes to any of the questions above, I want you to know that you do not have to manage your problems alone.
As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in faith-based ministries and a Master of Divinity (MDiv), I look forward to creating a welcoming virtual space where you can address barriers and create paths for your mental health and overall wellness.
I am passionate about providing therapy to:
1. First and second-generation people impacted by im/migration, xenophobia, and racism.
2. Adults who struggle with self-worth, anxiety, and a sense of self due to conflict with family of origin or adverse childhood experiences.
3. Millenials and GenZers coping with crises related to employment, career, finances, relationships, boundaries, self-care, transitions and the daily demands of “adulting”.
4. Persons whose faith tradition and background have an impact on their wellbeing, decision-making, lifestyle, and mental health.
Together, we will assess and prioritize needs, identify goals, create a treatment plan, evaluate progress, celebrate success, and make changes as necessary.
I encourage you to reach out for support today. Your mental health matters!
