Greetings! I’m Sarah. I emphasize healing the mind and body by learning how to regulate the nervous system and build anchors to manage day-to-day stress and life’s unpredictable lows. I help clients to heal wounds, increase self-awareness, and find their joy. I am your co-pilot, and together we will utilize your strengths, build insight, and discover the amazing person that has been you all along.
In our first session we will get to know each other and discuss the goals for therapy and how I can help. We will move at your pace.
I believe in your strengths and I trust your process. I have spent many years researching the best and truest modalities for mental health and I can confidently say I have discovered precious gems. Psychology is a science and there are formulas for healing the mind, body and soul. The goal of therapy is to find the formula that fits your background, characteristics, and personality.
I love working with people who are willing to be honest and open-minded to the healing process. Building a rich, internal world takes time, and healing can happen in leaps and bounds. Clients who utilize their strengths and invite courage and curiosity do best.

Sarah made me realize how mental health works in terms of energy. She's very warm and understanding, and she made me realize that what I'm feeling is not wrong or invalid, it is just a part of who I am and everyone feels that way as well.
