I graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor of Science in Psychology. I graduated from my Master's Degree in 2009 and have been helping people since then. I am a mother to four children ages 10-14

Hi! I'm a bilingual licensed therapist (LCSW) who is fluent in English and Spanish located in Florida. I received my Masters from the University of South Florida . I also have a Doctoral Degree with clinical specialization from the University of Kentucky. As a therapist, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to succeed, and I feel the need to assist those who struggle with their mental health.

I have been in the field for over 20 years. I have found myself over the years working with truly and eclectic group of people. My clients tend to be solution focused, open to understanding who they are and what they really want out of life. I have a unique understanding of alternative lifestyles and relationships. I approach therapy as client centered, meaning this is your time, judgment free zone and nothing is off limits for discussion. My clients drive the topics with my support and suggestions to help get them on the road to their personal goals. I use more of a fire-side chat approach to helping drive toward your wants and needs. My sessions are not typically clinical and "stuffy" but an open dialogue that uses humor and compassion.
