I earned my bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of South Florida and my Master of Social Work from Walden University. I love the therapeutic process and have a strong desire to empower others by enhancing their well-being through psychotherapy.

I obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology and served for over ten years in the social services field, specializing in women and children victims of trauma, specifically in the area of domestic violence and sexual assault. After completing a master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, in 2019, I have worked in private practice and non-for-profit organizations providing services to individuals, couples, and families, with an array of mental health and emotional issues ranging from depression, anxiety, infidelity, communication, self-esteem, family conflict, parenting, and ADHD. Hi Everyone, I am a Licensed Counselor in Central Florida for the last 3 years. I have worked and volunteered in a variety of settings including a crisis hotline, private practice, and mentor to homeless teenage girls. I also worked with at-risk male youth and young fathers in East Harlem. I volunteered with incarcerated men in New York and on a Native American Reservation in Arizona. I have a lot of experience working in substance abuse treatment settings helping clients to explore triggers for their behaviors as well as coping skills for maintaining sobriety. I now work with adults and my areas of focus are anxiety, addictions and trauma.
