That being said, the psychodynamic approach is one of the primary approaches I utilize in therapy to help identify patterns from our childhood which affect our behaviors, actions, and relationships in our present life. I use Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as my other treatment methods to help clients embrace their present lives, identify patterns of thinking, and reframe negative thoughts.
