Hello, I am Juliet
Are you at the point where you know something has to change?
I help adults cope with the challenges of being a caregiver while struggling with anxiety and depression, teaching you techniques that will allow you to realize your strengths and maximize your potential. The fact that so many of us work to make ends meet or support our passions, along with juggling family life and work responsibilities, leaves us feeling overwhelmed. This roller coaster ride of caregiving may seem endless. Know that you are not alone; caregivers can feel overwhelmed with grief, racing thoughts, on edge, or stagnant and need a soft guide to help them move through the Journey.
My services come with a unique approach to telehealth therapy. The decision to seek help takes courage, and I want to support you in rebuilding your sense of self and the world around you. Perhaps you feel disconnected from the life you want or overwhelmed with the day-to-day aspects of being a parent, spouse, or caretaker. By working with you, I want to help you identify the areas of your life that are troubling you and help you improve your self-awareness, grow as a person, and regain your self-confidence.
Now is the time to take the first step toward change. Let's talk!

I’m Alece Coleman—a wife, mother of three, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Supervisor in New Jersey, and a woman whose life and work are deeply rooted in faith. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, and I am licensed to practice in New Jersey, Georgia, and Florida. I hold a firm belief that clients should never feel they have to leave their faith, culture, or identity outside the therapy room. These parts of who we are can be essential to understanding our struggles, building resilience, and experiencing lasting healing.
I have been a social worker for over 10 years. I graduated from Boston College and am an LICSW in Massachusetts. Hello! I am Shakeyla, a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina, North Carolina. and Florida. I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and the owner of The Flourishing Place. I specialize in helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. My empathetic and collaborative approach empowers clients to heal, set boundaries, and flourish in every aspect of their lives.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from North Carolina. I got my Master of Social Work degree from the Joint MSW program at NC A&T State University. My husband is in the military and we have moved multiple times since then. I am also a mother to 3 young children. I help adults examine their behavior patterns to become "unstuck" and live their life to the fullest.
Healing begins when you feel seen, safe, and free to show up exactly as you are. My work is rooted in creating that kind of space, one where your story is honored, your emotions are welcome, and your growth unfolds without judgment. I blend mindfulness, somatic awareness, and acceptance-based practices with an intuitive, heart-centered approach that helps you reconnect to your own strength, spirit, and wisdom.
I hold every session with empathy and compassion, but also with realness. I believe in truth-telling that heals, the kind that may not always be easy to hear but always comes from love and respect for who you are becoming. Together, we explore not only why patterns exist but how to shift them in the body and in daily life. Our work invites peace back into your nervous system and power back into your choices.
I walk beside those who are ready to stop surviving and begin living in alignment with their wholeness. You do not need to be fixed. You need to be met, witnessed, and reminded of the power that has always been yours. In this space, healing is sacred, personal, and deeply human.
I’m a North Carolina–licensed clinical mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through some of life’s toughest challenges. I bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to therapy and believe in creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. Whether you’re facing something recent or carrying pain from the past, I work with you to build practical tools for healing and growth.
A proud North Carolina native, I hold a B.S. from Western Carolina University, an M.S. in counseling from Webster University, and a doctorate in psychology from Liberty University. I’m passionate about helping you find clarity, strength, and hope—one step at a time.
As a therapist, I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves on a deeper level and feel more grounded in their lives. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to explore how thoughts, emotions, and relationships influence well-being. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back, strengthen your coping tools, and create meaningful changes that support greater connection, confidence, and balance.
Hello! My name is Kathleen Walker. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. In my thirties, I decided to change careers and began my studies and work in the Mental Health field. During the last ten years of education and practice, my love for this work has grown exponentially. I have a deep respect for people who are attempting to work towards bettering their lives, no matter where they are in that process. So much of my experience involves working with those who are fighting addiction and impulse issues. I have also worked alongside individuals with histories of trauma, grief, depression, anxiety and much more.
I believe in using evidence based approaches and techniques that most speak to the individual I am working with – in other words, I believe in meeting people where they are in their lives right now.
Whether you are battling addiction or depression or simply wanting support in a life change, I look forward to sharing in your journey toward meeting your goals!
Life feels heavy right now. You’re carrying burdens you never expected, wondering where God is in the midst of it all. The dreams you once had feel distant, and the plans you believed were aligned with God’s will seem to have fallen apart. You’re trying to navigate the transitions, the questions, and the emotions, but it’s exhausting, and you feel alone in the struggle. I want you to know: you’re not alone, and this moment is no accident. God led you here to learn how much He's actually put inside of you, which are MANY things beyond your imagination!
Hello! I'm Dr. Diedre Wade, and I'm honored to walk alongside of you to better your life. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor in Kentucky and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety or self-esteem, and/or self-care. I have a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, so my full-time job is teaching counselors-in-training how to help their own future clients. I also have a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling with over 13 years' experience working in private practice, inpatient behavioral health, residential treatment, Drug Court, and a jail. These different settings have developed me into a compassionate and caring provider who is eager to help! I'm a former competitive bodybuilder, so I know how pressures of sport and goals can lead to perfectionism and anxiety.
After trips to Africa, I renamed my practice Acacia Vitality: I got to see some mighty Acacia trees (along with animals who love them)! These trees stand the test of time and survive elephants shaking them as well.
Like the acacia tree that thrives in the harshest conditions, true mental toughness and resilience grow strongest through adversity.
I was so inspired by this concept that I now center my practice and research around it.

Hi. I'm Marquita and I've been a social worker for 15 years and counting. I strive to help my clients navigate this challenging journey we know as life. Sometimes on this journey, we experience things such as anxiety, depression, life changes, set backs, and other bumps in the road, but what I've learned is that we can almost always navigate through or around them and keep on going.
I use some conventional as well as unconventional techniques to work with my clients. I like to start where you are and not where I think you should be.
We will use a mixture of cognitive behavioral, behavioral, mindfulness, and many other techniques to help us solve problems that we identify. I say "we", because we will do this together, but I allow you to drive. That just means I trust that you know yourself better than I do, but I will strive to help you find out just how strong you are and empower you to thrive in your life.
We can do this together!

As a Licensed Psychotherapist in Florida, Georgia, New Hampshire and Texas, I am dedicated to fostering healing and personal growth through an integrative approach to mental health. My practice is built on the belief that true healing involves the mind, body, and spirit, and this conviction led me to embrace the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method as a powerful tool in my therapeutic work.
With extensive training in trauma-informed care, I have witnessed the profound impact that somatic practices can have on emotional and psychological healing. The Trauma Conscious Yoga Method not only complements traditional psychotherapy but also enhances my clients' ability to process trauma at a deeper level. By merging mindfulness-based yoga techniques with evidence-based therapeutic practices, I create a safe space where individuals can explore their feelings, release tension, and cultivate resilience.
My approach is tailored to meet each client's unique needs, blending talk therapy with mindful movement and breathwork. This experiential method empowers clients to reconnect with their bodies, develop greater self-awareness, and foster a sense of grounding and stability. I am passionate about guiding individuals on their journeys toward healing, helping them reclaim their stories and find peace in their bodies.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life stressors, or the lasting effects of trauma, my goal is to empower you to reclaim your narratives and move toward a place of balance and inner peace. I am here to support you in discovering the strength and tools you possess within. Together, we can embark on a transformative path toward wellness and self-empowerment.

I integrate evidence-based approaches with a warm, humanistic style, creating a safe space where clients can explore their emotions, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their sense of purpose and well-being.
Fulfilling our potential is a lifelong journey of becoming more at peace with ourselves, deepening the intimacy in our relationships, being more authentically human, and feeling more alive each day. Along the way, certain challenges arise to cause us distress or confusion. Such moments can make us feel held back, afraid, or unsure of where to go from here. But these moments can also be the points of growth and healing from which we renew ourselves in ways we did not think possible.
It is a great privilege helping men and women in their search to improve their relationship with themselves and others, to lessen the burden of emotional pain, to experience freedom from addictions, or to embark on new life challenges - to find the hope and courage needed to take those important next steps.

Prior to starting my private practice I was working for the Veterans Health Administration and I remain passionate about continuing to be an advocate for Veterans to educate them about and link them to resources and services that are available to them.
Hi there, I'm Sarika Griffin, a native Floridian who transplanted to Omaha, Nebraska, three years ago. I am a daughter, sister, niece, aunt, cousin, friend, survivor of sexual/dating violence, suicide attempt survivor, and dog mom who advocates for the voiceless—at the same time, changing the stigma of mental health care in the Black/African American community. I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Florida and a Master of Social Work from Florida State University.
Is there something you are struggling to move past something?
I empower clients to become the best version of themselves after a trauma. Together we can process these past experiences and get you to a new normal.
I live by the philosophy of Lena Horne's words, "It's not the load that breaks you down; it's the way you carry it."
My therapy style is empowering, warm, enthusiastic, direct, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and take the first steps toward change.
I am here to support you if you are ready to take that step.
Hi! I am Stacy McCarty-Nash, but just Stacy will do! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Supervisor (LMFT-S) and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor/Mentor. Hi everyone, welcome to your safe space! Take a breath, relax, and allow me to introduce myself. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving the states of Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. I have a passion for helping clients learn & master healthy coping strategies that will help them better manage their symptoms. In this thing called life, we often face challenges that can seemingly feel overwhelming. Rest assured you are not alone; millions struggle daily in finding ways to cope. I am a proud graduate of the University of Georgia Graduate School (MSW) and the University of Alabama at Birmingham (BSW).
Educated and trained at Rutgers, Harvard, Savannah State, and the University of Pennsylvania, Michael Mack started his career over 25 years ago at the Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic, where he focused in Structural Family Therapy (SFT) developed by Salvador Minuchin, a pioneer in child and adolescent therapy. In addition, he has been trained by the Beck Institute and Linehan Institute/Behavioral Tech in evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Throughout life, we all experience some form of trauma, and I was no exception. Adversity often felt like my middle name. One of the most impactful influences in my teenage years was my school counselor, who truly “understood the misunderstood” and with whom I still keep in touch more than 25 years later.
My passion for psychology has stayed strong throughout my life—whether evidence-based or holistic, I’m eager to learn it, apply it, and share it with others. I believe my purpose is to support people through both my knowledge and my personal experiences. I am grateful for the trust parents place in me to support their children and teens who feel unheard or misunderstood, as well as adults who feel lost or broken on their journey.
Life is not always an easy path—but you don’t have to walk it alone. Let’s take the journey together.

Hi, my name is Luz, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the journey into a community mental health career. I have experience in mobile crisis response, trauma, forensic mental health concerns.
To explain who I am as a therapist, I reflect back to my role as an educator. In the classroom, there was a movement for the teacher to be less of a “sage on the stage” (teacher-centered approach) and more of a “guide on the side” (student-centered). To me, therapy is a lesson plan for a learning experience. It's a guide to develop what the client needs to learn in order to cope with whatever barriers are showing up in the client's life, whether that barrier is an internal issue, such as self-image, or how to cope with work stress.
My therapeutic perspective is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support in an atmosphere of respect and safety while allowing clients to be the experts of their lives, much like “a co-pilot, a sous chef, or an assistant manager” of a client-therapist relationship. I use solution-focused elements to help move toward desired goals, cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and motivational interviewing to help gain understanding and clarity. Outside of traditional therapy, I enjoy the practices of mindfulness, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki.
Finding a therapist that's the right fit can be a challenging task, but taking that first step towards a healthier you is worth it. I look forward to working with you to help break down those barriers and make progress in areas that most matter to you.
