Welcome, I'm glad you're here! While I am relatively new to the Grow Therapy platform, I am a seasoned counselor with over 20 years of experience. I am a Licensed Mental Health counselor in the state of Florida and I am also a Certified Rehabilitation counselor. I have a masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Florida. I have specialized training and experience working with people who have disabilities such as medical/health, psychological, learning, physical, and sensory diagnoses. Taking the first step toward counseling can feel overwhelming, but it is also the beginning of building momentum for change. In my work with clients, I focus on creating a supportive and collaborative space where your experiences are heard and valued. Together, we’ll explore your challenges and strengths, using evidence-based approaches to transform insight into action. I believe that even small steps forward can create meaningful momentum, helping you move towards resilience, healing, and growth. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build the confidence and tools needed for lasting change. I offer virtual counseling to anywhere in Florida and offer flexible appointment times including evenings and weekends. I hope to meet with you soon! *In accordance with Florida ethical standards and to maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries and role clarity, I am unable to accept adolescent clients involved in active custody disputes, parenting plan litigation, or reunification therapy. If the adolescent's parents are separated or share legal guardianship, it is essential that the other parent or legal guardian provide consent to therapy before beginning. **Furthermore, services provided are strictly therapeutic in nature for adults and adolescents and I do not participate in legal proceedings nor do I provide forensic services, evaluations, expert opinions, testimony, affidavits, or written documentation for use in legal matters or for court use.

My name is Sharon Ehrlich and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working as a Therapist. I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors and a Masters in Social Work. I became licensed two years after I graduated and received this license in the State of Florida. I have experience working with children and families in the foster care system, children at school and adults in a hospital setting in the Behavioral Health Unit. I have worked with clients who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, school stress, and conflicts in the family. I use a client centered approach and start where the client is and take it from there. The client's goals are important and the sessions will focus on what the client would like to work on first. It takes courage to ask for help and I'm so happy that you did. We can work on these goals together and please let me know when you would like to set up a session. :)

I work with adults who are navigating depression, relationship struggles, substance use and co-occurring disorders, complicated family dynamics, academic or career stress, life transitions, and the impact of trauma. Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to meet you where you are and create a space that feels supportive, steady, and real. In our work together, I bring curiosity, reflection, and a bit of humor into the room. I draw from approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, and I tailor our sessions to what feels most helpful for you. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we’ll figure out what works best—together. I aim to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, make room for difficult emotions, and practice being a little kinder to yourself along the way. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical—it can be thoughtful, engaging, and even relieving. Clients often describe me as both compassionate and direct. You don’t have to do this alone. I’d be honored to be on your team as we take it one step at a time.

Hello, I'm Allison. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist who has been in private practice since 2018. I previously worked in dual diagnosis treatment centers for addiction/ mental health for seven years. I help individuals, couples and families improve communication, rebuild connection, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Many times clients who contact me have no experience in therapy, but just know that their life is not satisfying or something is off. That's enough by the way! Anything and everything can be discussed in therapy. I have frequently been told I'm easy to open up to, and clients often feel relieved that I am more directive than a therapist who listens without guidance. I enjoy cheering on my clients' wins, but also being there for the hard moments, and genuinely love what I do. Finding relief and reconnecting with a sense of peace is more achievable than it might feel right now—and once you start, the process of change often unfolds more quickly than you expect. If you'd like to learn more about me and my therapy methods, feel free to visit my website at www.mindtalkhealing.com

What effect do you hope that therapy will have on your life? Are you looking for someone to support you in difficult times? Is it your goal to thrive, rather than just survive? Perhaps you want to explore past events and see how they might be affecting your present. My name is Teresa, and I would be honored to walk with you as you navigate life. I work with individuals who have taken on the role of caregiver, whether professional or personal, in avoiding burnout and compassion fatigue. I empower others in creating and enforcing boundaries. I also assist individuals in cultivating a strong sense of self-worth. I guide individuals who are processing trauma and provide support and care. I support individuals of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and religions. I am nonjudgmental and supportive of individuals who are in any stage of recovery from substances or any other addictions. Hi there! Welcome to my practice. What would your life look like if anxiety, stress, or self-doubt no longer held you back? Do you find yourself overthinking, worrying about everything, or feeling emotionally drained? Life can feel challenging at times, and therapy can be a meaningful place to begin navigating those challenges with support. You deserve a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. You don't have to have everything figured out to deserve support, and you don't have to face life's challenges alone. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for a change, therapy can be a place where you can finally focus on you. I believe healing and growth happen one step at a time. Together, we can work toward celebrating the small wins, because those moments often lead to the biggest growth. I support individuals experiencing concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and personal growth. I bring a compassionate and culturally informed approach to therapy and welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My goal is to create a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where you feel respected, understood, and empowered to work toward your personal goals. Together, we can explore the challenges you're facing, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful and lasting change. I look forward to meeting you and navigating life's challenges together, one step at a time.

Welcome! Thank you for checking out this space. My name is Tammy. If you have struggled with traditional talk therapies and feel like they haven't always met your needs then you are at the right spot. I use several different evidence based modalities to help reset your nervous systems, update the way your mind had been processing information to clear out trauma or lingering emotions that have been stuck on. I believe we all have had those times where we ask ourselves; why can't I just get myself to start or stop doing (______) fill in the blank. It is because where we are conscious of things is not where things are being caused. Ready to develop skills and understand yourself in a way that helps you move into the desired behavior you have been wanting, release emotions and energy that no longer are serving a purpose for you greater good. Then let's meet to discuss your personal needs further and go from there!

Going through a change can be very tough and hard to navigate. Whether the changes are good or difficult, they can still be hard to work through. I can help you find a balance with the changes occurring in your life and the peace you hope to feel. Together we can work as a team to locate solutions to find acceptance and work out a plan to help you move forward in your life in a way that brings fulfillment. I use a whole self-approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. Although I can help you work through most changes you might be experiencing, I have many year's experience working with individuals in the Hospice setting, helping patients and survivors find peace during the end of life with dignity. These experiences have been strengthened by my personal journey with breast cancer, which has given me a perspective on the other side. I am a licensed psychologist in Florida with over twenty-five years of experience with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of mood disorders, parenting problems, behavior, and relationship issues. I have conducted evaluations for Social Security Disability and the Department of Children and Families as well as custody Parental Evaluations for families and the court system. I am trained in Collaborative Law divorce mediation to help families focus on the best interest of their children through those difficult circumstances. Working with patients that are having difficulties making life adjustments as life becomes more complex is what I enjoy the most because we all can become more adaptable and develop new skills and techniques to help us cope more effectively. I have worked with patients suffering with and recovering from significant medical issues including COPD, CVA, TBI, cancer, diabetes, COVID, and physical injury, assisting them in regaining strength and independence and being able to return home following inpatient rehabilitation intervention. Many people I work with are first responders, have PTSD, or are suffering from Acute Stress Disorder following a trauma. My therapy style varies according to the issues presented, and my role as a psychologist is not to judge but to treat people as individuals and provide needed support. I use cognitive-behavioral and reality therapy and am very much in-line with the humanistic approach in all client care. I prefer to be solution-focused and to provide clients with valuable tools that they can use in the future as needed. Decision making strategies and techniques are emphasized. I provide supportive therapy and try to aid in empowering patients in taking confident, measured steps toward where they want to be next in their life path.

My name is John A. Llauget. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Educational Specialist Degree in Counseling from University of South Florida. My career in mental health in 1977 working in a psychiatric hospital; and later as a outpatient therapist in a community mental health center working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I was licensed in Florida in 1986 as a Mental Health Counselor and have maintained my license since that date. Also I have worked as an employee assistance counselor, school counselor, associate professor at an international university, and court evaluator for guardianship cases. For 20 years I worked as a cancer counselor with oncology clients helping them cope with illness, stress, and emotional distress. Additionally I have maintained a practice and interest in Traditional Okinawan Uechi-Ryu, earning a Masters rank in that system of training. I have used martial training with children & adolescents to develop self-control and self esteem. Later when I began working with an elderly population and clients dealing with physical limitations, I taught Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation as a way to improve their health, well-being, and cope with stress. My therapeutic style centers around getting to know a client, develop trust, and talking more explicitly about issues before making any recommendations. I am a strong advocate of evidence-based treatments and teaching ‘tools’ to cope with stress and emotional difficulties. I have gained training in trauma treatment because we now know that it is prevalent in our life experiences. I value compassion, persistence, and patience in working towards change. I look forward to working with you. I also value your time and want to use it productively in assisting you to reach your therapeutic goals.

Hi, I’m Crystal Rollefson, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. Since moving from Hawaii in late 2021, I’ve been working with a small private practice while also beginning to grow my own practice. I hold a Certificate in Play Therapy from Capella University. My professional journey began in substance abuse counseling, where I spent two years supporting adults with addictions, criminal justice involvement, and co-occurring mental health conditions. My approach to therapy is integrative and holistic, combining client-centered care, cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT), mindfulness, and strength-based. Hi, I’m Demetria Agharese, and I help adults who may look like they have it all together on the outside but are quietly struggling on the inside find relief, confidence, and a way forward. My ideal clients are adults who are used to being strong, dependable, and capable—but privately feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. You may be navigating anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD, self-doubt, burnout, relationship difficulties, or the pressure to constantly “hold it all together.” Maybe your mind rarely slows down. You overthink decisions, question your feelings, replay conversations, worry about what might happen, or feel trapped in cycles of rumination, avoidance, checking, or reassurance-seeking. Perhaps you’re navigating a breakup, divorce, major life transition, low self-esteem, or simply wondering, “How did I lose myself?” You don’t have to continue living that way. I offer a warm, genuine, and judgment-free space where you can let your guard down and talk openly about what’s really happening. I believe therapy should be more than checking boxes on a diagnosis list. You deserve to feel heard, understood, supported, and gently challenged when needed. Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, ERP, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, I help clients break unhelpful cycles, face fears, manage difficult emotions, strengthen self-worth, establish healthier boundaries, and become less controlled by anxiety and uncertainty. My approach is collaborative and personalized. I’m not here to tell you who you should be. I’m here to help you understand yourself, identify what matters most to you, and develop the confidence and skills to live accordingly. If you’re ready to stop simply surviving and start creating a life that feels more peaceful, authentic, confident, and meaningful, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
