Beyond my professional endeavors, I am also a devoted wife to my husband Preston and a proud parent to our 9-year-old daughter named Penelope. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, young adults, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My work focuses on helping individuals through relationship changes, breakups, divorce, separation, grief, and loss. I also specialize in mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and borderline personality features, as well as concerns related to low self-esteem and body dysmorphia. In session, I utilize a blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, and Talk Therapy approaches to meet each client where they are. My goal is to provide a collaborative and compassionate space where clients can feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow.
