Hello, I'm Rose-Marie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Life can be stressful at times and it can be hard to cope with the everyday changes and curve balls thrown at you. Sometimes we don't think about the importance of our mental health. We struggle with adjusting to the changes life sends our way and may end up becoming anxious or depressed. In today's busy world we find ourselves playing multiple roles that require a lot of our time. We may even find it hard to communicate our feelings, emotions, wants and needs in our various relationships. As a result we may neglect to take care of ourselves or may focus more on one of our roles while neglecting the others. As a working mother of two, I totally get this and I am passionate about helping other parents navigate these demands. I can help you explore and find ways to cope. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help address the thoughts that led to depression and increased persistent anxiety. I also use Solution Focused Therapy to look at what worked and how to do more of it.
The great thing is that you took the first step by seeking a therapist. This can be scary, but I believe in creating an open and safe environment for you to share issues and feelings without feeling judged. I work with you at a pace you feel comfortable with while building the therapeutic relationship.
As a seasoned clinician, I specialize in helping clients find steadiness during times of uncertainty. I bring a mindful, practical, and collaborative style to therapy, helping you slow down, make sense of your experiences, and build the skills and confidence needed to create meaningful change. My goal is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can reconnect with your strengths and move toward a life that feels more aligned and intentional.
As a counselor, I believe that healing begins with understanding — both of ourselves and of the patterns that shape how we live, think, and feel.
My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and compassionate. I deeply believe in meeting clients where they are, and I honor the pace at which each person is ready to move. Growth takes time, and every step forward is meaningful. I hold the belief that we each already carry the strength, wisdom, and resilience we need within us — sometimes we just need help uncovering it. By gently shifting away from unhelpful patterns and learning to embrace more empowering ways of thinking and being, we make room for courage, clarity, and transformation.
Most importantly, I want clients to know that this deep and necessary inner work doesn't have to be done alone. As a counselor, my goal is to walk alongside you — with honesty, care, and encouragement — as you navigate life’s challenges and rediscover what’s possible for you.
Welcome, I am Tatiana, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 20 years of experience, and at the heart of my work is a deep belief in women's capacity to grow, heal, and thrive. I am passionate about helping women build meaningful, fulfilling lives by focusing not on what is “wrong,” but on what is already strong. My approach is grounded in positive psychology, emphasizing your inherent strengths, resilience, and ability to grow through life’s challenges.
My specialization centers on supporting women through life’s many transitions. Whether you are navigating the excitement and uncertainty of college, the complexities of relationships and parenting, the physical and emotional shifts of menopause, or the rediscovery of self during empty nesting, therapy becomes a space for reflection, growth, and renewed purpose. Central to my work is a growth mindset approach, helping women understand that abilities, emotional skills, and confidence are not fixed, but can be developed over time through awareness, effort, and self-compassion.
For moms, I offer guidance rooted in child development, supporting you in understanding your child’s emotional, social, and cognitive needs at each stage of growth. Using a strength-based, developmentally informed approach, we work together to foster emotional intelligence, build secure attachment, and create nurturing, connected family relationships. Being a mom is not about perfection; it is about growth, repair, and learning alongside your child.
I view every life transition, whether individual or within a family, as an opportunity for meaningful growth. Together, we will identify and strengthen your unique signature strengths, build self-efficacy, cultivate optimism, and support your wellbeing so you can move through each stage of life with confidence, clarity, and a deeper sense of purpose.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about helping clients move past what's holding them back from being their best selves. I am a proud alumnus of North Carolina Central University (B.A.) and Nova Southeastern University (M.S., Mental Health Counseling). I welcome clients from all walks of life and every stage of the journey, whether you're new to therapy or returning. Together, we identify what isn't working, build on what is, and create a path toward real, lasting change. My goal is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and equipped to move forward.
I offer individual and couples therapy via secure telehealth across Florida, Mississippi, and Oklahoma. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you, helping you recognize your strengths and build practical steps forward. My areas of focus include, but are not limited to, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and premarital readiness.
Therapy can be intimidating, but I applaud you for taking the first step toward becoming a better you. You do not have to have it all figured out to reach out, you just have to be willing to begin. Let's enjoy the process together as we work to help you achieve your goals. I would be honored to walk alongside you.

I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field working in various settings with various populations, including those struggling with severe and persistent mental health issues. My vast experience has created a solid foundation in helping individuals with the unique struggles they may face.
I utilize a strength based approach while integrating various modalities to individualize care as not one story is the same. My extensive experience working with interdisciplinary teams has also expanded my knowledge and familiarity with various resources and interventions that can also support the therapeutic process.
By utilizing a warm and compassionate yet direct approach, my hope is to empower and guide you in finding the key to unlock the passage to freedom within your own mind. I am confident that with the power of our therapeutic relationship, trust, and vulnerability, we can get there together.
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting adults and couples as they navigate life’s transitions and pursue meaningful growth. Whether you are a college student or recent graduate adjusting to a new season of life, an individual facing anxiety or depression, or a couple preparing for marriage or working to strengthen your relationship, I strive to provide guidance that feels both supportive and practical.
My Christian faith shapes my personal values; however, I work with people from all backgrounds and beliefs. Faith-based perspectives are incorporated into counseling only if a client specifically desires it.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing and work toward the emotional and personal goals that matter most to you.
I have experience working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, relationship challenges, marriage and premarital preparation, and parenting. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change. My background as a behavioral specialist in community mental health allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents raising children with these diagnoses.
In my work with couples, I draw from my experience as a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator to help partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships.
When working with individuals, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools and strategies so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida, I provide compassionate and solution-focused therapy to individuals across various life stages. Before becoming a therapist, I spent two decades teaching and coaching young adults, which means I am fluent in motivation, humor (sometimes sarcasm), and the art of redirecting chaos into purpose. This makes me particularly tuned in to working with veterans, teens/young adults, neurodivergent powerhouses and anyone who is looking for a unique version of therapy. I blend advocacy, multicultural awareness, and deep compassion to support clients through the hard stuff while celebrating the good stuff.

Hi! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Master’s from Capella University and have been practicing for 8 years. I help everyone from young adults struggling with emerging adult issues to those who are in their 60’s transitioning into retirement. Alyssa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Therapist. She studied Behavioral Sciences in undergrad where she fell in love with learning about why people behave the way they do. She went on to receive her master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at The University of Houston. Alyssa trained in acute mental healthcare, where she worked with patients to address a critical moment of their mental health in inpatient psychiatric care. From there she moved to outpatient care & individual therapy where she enjoys working with clients on meeting their long term goals & processing lingering issues that hold them back from reaching their full potential.
Alyssa understands that it’s not the happy moments in life that bring people to therapy, but she firmly believes that true strength comes from rebuilding.
I love my profession! I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (independently licensed in FL and MA) for over 25 years with experience working with adults and adolescents, both female and male, inspiring hope while working together to develop essential life skills and healthy coping tools. I take a strength-based approach as I believe everyone can grow and change. The hardest and most important step is reaching out and asking for help, so you are on your way to a better place in your life.
Do you find that you tend to dwell on the past and things you can’t change? Do you worry about the future, the what if’s and things you cannot predict? Do you find that you are so busy in life, maybe taking care of others, putting their needs ahead of your own or you forget or don’t feel you have time to take care of yourself? That’s where I can help.
I specialize in treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD, psychosocial stressors/major life changes, self-esteem building, social skills, trauma and grief. I am very knowledgeable about mental health diagnosis' however I concentrate less on the actual diagnosis because a mental illness does not define who you are. I am here to help guide you to a happy and healthy place in your life.

Khalilah has always known that her role in the Mental Health Industry was a “calling” not just a choice. Khalilah is passionate about assisting her clients with improving their quality of life and daily functioning during the most delicate and vulnerable episodes in their lives.
Khalilah assists adults, couples and families with developing coping strategies, mental health/interpersonal skills, and techniques to mitigate life stressors and mental health symptomology that negatively impact personal functioning and quality of life. Khalilah is a trauma treatment specialist and focuses on the effective treatment for those that have endured sexual, physical, emotional, childhood and domestic abuse. Khalilah utilizes evidenced based psychotherapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Theory and Family Systems Theory. However, Khalilah would consider herself to be an Integrative Psychotherapist, which means that Khalilah utilizes a variety of orientations and therapies according to the client’s individual needs.
If you’ve tried therapy and still feel stuck, the approach may be the problem, not you. Many of my clients have already done “the work,” and talking through their struggles wasn’t enough. They needed a more targeted treatment from the start.
If you know your thoughts aren’t rational but can’t stop them, feel trapped by routines you can’t break, are avoiding more of your life to manage anxiety, or have withdrawn and lost motivation, that’s what I treat. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a form of exposure therapy, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral activation, and Habit Reversal Training. These are structured, evidence-based treatments, and every session is practical, so you leave with tools you can use right away.
I work with adults dealing with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in all its forms, including intrusive thoughts, contamination fears, harm and relationship OCD, “Pure O,” and taboo themes that feel shameful or out of character. There’s no thought too disturbing to bring to me. I also treat panic disorder, agoraphobia, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, health anxiety, depression, including depression that hasn’t responded to earlier treatment, skin picking (dermatillomania), hair pulling (trichotillomania), and hoarding disorder.
I’m warm and direct. I’ll be honest about what treatment involves, what progress realistically looks like, and whether I’m the right fit. If I’m not, I’ll point you to someone who is. ERP asks you to face things you’ve been avoiding, and I’ll guide you at a pace that works for you. The people who do best with me are done managing symptoms and ready to change them. If that’s where you are, reach out.

My name is Nikki Caravella and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida. I earned my Undergraduate Degree in Social Work at Youngstown State University in 1996 and my Master's Degree at Case Western Reserve University in 1998. Since that time, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse group of clients. Each of them came into service bringing a unique history and presenting with equally distinct needs and expectations of counseling. As a therapist, I treat a wide range of mental health issues and life adjustment challenges.
I am experienced in helping clients relieve anxiety using various techniques, including neuro-linguistic programming. For those who have suffered past traumatic events, we can use cognitive/behavioral tools to help reconcile the emotions connected to the events. If you happen to live in or near Ocala and are able to come in person for session, we can utilize a treatment called Accelerated Resolution Therapy to neutralize heightened emotional responses.
