Over the years, I have worked with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and difficulties in relationships, and I have seen firsthand how meaningful therapy can be when it feels both safe and effective. I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel understood and supported while also learning concrete tools to create change in your everyday life. My experience includes working with a wide range of concerns such as interpersonal challenges, family dynamics, racial and ethnic identity issues, and adjustment disorders. BROKEN CRAYONS STILL COLOR! And I am living proof of that! Trauma, mistakes, bad decisions, regrets....none of it defines who we TRULY are inside. These experiences help us to grow stronger and learn more about ourselves in the long run. Growth and healing is what it's all about.
Hi! I'm Sabrina. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of working with children, adults, and families. I bring that experience to the therapy room. I have a high emotional intelligence, and I believe that EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION is a SUPERPOWER!!
I'm an advocate for family preservation and women's empowerment. Women play central roles in nurturing families and strengthening communities. However, they can lose themselves while caring for others. I love to help women prioritize their own self-care needs to help them be the best version of themselves when they show up for others. Let me remind you of who you are!
I especially enjoy working with teenagers and helping to bridge the communication gap within the family unit that often shows up as children get older. I am Christian and I have a wealth of experience with African American families and am LGBTQ+ friendly.
I offer a solution focused approach to therapy. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy empowers clients to own their abilities in solving life’s problems and recognize their strengths. Rather than traditional psychotherapy that focuses on how a problem was derived, SFT allows for a goal-oriented focus to problem-solving.
I am available in the late afternoons/evenings, and I am accepting new clients.

What typically surprises people is that I am the 11th of 13 children - all from the same parents. Growing up with so many siblings has given me a great opportunity to learn about family dynamics and effective discipline. My parents did a great job of maintaining a safe and well-behaved home, and I use their example as a template while also incorporating my own experience as a parent for working with families today.
As for my approach to therapy, I use several different theories depending on the need of the client; however, my primary mode is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It just fits my personality. If you are looking for a therapist who focuses solely on your emotions and how you're feeling on any given day, then I will not be a good fit for you. On the other hand, if you're looking for a therapist who not only does all that but who will also listen to everything you say (as well as the meaning behind what you say) and then challenge your thinking habits to help you find more effective and productive thinking patterns, then I'm on board for that. I learned a long time ago that many clients do not want things "Sugar Coated", but rather prefer their therapist to be respectfully bold and blunt. If this is who you are looking for in a therapist, then let's get to work.

I have previously worked as a case manager in an urban hospital, a social worker for the school system and working with child abuse and neglect. I have extensive experience in relationships, conflict resolution, anxiety, depression, ADHD and communication skills.
My name is David Patrick, LCSW. I have 14 years of experience dealing with a wide array of topics that bring people to therapy. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership. I see myself and my clients as friends on a journey of discovery about themselves. I do not lead, nor allow myself to be led, I believe we are equals. I listen intently and make suggestions and sometimes assign homework when appropriate. Remember, there are 168 hours in a typical week, and most people only see their therapist for one hour, leaving 167 hours outside the weekly session to practice and explore questions and see if the new results are present. I see us as equals and occasionally I will make suggestions, but ultimately this is a time of discovery for the individual and it is a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey.

I'm Michael Christopher Anthony Blake Edwards, but you can call me Mikie, a Canadian-American, U.S. trained Psychotherapist and Board Cerified Counselor, EMDR Therapist, Basic ART Practitioner, Mindful Hypnotist, Lifestyle and Wellness Coach, Qualified Supervisor (for those interested in LMHC or LMFT licensure in the State of Florida), Licensed Mental Health Counselor living in Ontario, CA. I am executive director and Owner of EPIC Flourish in the State of Florida, where I was born and raised, working with driven adults — executives, entrepreneurs, first responders, and veterans — who look like they have it together from the outside but feel scattered, on edge, or disconnected on the inside. If you've built the career, stayed disciplined, and kept pushing, and something still feels off, that's not a character flaw. It's usually a sign your mind and body are asking for something you haven't addressed yet.
With 14+ years of clinical experience, I hold licensure as an LMHC, plus certifications as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional (CMIP), and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). This isn't about becoming someone different. It's about clearing out what's in the way so the version of you who already knows how to lead, adapt, and perform under pressure can actually feel steady doing it.

I want to guide clients in developing positive changes in their life, so they feel better and healthier, emotionally. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about finding possible alternatives to support change in the areas that may be causing problems in our life. Thank you again for looking into ways to be more emotionally healthy, and I am here to help if you decide you would like to get started.

Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida. I am originally from Philadelphia , PA, so I have come to enjoy Florida’s climate. I came to Florida via the military. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Columbia University. My concentration was clinical practice in health and mental health settings. Hi, I’m Demetria Agharese, and I help people who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or disconnected from themselves find their way forward.
My ideal clients are adults who may look like they have it all together on the outside but are quietly struggling on the inside. You may be the person everyone depends on while privately battling anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD, self-doubt, burnout, relationship difficulties, or the pressure to constantly “hold it all together.”
Maybe your mind won’t shut off. You overthink every decision, question your feelings, replay conversations, worry about what might happen, or feel trapped by thoughts you wish you could turn off. Maybe you’re navigating a breakup, divorce, major life transition, low self-esteem, or simply wondering, “How did I lose myself?”
You don’t have to continue living that way.
I offer a warm, genuine, culturally responsive, and judgment-free space where you can put down the weight you’ve been carrying and talk openly about what’s really happening. I don’t believe therapy should feel like sitting across from someone who simply checks boxes on a diagnosis list. I believe you deserve to feel heard, understood, challenged when needed, and supported throughout the process.
Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ERP, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, behavioral strategies, and mindfulness, I help clients break unhelpful cycles, face fears, manage difficult emotions, build confidence, establish healthier boundaries, and become less controlled by anxiety and uncertainty.
Most importantly, therapy with me is collaborative. I’m not here to tell you who you should be. I’m here to help you discover who you are, understand what matters to you, and develop the confidence to live accordingly.
If you’re ready to stop simply surviving and start creating a life that feels more peaceful, authentic, confident, and meaningful, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s in Theological Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. I am bilingual in English and Haitian Creole, enabling me to communicate effectively with clients in both languages.
I help adults navigate parenting challenges, emotional concerns, anxiety, and life transitions through compassionate, culturally responsive, and non-judgmental care. I also support teens in developing healthy coping skills, building resilience, and managing academic, social, and emotional challenges.
For clients seeking a faith-based integrated approach, I combine evidence-based therapy with biblical principles to support the healing and growth of the whole person, mind, body, and spirit.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and transformation.
Let’s take the next step together.
If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or unhealthy relationship patterns, you don't have to face it alone. Healing is possible, and together we can help you move toward a calmer, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
I'm Paula Arce, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 15 years of experience helping adolescents and adults overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, narcissistic abuse, codependency, and relationship challenges. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps people process traumatic experiences and reduce emotional distress.
My approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I work with clients to identify the beliefs, behaviors, and relationship patterns that keep them feeling stuck while building practical skills to manage emotions, strengthen boundaries, and create lasting change.
I also provide couples counseling focused on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening emotional connection. For clients who desire it, I can incorporate Christian principles into therapy while always respecting each person's beliefs and goals.
I believe every person has the capacity to heal and grow. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move from emotional pain toward hope, confidence, and resilience.
If you're ready to take the first step, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals and couples build healthier, more connected relationships. Over the past 12 years, I’ve supported clients in breaking destructive patterns, improving communication, and creating relationships rooted in respect and understanding.
I believe that when relationships struggle, it’s often because of conflicting expectations, unmet needs, or repeated behaviors that no longer serve us. My role is to help you recognize these patterns and choose new ways of communicating that create connection instead of conflict. I use a holistic approach that considers the mind, body, and spirit, helping you grow not just in your relationships, but as a whole person.
Hi, I'm Kim. I am a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist who believes that healing happens through genuine human connection. As an immigrant, bilingual professional, and someone who has navigated significant life transitions and challenges, I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help and carry life's burdens alone.
My approach is collaborative, authentic, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while also feeling supported and challenged to grow. I believe that every person has strengths, resilience, and the capacity for change, even when they feel stuck or overwhelmed.
In our work together, I combine empathy with practical, evidence-based strategies to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, improve relationships, and move toward the life they want to create. My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling understood, empowered, and hopeful about their ability to navigate life's challenges.
