Welcome! Thank you for checking out this space. My name is Tammy. I use several different evidence based modalities to help reset your nervous systems, update the way your mind had been processing information to clear out trauma or lingering emotions that have been stuck on.
I believe we all have had those times where we ask ourselves; why can't I just get myself to start or stop doing (______) fill in the blank. It is because where we are conscious of things is not where things are being caused.
Ready to develop skills and understand yourself in a way that helps you move into the desired behavior you have been wanting, release emotions and energy that no longer are serving a purpose for you greater good. Then let's meet to discuss your personal needs further and go from there!

or simply looking for support through a difficult season, we'll work together at a pace that feels
comfortable and supportive.
"Support for the woman who constantly cares for others. If you feel overwhelmed and stretched thin, I’m here to help you regain your balance and well-being."
My calling to this work comes from my own experience of holding everything in, carrying the weight of caring for others, and hiding my own exhaustion. For a long time, I understood what it meant to keep going even when I needed a break, to put others' needs before my own, and to believe I had to handle everything on my own.
Through my own growth and continued practice, I have learned the importance of self-care, self-compassion, and giving myself permission to slow down. I've learned that asking for help is not a sign of weakness, and that taking a break does not mean I'm falling behind. These experiences have deepened my passion for helping other women who find themselves caught in the same cycle of giving, doing, and carrying-while quietly putting their own needs last. I believe you can care deeply for the people you love without losing yourself in the process.
Hi, I’m Erica, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida, and I’ve always felt deeply connected to understanding people and the stories that shape them. My passion is creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood as you work through life’s challenges. I believe therapy is a place to make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and build confidence in your ability to grow and heal.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I focus on helping you explore your life at your own pace, while also supporting you in finding meaning and building resilience. Being a therapist, to me, means walking beside you—not leading, not pushing—just offering steady support as you move toward the life you want.
I am a dedicated social worker who has served individuals and families since 2004. My background spans foster care, behavioral health, crisis-prevention programs, medical social work, and long-term care coordination for clients receiving Medicaid services. I’ve also supported families navigating court involvement, custody disputes, parental conflict, and adolescent drug-prevention programs. I work with a steady, compassionate, and practical approach—drawing on CBT, Christian counseling when desired, and years of multidisciplinary experience to help clients create meaningful and lasting change.
