I am Ray Castiglia, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. With over 20 years of experience in the counseling field and a Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University, I am dedicated to helping clients navigate life stressors. My goal is to empower you to cultivate happiness, success, and a positive outlook
Have you or your child been feeling overwhelmed lately? Have you been looking for a therapist who is open-minded, compassionate, and creates a safe space for you or your child to be vulnerable? Look no further! My mission is to create a safe space for children, adolescents, and young adults to help them cope with difficult situations and, overall, improve their mental health. I believe that the fate of society lies in the hands of our young people. So, if we want to see a brighter future, we first must nurture those who hold it.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience across diverse settings, I am committed to meeting clients where they are, honoring their unique journeys - emotionally, mentally, and situationally. Rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect my approach centers on recognizing and building upon each individual's inherent strengths, empowering them to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
You are worthy of peace. You are worthy of being heard. You are worthy of healthy, nourishing relationships. You are more than your mistakes or challenges. Sometimes life circumstances and events can cloud the ability to believe this. Deciding to take a chance on therapy is a significant and, often, daunting step. But you are not alone!
The past 7 years of my life as a clinician have been enriched with countless opportunities to help others discover the greatness that is within them. I have served in a variety of capacities, including as an outpatient substance use treatment counselor, a trauma and attachment-focused therapist for adoptive families, and as a behavioral health therapist in a primary care clinic. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or relationship difficulties, I am here to walk alongside you.
We'll take a holistic approach on this journey together, where you will be empathically supported in a truly non-judgmental manner. I am here to create a space where you feel safe and empowered to make positive change for a more fulfilling life. I would be honored to partner with you!
PLEASE NOTE: My current schedule openings are Mondays and Fridays 6:15pm-8:30pm.

Hi! My name is Shalom Adler ,and I am excited to have an opportunity to help you. We all want to live a meaningful and stress-free life, and while I cannot guarantee that you will not experience stress (we all do), I can help you navigate and cope with all that life throws at you. I have over thirty years of experience in helping, guiding and counseling individuals, couples and families. I treat everyone the way I would like to be treated, with respect, compassion, dignity and empathy. I have faced my own mental health challenges over the years, and this gives me a unique perspective that will help me help you. I will not attempt to model you in my image, but I will work as hard as I can to help you reach your fullest potential and overcome your own challenges. I will meet you where you are and evaluate your strengths and needs. We will work collaboratively to achieve your goals and aspirations.

Hi, I’m Lauryn-Maggie! I’m a solution-oriented therapist who believes healing can be challenging without always having to feel heavy. So much of therapy involves unlearning patterns we didn’t necessarily create ourselves; from generational cycles to attachment and relationship patterns (just to name a few). I am not just talking about change, we’re working toward it together.

Hello there! My name is Elizabeth Taylor and I am in Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been working as a counselor for the past 9 years, although I have been working in the mental health field for much longer. I began working as a Mental Health Technician when I was an Airman in the United States Air Force in 2007. I worked closely with military men and women returning from deployments and experiencing symptoms of PTSD. I led Anger Management and Stress Management groups. This experience grew my desire to enter into a field that involved helping those struggling with mental health challenges to find healing. I separated from the Air Force and went into grad school. Since graduating, I have worked as a therapist with several different populations, including families involved with the foster care system, adult inmates in a prison, youth in the Juvenile Justice system, adults in community mental health, children in the school setting, and, most recently, adults and children in private practice. I have a passion for working with those suffering with anxiety, OCD, and trauma. I have specialized training in EMDR to help treat trauma, as well as ERP, which has been shown to be the "Gold Standard" treatment for OCD. I am also certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which guides much of my approach to emotion regulation.
Hi, I’m Abby, and I love supporting individuals who seem to have it all together on the outside, yet internally are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or a sense of disconnection. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning and successful in different areas of life, but beneath the surface they may feel stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach is warm, intentional, and deeply personalized. I believe therapy is about more than learning coping skills—it’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level and creating meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll explore the underlying patterns shaping your experiences and work toward greater emotional clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches. I view symptoms like anxiety not as something “wrong” with you, but as meaningful signals that deserve curiosity and compassion. I strive to help clients develop a healthier and more connected relationship with themselves.
Therapy with me is collaborative, focused, and supportive while still allowing space for deeper healing and growth.

Hello, I'm Rose-Marie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Life can be stressful at times and it can be hard to cope with the everyday changes and curve balls thrown at you. Sometimes we don't think about the importance of our mental health. We struggle with adjusting to the changes life sends our way and may end up becoming anxious or depressed. In today's busy world we find ourselves playing multiple roles that require a lot of our time. We may even find it hard to communicate our feelings, emotions, wants and needs in our various relationships. As a result we may neglect to take care of ourselves or may focus more on one of our roles while neglecting the others. As a working mother of two, I totally get this and I am passionate about helping other parents navigate these demands. I can help you explore and find ways to cope. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help address the thoughts that led to depression and increased persistent anxiety. I also use Solution Focused Therapy to look at what worked and how to do more of it.
The great thing is that you took the first step by seeking a therapist. This can be scary, but I believe in creating an open and safe environment for you to share issues and feelings without feeling judged. I work with you at a pace you feel comfortable with while building the therapeutic relationship.
