I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. I want to all individuals to grow and evolve through their struggles with mental health by changing their maladaptive behaviors. I am a graduate from FIU who works at Aventura Hospital in a crisis stabilization unit. I offer a challenging yet empathetic approach to help you move out of your comfort zone and towards growth.
