Hello, I’m falon. I’m happy you’re here. Are you having difficulty finding your way? Struggling to be your best self? Not able to make decisions? Having a hard time taking care of you? Life is hard at times, I can help. I focus on providing a safe environment for you to explore all your concerns: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, life changes, etc. We can work together to address these concerns in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment. Therapy is for everyone. I hope you take the time to focus on you, to take care of you, and to work on being the best you. I’m here to help. In my free time, I enjoy practicing self-care and taking time for myself by reading, exercising, practicing mindfulness and spending time with loved ones. Understanding the importance of taking care of oneself is crucial to being able to be present for others. Thank you for visiting my profile and I hope you find what you are looking for.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I strive to create a safe and sacred space for you to come in and be your genuine self, free from pressure or judgement. We will spend time talking about you and what brought you to therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My specialty area is the LGBTQ+ community. I enjoy working with adults in transition, and those trying to be better. Helping individuals who identify as lgbtqia+ is a passion for me.
