I am a LMHC that specializes in helping individuals process the root issues that lead to anxiety and depression with a spiritual and psychological focus. I specialize in trauma and grief counseling. My focus with each client is to help free you from the challenges that you have experienced in your life.
In our first session together, I will take a brief history of your current issue and then I will offer you compassionate listening as we get to know each other.
I am passionate about helping clients become free from the issues that hold them back from becoming all that God has created them to be.
