Tammy has done an exceptional job with guiding me through my grief journey. I had been holding a lot of stuff in for years to my own physical and emotional detriment. Tammy encouraged me to allow myself the feel the feelings I was trying to avoid. She gave me the space say the things I thought I shouldn't say out loud and really dig to the root cause of the feelings I was trying to suppress. I am grateful for her role in my grief journey.
