I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience in the field. I earned my master’s degree from Boston University and specialize in working with adolescents and adults. I offer a supportive, collaborative space where clients can explore their challenges, build on their strengths, and move toward meaningful personal growth. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to help you gain clarity, develop new tools, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.
Maybe you are struggling with things that happened in your past that are keeping you from living a full life. Maybe you have been feeling lost or overwhelmed due to difficult situations or relationships. Maybe you have been feeling isolated, lonely, or just simply not like yourself lately. If you are going through any of these hard things or the other difficulties of life, I send you loving-kindness. I love being able to compassionately support people like you who want to see meaningful and noticeable changes in how they view themselves and the world around them so they can stop being in survival mode, and finally just start living. I believe in the resiliency, dignity, and worth of my clients, even if they struggle to see those things in themselves -- because let's face it, being a human being in modern life is hard and you deserve your own kindness!
I empower people who are trying to heal from a variety of issues -- substance use problems and recovery, past trauma or childhood family dysfunction, relationship troubles, mental health disorders or symptoms such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, or trouble adjusting to life changes. My background is working with people dealing with substance use disorders and past trauma, homelessness and poverty, legal issues and incarceration, as well as providing support and mental health care for all ages.
My name is Susana Mejia Vargas. I am a fully bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and my main focus is to help clients with unresolved trauma. Depending on how you are affected, trauma can cause difficulties in your daily life, such as hopelessness, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, constant irritability, and stress. I help my clients better understand the challenging aspects of traumatic events that are affecting their emotional and mental health. I will make clinical judgments about how to proceed in certain situations, but you are an expert on yourself, even if you don't feel that way.
The most important relationship in your life is with yourself. I believe you have the resources within you to achieve your goals. I offer my clients unconditional support and am committed to understanding them for who they are as unique individuals. My clients and I collaborate to foster insight and awareness about areas of concern in order to develop a plan to manage daily challenges.

Hello! I’m Dr. Thuydy (pronounced “Tweety”), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Sex Therapist, and Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating intimacy challenges, compulsive sexual behaviors, trauma, and relational concerns. My doctoral research focused on trauma-informed treatment for compulsive sexual behaviors, which I bring into my clinical work with compassion, respect, and a nonjudgmental lens.

My approach is trauma-informed, sex-positive, shame-resilient, and inclusive, honoring the full spectrum of identities, orientations, and relationship structures. Whether you are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, exploring kink or BDSM, or navigating nontraditional relationship dynamics such as ethical non-monogamy or polyamory, you will find a safe and affirming space with me.

Hi! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and Ohio. I received my Masters from Capella University and have been practicing for several years. I support and assist clients who want to make a positive difference in their lives by drawing on my clinical experience, compassion, and empathy. I create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for my clients to listen and develop skills to effectively manage symptoms in order to improve everyday functioning.
I think one of the most important parts of therapy is finding the right "fit". That relationship is key in helping grow, trust and meet any goals that you might have going into the therapeutic process. Let me give you a glimpse of who I am!
I'm Amy, a LMHC, who has been in the counseling world for over 15 years and love what I get to do. I started my career in the community health sector which I learned so much and worked with diverse groups of people with an array of various needs. I have worked in school settings as well as in homes. I have been deep within the community in many of my roles along the way.
I have developed many techniques along the way as not one intervention will work for everyone. Some of the modalities I use are EMDR, CBT, Motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques as well as a combination of these.
I meet people where they are, maybe having to learn how they are even feeling let alone how to cope with that feeling. Maybe we have a tool, but if no one ever took the time to teach us, then what good is that tool?
I received a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Florida and have 10 + years’ experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Most of my experience is dealing with women’s issues and how voice is found in a paternalistic society. I use a Family Systems lens as we bring our family with us even when we come as individuals.
In my work with clients, I create a space of openness and acceptance as to what is present in the client’s life. I believe that clients have an innate ability to create healing for themselves, and I shepherd that process. I use a Mindfulness-Based Awareness practice and a participatory approach - to create solutions.
As a client commits themselves to the process, they can expect increased awareness and see themselves and their issues more clearly. This awareness oftentimes brings with it a heightened ability to solve issues that are creating roadblocks.
My background in fine arts from a young age got me closer to getting in touch with my own emotions and those of others. I earned a BA in psychology and mental health and an MS in psychology with a major in marriage and family therapy while still practicing fine arts. That journey helped me develop my calling for psychology and helping people improve their lives, serving as a guide. I'm very joyful and empathetic and a great listener! I have worked in community mental health centers, private practice, and nonprofit organizations. I have experience working with mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and loss, among other life challenges. I’m a very holistic therapist with a postmodernist approach; I provide individualized interventions depending on your specific needs and offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can start your healing process while I guide you through it.
Do you find yourself achieving outward success yet feeling inwardly unsatisfied or burdened? Despite managing daily tasks and reaching goals, you may struggle to authentically connect with yourself, impacting your relationships, work, finances, and overall happiness. It's time to break free from this cycle! I specialize in helping individuals uncover underlying hurts, pains, and traumas that often hide behind "high-functioning" depression/anxiety, perfectionism, and low self-esteem.
As a licensed clinical social worker grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with over 6 years of experience, I am dedicated to transforming negative thought patterns and behaviors. My approach is warm, supportive, and inquisitive. I have a knack for seeing the positive in any situation, fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment where I integrate interests like reading, arts, crafts, and music/art into sessions.
Together, in a supportive and non-judgmental space, we can explore these emotions and rediscover your authentic self. If you're ready to embark on a journey toward inner healing, I invite you to take the next step. Let's cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and fulfillment in your life.

My name is Florence, and I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 27 years of extensive experience in the field. Moreover, I operate from a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive perspective. I have worked with a variety of populations across the lifespan. From conducting outreach to marginalized individuals within the confines of the New York City subway system to comforting clients and families in nursing homes and long-term care facilities, I aim to be compassionate, understanding, non-judgmental and culturally competent.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from the Lynn University and have been practicing for 10 years. I help adults 35 and over struggling with life stress and family dysfunction. I believe these underlying issues compose our personalities and affect how we interact with others and cause an impact on present relationships, jobs and self-esteem. The symptoms of these historical issues are anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and an ability to feel good about oneself.

There are times in all of our lives when we experience challenging emotional situations. When these situations arrive we can benefit from the support of a person outside of our inner circle. Whether you are struggling with an crisis or change in your life, or even if you are just feeling mildly upset, it can take a toll on your life. Everyone can benefit from psychotherapy. No problem is too minor, severe, or unusual to be explored and healed. I approach my clients with care so that together we can built a plan that will help them achieve their goals.
I have been a practicing social worker for more than 30 years . Much of this experience has been working in a large public teaching hospital in Miami, Florida. The scope of service that the hospital provides is quite comprehensive which afforded me opportunities to work with a very diverse population . i have counseled patients and their families dealing with a variety of illnesses, both physical and mental health, survivors of sexual assault, and also providing counseling to patients in a correctional setting. I like challenging situations. My style of counseling is very eclectic, depends on the client and their unique set of problems. This can range from client centered, solution oriented or cognitive behavioral as many people are coming to therapy to learn new ways of thinking and alternative coping strategies.
For the past two years, I have been involved in teletherapy providing psychotherapy to clients that are experiencing such problems as anxiety, depression, employment, relationship, and interpersonal difficulties. Also I have been providing counseling to teenagers dealing with the above issues and involving their parents when indicated.
