I specialize in psychological assessment, trauma-informed care, learning disabilities, gifted texting, autism, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and support for women navigating divorce, life-transitions, and motherhood. My approach to therapy is warm, culturally responsive, and collaborative. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, parent-child interaction therapy, and mindfulness techniques to empower clients to heal, grow, and thrive. I’m especially passionate about serving BIPOC clients, women going through transitions, and individuals facing educational or legal system stressors.
