Hello, my name is Nicole! I am a licensed psychotherapist practicing in Florida. I work with a variety of clients both in person and via telehealth; depending on client preference. I work with adults, children , couples and families. I use a variety of methods in my work, and like to be very client centered in my approach. This means that I tailor my approach specially for you and your specific goals for our work together. What is important for you to process and work on, is where we will start :) In addition to a client centered approach, I also like to look at the entire person, and their lifestyle to take a more holistic approach to healing. Our bodies, minds and spirits are all connected - so it can be helpful to focus on all areas to create healing and the best quality of life possible for each unique individual.
Clients can expect to begin to develop a therapeutic relationship with me. This means I will ask questions to better understand what they wish to work on, as well as any relevant background information, and information about themselves and their daily lives as well as what their goals for therapy are . I am happy to answer any questions about myself and my approaches as well.

Trusting in the process is important and makes our work together more impactful.
