Hi, I’m Stasia Manak. I’ve spent over 9 years working alongside people as they face life’s challenges—whether it’s trauma, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, grief, or just feeling lost. I work with teens and adults (13+) and believe in building a strong, collaborative relationship in therapy. My goal is to help you feel more comfortable, confident, and grounded in your life, one step at a time.

I also have extensive experience working with children and teens.

With therapy experience since 2013, working with individuals, such as children, men, and women, couples, and families; focusing on trauma victims, individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, parenting, and relationship issues. Much of my experience is working with families involved with the Department of Child Services and juvenile probation. I am a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapist. In my experience, I have specialized in trauma, addiction, and relationship issues.
