I am a clinical social worker, therapist & life coach. I collaborate with clients in facilitating their ability to navigate their journey through change. I provide clients the opportunity to learn, change and grow, and I provide guidance for them to learn healthy adaptive ways to improve their response to encounters with life stressors and challenging life situations. Clients are engaged in various evidence based therapeutic interventions and the exploration and discovery of their untapped potential, so they can harness the necessary skills and strategies to facilitate behavioral change.
In the scope of my practice I aim to empower clients through sessions that are based on a holistic, client driven approach. I view clients through the lens of their personal environment, as their well-being is significantly shaped by their life experiences. In addressing clients presenting issues, I take into consideration the correlation between their presenting issues and their environment; i.e., social, cultural and physical, that contribute to current challenging life circumstances. Focus is given to past experiences and current situations to help them navigate their therapy encounter and future successfully.
Client’s often say, “You wouldn’t understand” to therapists, and although I am fully aware that no one can FULLY understand another person’s story, I believe something that makes me unique as a therapist is that I am very familiar with struggle. I come from a large family, of which I am the eldest, and I took on a nurturing role very naturally and very young. I made my fair share of mistakes and landed myself in places I never thought I’d be, including domestic violence. As a result, I fought hard for my degrees, and my journey to licensure took longer than I wanted. However, today I am grateful, because I have learned a lot through my experiences. I have learned how to take pride in my entrepreneurship as a black woman, how to be a strong single mother, and ultimately, how to thrive under pressure. I have worked with a variety of populations, and I find that I am very interested in helping to provide the guidance I was lacking in my younger years. I am loyal, and I am a fighter. I want to help you fight your own darkness, and begin to let the light seep through.

Hi, I’m Allison. Whether you’re feeling burned out, stuck in unfulfilling patterns, or having challenges in your relationships, therapy can help you recover and feel more grounded. Many of the people I work with are new to therapy. They may not have a specific diagnosis or crisis, but they know something feels “off.” Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up with me quickly. If you're feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, know that meaningful change is possible. Let’s work together to help you feel more content, empowered, and like yourself again.
Clients often tell me they feel at ease opening up to me. Many feel relieved to have a therapist who offers active guidance, rather than just listening without direction.
Finding relief and reconnecting with a sense of peace is more achievable than it might feel right now—and once you start, the process of change often unfolds more quickly than you expect.
I approach therapy by looking at the root cause of problems, rather than focusing on one problem at a time. I work from a systemic perspective, which means we will dive into your personal relationships, behavior patterns, and lifestyle choices which are interconnected with the issues you may be facing.

Hello, my name is Justine Nyman.
I want to thank you for taking the time to seek support. It is not easy to reach out or even realize that counseling/support is needed. So, I welcome you to therapy.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I have 10 years' experience and continue to grow in my therapeutic approaches and my knowledge as a therapist.
I create an environment where the client feels comfortable and open to emotional vulnerability. In order to express ourselves and be open with our struggles we need to feel comfortable in the therapeutic process. I use acceptance with my clients and don't judge them based on their history or their current choices. I want the client to feel that they can start their journey, set goals, use coping skills, and improve their overall well-being.
Counseling is a process and takes time. Some individuals require more time than others and that is okay. I believe in moving with the pace of the client, through setting goals and practicing tools is essential for change. In order to feel change, we need to make changes in our everyday lives. If we don't initiate changes, it becomes a struggle to move forward.
"Practice makes permanent"
I look forward to working with you on your journey of growth, mastery, and success.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been a social worker for 15 years. I've worked with active duty, veterans, aging adults, kids, adolescents, couples and individuals over the course of my career. One thing that has remained constant regardless of who I've worked with, is that we all have had to combat anxiety or depression at some point. For some it has been a life long struggle, while for others there was life situation that brought those feelings on. I enjoy working with clients who are seeking strategies to manage their anxiety and depressive symptoms, because I've seen when they learn these strategies they're able to use them consistently for the other issues life brings.

Hello! I'm Tina O'Reilly, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and families in both community and private practice settings.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, and supporting clients with emotional regulation, stress management, and life transitions at any stage. I take a client-centered approach, placing high value on creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel truly heard and understood.
In my work, I incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, helping clients identify challenges, set meaningful goals, and work toward lasting change.
Hola and welcome. I am glad you are here!
For the past 15 years, I have had the privilege and opportunity of walking alongside people from all stages of life- children, teens, young adults, adults, older adults, families, and professionals, including employees, supervisors, and directors-helping them navigate life’s challenges and discover new paths toward peace and growth. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
For 16 years, I’ve helped individuals rediscover hope, even in seasons of loss or uncertainty. My work is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and practical tools that help you make sense of what you’re feeling and move toward healing. Together, we’ll work to quiet self-criticism, strengthen resilience, and build a life that feels lighter and more aligned with who you are.
I’m a therapist that is willing to stand by client for support during the therapeutic journey process. I appreciate a person who is willing to do the work and accept help. I believe and have been told that I carry a “nonjudgmental tone and create a safe space for my clients. I as the therapist actively listen to my clients in order for the client to understand their own perspective and feelings.
