Hello, I am Jerry Phillips, a licensed mental health therapist. Welcome to our Grow platform.
I'm so thankful you reached out for help. My personal and business motto has been for many years, "Helping People Help Themselves". This is also my goal with each client. I recognize that most people do not need to be fixed. Rather they need to be heard and understood. By listening and attempting to understand, I am often able to help guide people to real solutions for their personal issues. It will be a privilege to assist you exploring the concerns you discuss.
Hi I'm Tammy!
Has life been feeling overwhelming lately? Do you wish you could talk to someone and share all those thoughts and feelings you keep hidden from others while struggling to get through the day? Would you like someone who can listen, really listen, and help you find your way back to yourself?
I help clients in all stages of life find their inner strength and empower themselves. I will work with you to fill your tool box with strategies you can use to manage anxiety, depression, and life changes such as parenthood, empty nest, caregiving and end of life. We will use a whole self approach incorporating mindfulness, inner child healing and evidence based techniques to help bring your mind, body and soul back into balance.
You know yourself best and I strive to assist you in healing and releasing what is holding you back from living your best life. Taking this first step can be scary but you are so worth it! I would be honored to be part of your journey. Let's work together!
Hello, I am Viktoria.
Life doesn't always go as planned, and transitions, illness, and trauma are rarely anticipated. Are you struggling with self-defeating patterns that are causing depression, anxiety, and /or a feeling of being stuck? Do you want to make changes in your personal and professional life? Do you have challenges in your relationship? Individuals have unique and individual needs, which should be recognized. Most of the time, you will be able to handle the situation with the help of your friends and family or on your own.
There are times when you might need professional guidance and support to learn specific techniques to help you manage your thoughts and feelings. An important aspect of therapy is the opportunity to explore feelings of loneliness, anxiety, depression, grief, and shame, and to begin the process of creating positive and lasting changes. This takes place in a non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship based on empathy, trust, safety, and compassion. My style is calm, warm, and relaxed, and I believe in creating a safe environment for you in which compassion, support, and humor can flourish.
Together, we can gain insight and understanding of the relationships between emotions, core beliefs and behaviors in order to find solutions to the problems you are facing.
Hello. I'm currently accepting new clients(ages 18+) for individual counseling sessions. I offer some evening and weekend sessions. I have been successful in helping people make positive changes for 26+ years. I welcome you to join me in addressing the issues that led to you seeking assistance. I look forward to helping you achieve your therapeutic and/or life goals.
I attempt to provide a relaxing, non-judgmental environment, allowing you to be heard and understood, so positive change, healing and/or growth can begin. My style is client-focused, adapting to your needs and goals and ensuring your therapeutic goals are reasonable and achievable. I also incorporate therapeutic humor when appropriate.

Having worked in community mental health and social services field since 1992, I’m seasoned in providing adults with compassionate, contemporary and effective mental health counseling/therapy. I am no longer providing family or couples/marital counseling services. However, I do address relationship issues individually.
My name is Keisha Williams. I am human, and I understand that challenges occur in our lives when we least expect it. I am a firm believer that everyone goes though "ups" and "downs"/"negatives" and "positives" at different times in their lives. It is natural to experience these feelings; however, please know that you don't have to stay "down". You can and will bounce back and be better than you were before.

I have been doing clinical counseling for 28 years, and unlike most providers, I have a doctorate degree in counseling. I believe that the extra education helps me to provide more thorough, informed, and helpful feedback for clients.
I currently provide therapy on a broad range of issues including trauma, anxiety, substance abuse and mood disorders. I am also comfortable working with sexual, gender, and eating issues. I have experience as well with neurodivergence and autism spectrum clients. My passion in a clinical setting involves working with trauma and dissociation, in particular clients with Dissociative Identity Disorder.
I believe in giving you tangible feedback and practical solutions. I intend to demystify the process of counseling so that you can truly benefit from your work.
In terms of my own self-care I enjoy walking outdoors as a means of reconnecting with nature. Recently, I rediscovered tennis, and have been playing doubles with a local group twice a week. I also recently started playing ping pong and pickleball.
Hi, I’m Susan, a licensed clinical social worker and the owner of Empowered Bridges Counseling. I help adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or affected by past experiences reconnect with themselves and feel more at ease in their lives. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, creating a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as we work toward meaningful change together.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one over the age of 18, you don’t have to carry that stress alone.
My name is Clint, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 who may be struggling with burnout, anxiety, guilt, stress, or feeling emotionally drained.
As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges caregiving can bring. Balancing medical appointments, family responsibilities, work demands, and the emotional weight of supporting a loved one can leave little time to care for yourself. Since 2011, I’ve worked alongside caregivers and families to help reduce burnout, build healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and create more balance in daily life.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, strength's based and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations.
If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.
Welcome! I’m Eduardo W. Gonzalez, LMHC, with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and have a passion for helping adults and kids overcome anxiety and depression, behavioral problems as ADHD, defiance and anger. My approach is personalized and rooted in the latest research, designed to help you gain the tools and confidence to face life’s challenges. When you visit me, we'll develop a personalized plan just for you. Together we'll write down what you want to achieve, how we'll accomplish that, and just how long it will take to get there. Don't wait any longer! Call today and let's do it.

Hello there! I am so happy you took the first step in reaching out. A little about me, I am first and foremost here for you. You drive how we work together. I am a gentle therapist in the way that we work together. I do not feel making anyone cry is necessary and feeling safe is of utmost importance. This does not mean you are not going to learn and improve. We will work hard and you will know I am here to work with you and not make you feel any worse than you may already feel.

Granted, we will ultimately work the way that fits your needs best. If you just need someone to listen, I can do that. If you are ready to dive into your current situation(s) and make them feel better, I will walk with you on that journey as well. Together we will find the answers you are searching for. My name is McKinsey Kemp, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I earned my Master’s degree from California State University, San Bernardino, and have seven years of professional experience in the field, including one year in case management.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced various forms of trauma. I am a qualified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC). Often, my clients have a relationship with a person who has no diagnosable condition, yet the relationship would be considered "toxic" in that it repeatedly causes my client emotional distress. I am excited to provide perspectives and strategies to assist.
I grew up in Florida and graduated from FSU with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. I began my career in a county jail mental health unit, where I became proficient in crisis intervention, assessments, and group therapy. Hi, I am Georgia and I am of Caribbean heritage. I initally began my career in technical problem-solving in the fields of Environmental Science and Engineering, but my deeper calling was always in helping people navigate their own challenges. While working as an engineer, I served my church community as a lay counselor and intercessor, which sparked a growing passion for more meaningful, people-centered work. That calling led me to pursue a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I haven’t looked back since. Today, I serve as both a private practice clinician and a workplace mental health consultant and trainer. This work allows me to blend my analytical skills with a deep commitment to emotional wellbeing—and I truly feel I’ve found my purpose.
Hi there, I am Margarita
Gaining and maintaining balance, peace, and mental and emotional stability are not easy goals to achieve. We all go through difficult times in our lives, which negatively affect the way we think, feel and act, affecting in turn the people around us.
As a counselor, I help people to move forward and overcome situations where mental and emotional health has been compromised, promoting harmony and balance, and training them with the necessary tools for future challenges.
