Hello, I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Alaska and have been providing therapy for over seven years. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relational challenges.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in helping you better understand your emotions while building healthy coping skills that support lasting change. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and safe space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for growth, I look forward to walking alongside you as you develop tools that bring greater balance and resilience into your everyday life.
Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you've been carrying everything on your own for a long time. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions. My approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe therapy shouldn't just help you feel better during sessions—it should give you the insight and tools to navigate life with greater confidence between sessions. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and work toward lasting, meaningful growth.
Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) in Florida. I obtained my Masters from Florida International University (FIU) and my Bachelors from Florida State University. I've been helping individuals and families for 14 years, and can help you restore or create your best life. If you'd like to regain footing but don't know where to start, let's work together you don't have to do it alone.
Hi, I’m Kim, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Credentialed Addiction Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, substance use, family conflict, and life stressors. I became a therapist because I value creating a space where people feel safe, heard, respected, and supported while working through difficult emotions and life experiences.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s needs and goals. I believe meaningful change begins when clients feel comfortable being honest about what they are carrying without fear of judgment. In therapy, I help clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and coping strategies so they can make changes that feel realistic and sustainable.
I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. I also support clients in building emotional regulation skills, improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, strengthening self-worth, and developing coping tools they can use outside of sessions.
I have over 14 years of experience working with individuals affected by substance use and addiction. I support clients navigating recovery, relapse prevention, emotional triggers, co-occurring mental health concerns, and the impact substance use can have on relationships, self-esteem, and daily functioning. I understand that recovery is not always linear, and I approach this work with compassion, accountability, and respect for each client’s individual journey.
I am also currently completing EMDR training and consultation. I integrate EMDR-informed principles within a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, with careful attention to preparation, stabilization, pacing, and client readiness.
My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental and emotionally safe space where clients feel supported while making meaningful and lasting changes. I strive to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and move toward greater emotional wellness and stability.

You're exhausted, wondering if anyone is going to reach your teenage son with ADHD. I was that kid and found my way through.
Your son is struggling the same way I did. ADHD, too much homework, too little interest, too many people telling him to just try harder. I didn't get real support until the end of high school. Treatment changed the trajectory of my life.
I went from community college to the University of Florida, then to a Master of Social Work from Florida State. My bachelor's was in Education Sciences with a specialization in Educational Psychology, which means I understand how ADHD plays out in a classroom, where so much of your son's pain probably lives. School is hard enough for these kids already, which is why I see clients in the evenings and on weekends. Therapy shouldn't add to what school is already taking from him.
I have known I wanted to work with people since I was in elementary school. By my psychology class in high school, I knew that’s what I wanted to do. When I was getting my undergraduate degree, my grandparents, whom had been a major emotional support for me, had been diagnosed with dementia. I learned firsthand the stress that can create for individuals and families. My next step was graduate school where I began to learn the skills and strategies to work with people and help them. Since then, I have worked with individuals and families during some of their more stressful times to process and identify their thoughts and feelings while implementing helpful change.

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a San Francisco native, a military veteran, and a lifelong art lover who finally found the courage to answer my truest calling during the whirlwind of 2020. I haven’t looked back since. I am deeply passionate about bridging the gaps in mental health care and destigmatizing therapy—because taking care of your mind should be as normal as taking care of your body.
When I’m not in the therapist chair, my life is beautifully full. I’m a homeschooling mom to six incredible girls (yes, six!), married to my childhood sweetheart, and a big fan of making meals from scratch and catching a double feature at the drive-in movie theater.
My Approach
I bring that same blend of heart, dedication, and real-world chaos into my practice. I take a direct, down-to-earth approach, and I love working with people who are truly ready to show up, connect, and do the work. My space is for teens and adults navigating messy transitions, trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.

I have always been empathetic towards others and have a passion for providing a helping hand to those in need. I understand that unfortunate situations in life can sometimes be unexpected. The hardships that we experience can make it difficult to cope, without the proper support.
I am able to relate to the community I serve and understand that we all have difficulties that may require the support of others. I believe that my life experiences have given me the compassion and dedication needed to make a difference in the lives of many.

Hi, I'm Lucas, and I'm really glad you're here. The searching can get annoying, trust me, I know.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience in addiction and mental health, including directing an Intensive Outpatient Program. I graduated from Arizona State University with a Master's in Social Work in 2023.
I'm not the "perfect expert" type. I'd rather be the person in your corner who shows up fully, celebrates your progress, and says the hard things when they need to be said. I'm warm and genuine; I bring real energy to every session, yes, even through a screen, and I practice what I teach because mental health is something we all work at.
Expect me to be direct, and don't be surprised if I send you home with "homework." Growth happens in the everyday moments, not just the hour we spend together.
My job is simple: help you reconnect with your strengths, build real confidence, and move toward the life you actually want.
You're worth that work. Let's get started.
Welcome! I'm LaVon

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (TX & FL) with over 15 years of experience providing trauma-informed, multilingual mental health care. My practice is rooted in compassion, clarity, and cultural humility—specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches. I support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions, with a deep commitment to creating a safe, respectful space for healing and growth.
Whether you're seeking support for emotional regulation, processing past experiences, or building resilience, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. I speak English, Spanish, and French, and bring a nuanced understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and lived experiences. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change—at your pace, and in alignment with your values.
I offer a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. Whether you’re navigating loss, transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, our work together can help you explore meaning, clarify purpose, and move toward a more authentic and grounded sense of well-being. I approach therapy with curiosity, warmth, and respect, believing it can be a space not only for healing, but also for reclaiming parts of yourself and imagining new possibilities.
Many of my clients are women and teen girls (12 and up) who are high-functioning on the outside but feel exhausted, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. You may be managing work, school, relationships, or caregiving while internally feeling overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or like you’re running on empty.
If you’re someone who’s tried to “figure it out” on your own or learned coping skills in therapy before but still find yourself falling into the same patterns, you’re not alone. Many of the women I work with come in feeling frustrated that insight hasn’t translated into real change.
In our work together, we focus on getting to the root of what’s keeping you stuck in cycles like burnout, over-functioning, people-pleasing, and difficulty setting boundaries. Instead of just managing symptoms, we work to understand and shift what’s driving them so the change actually lasts.
A key part of this process involves working with your nervous system—not just your thoughts. You may already understand what’s going on logically, but still feel it in your body and day-to-day life. We focus on helping your system feel safer, more grounded, and less reactive so you can begin to break those automatic cycles and respond in new ways.
I integrate EMDR, somatic approaches, attachment-based therapy, TF-CBT, and experiential work to support both emotional processing and practical change. The goal is to help you move from insight into real, sustainable shifts in how you feel, relate, and show up in your life.
Sessions are collaborative and paced so you don’t feel rushed or overwhelmed. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, emotionally steady, and connected to yourself and your relationships.
I also offer trauma intensives for self-pay clients who want deeper, focused work in a shorter period of time.
I am a warm, creative, and open-minded clinician dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma, sexual abuse, and adverse childhood experiences. I especially enjoy working with marginalized communities and supporting women in reclaiming their voice, strength, and sense of self. In addition to trauma-focused work, I have experience providing solution-focused therapy within medical settings, working with clients across a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and clinical presentations. Together, we work toward healing, emotional resilience, and meaningful personal growth.
