I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality therapy in a professional, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, respected, and taken seriously from the start.
I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach, working closely with clients to understand their concerns and develop clear, meaningful goals for treatment. Therapy with me is intentional and tailored—I draw from evidence-based approaches to meet your unique needs while honoring your values, culture, and lived experience.
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, stress, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief and loss, ADHD, anger management, and family conflict. I also have experience providing substance use counseling for adults. I earned both my undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my niece and nephew. I enjoy yoga, documentaries, true crime, movies, and a good cup of coffee. When life allows, I also enjoy a good nap.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 17 years of experience working with children (ages 5–18), adults, couples, and families. I earned my Master of Arts in Guidance Counseling from Argosy University in 2008. I became a certified school counselor that same year, holding a professional certification through the Department of Education (Certification#1101243).
After several successful years in school counseling, I decided to expand my scope of practice and transition into therapy full-time. In October 2023, I became a Registered Mental Health Intern and subsequently completed a Post-Baccalaureate Certification in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University in June 2024.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to audiobooks, going for walks in the park, watching Netflix, and baking.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counsellor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from Palm Beach Atlantic University and have been counseling for 18 years. I'll help you become the best version of yourself by taking the time to understand your needs and goals, then working closely with you to develop a plan to help you get to where you want to be in a month, six months or a year from our first session.
Going through a change can be very tough and hard to navigate. Whether the changes are good or difficult, they can still be hard to work through. I can help you find a balance with the changes occurring in your life and the peace you hope to feel. Together we can work as a team to locate solutions to find acceptance and work out a plan to help you move forward in your life in a way that brings fulfillment.
I use a whole self-approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. Although I can help you work through most changes you might be experiencing, I have many year's experience working with individuals in the Hospice setting, helping patients and survivors find peace during the end of life with dignity. These experiences have been strengthened by my personal journey with breast cancer, which has given me a perspective on the other side.
I hope I can use my 30 plus years' experience as a therapist and my personal experience as a cancer survivor to help you learn how to find happiness and peace in your life.
Painful experiences often lead people to develop protective strategies to manage overwhelming emotions. These strategies may appear as perfectionism, emotional avoidance, anger toward loved ones, or repeated involvement in unhealthy relationships. While they can offer temporary relief, they often create disconnection from oneself and others, contributing to feelings of loneliness, shame, anxiety, and depression.
I am dedicated to helping individuals strengthen their sense of self worth and process traumatic experiences that contribute to insecure attachment and unhelpful patterns. I believe that although emotional wounds often occur within relationships, healing also takes place through safe and supportive connection. With compassion, courage, and a willingness to explore difficult experiences, meaningful and lasting change is possible. Healing can happen, and there is always hope.
I’m Maylin Gonzalez, LMHC-QS, IMH-E®, a therapist specializing in women’s mental health across life stages, including pre/postpartum care, intimacy before/after children, identity shifts, and parenting support. I provide a warm, grounding space where women can explore their emotions, understand themselves more deeply, and navigate life transitions with clarity and steadiness. My work blends clinical skill with compassion to help you feel supported, seen, and empowered in your journey.
Hi, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counsellor (LMHC) based in South Florida. I received my Masters from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and have been practicing for over 20 years. I help people of all ages struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety and mood disorders by assiting them with developing coping skills that they can use to reduce and/or manage their symptoms better.
I am a licensed mental health counselor with six years of experience who believes that healing begins with connection. My approach is grounded in authenticity and the cultivation of a genuine therapeutic relationship.
I enjoy supporting individuals who are navigating life transitions, experiencing emotional overwhelm, or seeking a deeper connection with themselves, others, or their purpose. Whether you’re feeling stuck, burnt out, or simply ready for change. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your inner strengths.
My person-centered approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused techniques to support sustainable, meaningful growth. I see therapy not as a process of “fixing,” but as one of deep understanding, alignment, and empowerment.
My style is direct but compassionate. The impact I aim to leave is more than symptom relief; it’s about helping you build resilience, clarity, and confidence that lasts beyond our sessions. I hope that you leave each conversation feeling more grounded, more seen, and more capable of creating the life you want.

Furthermore, I have had the honor of serving veterans through the Veterans Affairs system as well as individuals dealing with substance abuse through individual and group therapy sessions. I often hear from my clients, (especially from men) that they wished that they had not postponed treatment after starting services with me. By actively listening to your concerns, worries, and issues that keeping you from your goals, you and I will get to work on overcoming those barriers.
There is one thing I am gifted at and that’s touching the lives of others through therapy. A wise man once said, “Mental strength is not the ability to stay out of the darkness; it’s the ability to sit present in the darkness knowing that the light will shine again”. I am an influencer of change and a strong believer that your perspective will take you as far as you can see.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC in Florida), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC in Colorado), Certified Hypnotherapist (NBCCH), Master's Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) and a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC). I tend to break through surface level issues and get to the core issues a person has in order to promote change and well being in the individual. People tend to open up to me due to my empathy and understanding of trauma, and its effects on their behaviors.
I am a licensed therapist with specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, an evidence-based approach for healing from trauma and distressing life experiences. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida State University and am passionate about helping individuals create meaningful and lasting change. My areas of specialization include eating disorders, trauma, perfectionism, and the emotional challenges that often accompany them. I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools for growth. Together, we can work toward healing, greater self-compassion, and a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.

Many of my clients are women and teen girls (12 and up) who are high-functioning on the outside but feel exhausted, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. You may be managing work, school, relationships, or caregiving while internally feeling overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or like you’re running on empty.
If you’re someone who’s tried to “figure it out” on your own or learned coping skills in therapy before but still find yourself falling into the same patterns, you’re not alone. Many of the women I work with come in feeling frustrated that insight hasn’t translated into real change.
In our work together, we focus on getting to the root of what’s keeping you stuck in cycles like burnout, over-functioning, people-pleasing, and difficulty setting boundaries. Instead of just managing symptoms, we work to understand and shift what’s driving them so the change actually lasts.
A key part of this process involves working with your nervous system—not just your thoughts. You may already understand what’s going on logically, but still feel it in your body and day-to-day life. We focus on helping your system feel safer, more grounded, and less reactive so you can begin to break those automatic cycles and respond in new ways.
I integrate EMDR, somatic approaches, attachment-based therapy, TF-CBT, and experiential work to support both emotional processing and practical change. The goal is to help you move from insight into real, sustainable shifts in how you feel, relate, and show up in your life.
Sessions are collaborative and paced so you don’t feel rushed or overwhelmed. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, emotionally steady, and connected to yourself and your relationships.
I also offer trauma intensives for self-pay clients who want deeper, focused work in a shorter period of time.
I provide counseling for adults & teen boys exclusively. I also provide personal and professional coaching. I love what I do and got into this field to add value to people's lives the best way I could, with my mind and my words. I am authentic, down to earth, and committed to joining in on this journey with you or your loved one.
You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, navigating a difficult life transition, struggling in your relationships, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to face it alone.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I believe therapy is a partnership where you'll feel heard, respected, and supported while also being gently challenged to grow. Together, we'll make sense of what's weighing on you, identify patterns that may be holding you back, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful strategies that fit your life. My goal is to help you gain confidence, develop resilience, and take lasting steps toward healing, personal growth, and living a more fulfilling life.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship challenges? Many individuals find themselves stuck despite wanting meaningful change, especially when emotional distress begins to interfere with daily functioning and overall well-being. Therapy offers a structured and supportive space to better understand these challenges and develop effective coping strategies. Seeking professional support is an important first step, and meaningful change occurs through intentional work both in and outside the therapy setting.

Are you feeling OVERWHELMED or STRESSED? Thinking, “I don’t know how much more of this I can take!”
Perhaps you may feel hopeless from symptoms of depression; over-the-edge and worried from symptoms of anxiety; inattentive, fidgety, or hyper-focused from symptoms of ADHD; quick-to-click from anger; a salad bowl of feelings from grief; substance use that led to a relationship or legal troubles; sorting through 50+ reasons as to why you should stay or leave an abusive relationship; or a person, place or situation has triggered a trauma memory. I get it. I understand that either of these experiences listed is a lot to manage while trying to work, relate to your spouse or partner, parent, or care for ailing parents, and the tasks can go on and on.
I already think you are pretty awesome to seek assistance. So, let’s partner and get to work.

Hi, I'm Jennifer Gaither, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor in Florida. I'm passionate about helping you feel like yourself again , because life can get heavy, especially when you're navigating anxiety, major life transitions, or struggles with self-worth and self-confidence.
My style is warm and laid-back, and I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real partnership, a genuine conversation rather than a clinical lecture. I meet you exactly where you are, at a pace that feels right for you, in a space that is completely free of judgment. Whether you're working through something specific or simply want to understand yourself better, I'm here for all of it.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, adapting my style to fit your unique needs and goals, because what works for one person may not work for another. Call me Ben! I've been in private practice for 5 years and the mental health field at-large for close to a decade. I'm a big advocate for mindfulness (and ACT) and how it can be used alongside and incorporated into the therapeutic relationship to make tremendous strides in addressing one's mental health. I live in Asheville, North Carolina with my wife and our two cats. I love to go hiking and kayaking, I own a record store where I also work, and love a good gaming session with my friends.

Hello, my name is Kelsy and I'm a therapist who enjoys working with clients with ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, anxiety and/or depression. As a marriage and family therapist, I look at the systems a client is part of i.e. their family, workplace, community, country and world. I seek to understand how behaviors and symptoms make sense within the larger context where they occur. I work with individuals 13+ and couples. In my therapy practice, all religions, spiritual beliefs or having none are respected and explored as needed. Most importantly, I look forward to listening and seeking to understand first as the foundation for our interactions.

I'm Liz, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with adults navigating trauma and PTSD.
Many of the people I work with are used to carrying a lot on their own. You may be the person others depend on—the one who keeps going, gets things done, and rarely lets anyone see how much you're struggling. On the outside, you may look like you're managing. On the inside, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode.
You might find yourself overthinking, staying constantly busy, feeling on edge, struggling to slow down, or wondering why certain patterns keep showing up in your relationships and daily life. Often, these responses developed for a reason. They helped you cope with difficult experiences and get through what you had to get through.
Trauma isn't just something that happened in the past. It can affect how safe you feel in the world, how you relate to others, and how you see yourself. It can leave you feeling disconnected from your emotions, your body, or the person you want to be. I provide a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed space where we can explore these experiences at a pace that feels manageable. My approach is relational and collaborative. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we'll work together to understand the patterns that have been keeping you stuck, process past experiences, build coping tools that actually fit your life, and strengthen your connection to yourself.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more able to move through life with a greater sense of choice, confidence, and self-understanding. Healing looks different for everyone, and we'll work together to find what that looks like for you.

Hello! My name is Jeremy Brown!
Has it been difficult and tough sometimes to talk to others like family and friends? Do you feel like people around you are not listening or hearing you when you speak? Do you struggle with self-compassion and self-gratitude? Have you always turned to other means to cope when stressed such as alcohol or other substances?
I help individuals who are struggling with all the above and work side by side with you to formulate a healthier way to communicate and get to the root of your problems. I do so through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy which aims at changing the way we think and view various situations as well as solution focused therapy and strengths based techniques to show you that your are capable and strong to overcome. If you also struggle with substance abuse, I have 3 years of experience helping individuals suffering with alcohol, cannabis and stimulant use disorder find healthier ways to cope with issues than with the use of substances.
I want to applaud you for taking the first step in your recovery and healing, this can all feel scary at first but you are on your way to healthier version of yourself! In our upcoming sessions together, I will meet you with compassion and empathy and take a collaborative approach to help you overcome any obstacle in your way. I look forward to working with you!

My name is Tiffany Fisher and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change—helping you move toward greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of self. I draw from DBT, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy, along with a humanistic perspective, to meet each client where they are. Together, we’ll explore underlying patterns, build practical coping skills, and develop a deeper understanding of your emotions and experiences.
I work with teens and adults who want a space where they can breathe, feel understood, and not have to explain the parts of themselves that already feel heavy. Many come in sorting through identity, mood shifts, trauma, or the realities of living with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. My approach is rooted in empathy, deep listening, and genuine connection. Together, we move toward healing, steadiness, and a life that feels more like your own.
