Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. It’s incredibly brave to reflect on your life and decide to make positive changes. Seeking support is often the first meaningful step forward. I believe one of the most healing experiences a person can have is to feel truly heard, understood, and accepted without judgment.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I work with adults, adolescents, and children ages 10 and older, helping clients navigate anxiety, intrusive thoughts, relationship patterns, stress, and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with first responders, healthcare professionals, correctional staff, and individuals navigating high-stress careers.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions, as well as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. As someone who personally understands OCD and the experience of feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I know how overwhelming it can feel when old coping strategies stop working and you’re unsure how to move forward. Therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
