New to Grow
I’m a marriage and family therapist who helps individuals and couples navigate the complexities of relationships—whether that’s improving communication, rebuilding trust, or finding clarity during times of change. I help people make sense of their relationships—when things feel confusing, distant, or stuck. I support clients in building healthy patterns that lead to meaningful, resilient connections My goal is to help people create stronger, more authentic connections with themselves and others.
As a marriage and family therapist, I bring humor, compassion, and authenticity to our first session. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself as we get to know each other and explore what brings you here. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space for real connection and growth.
My style is warm, conversational, and genuine. I use humor and real-life examples to make therapy feel approachable—because sometimes a little laughter and honesty help things click. I believe change happens through collaboration, so we’ll define your goals together, check in often, and keep the process flexible and human. My role is to help you recognize patterns, understand the emotions underneath, and practice new ways of relating that bring ease, balance, and authenticity back into your relationships.
You might be here because your relationships feel harder than they used to. Maybe communication has broken down, emotions feel overwhelming, or your family seems stuck in patterns that leave everyone frustrated and unheard. You’ve tried to make things better, but something still feels off—and you’re not sure where to turn next. As a marriage and family therapist, I help individuals, couples, and families understand what’s beneath the surface of their struggles. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that keep you stuck, strengthen communication, and build healthier ways to connect. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and equipped to make real, lasting change.
This is rooted in attachment theory. It focuses on identifying negative cycles and creating stronger bonds while improving emotional regulation.
Couples counseling looks for unhelpful patterns and together we will create more peaceful ways of communicating.
