Currently open to work with woman struggling with perinatal mental health challenges that also has survive trauma in childhood or in lifespan, and diverse population of adults experiencing PTSD, anxiety and/or mood disorders.

I have additional training in Accelerate Resolution Therapy, experiential therapy, emotion focused therapy. I have been in private practice for over 5 years. I previously worked with veterans and individuals in the criminal justice system. I have experience working with adults, couples, families and adolescence as young as 14.
