We provide services to adult clients, adolescent clients, couples and families. We offer telehealth only in Massachusetts and New Jersey, however, in Florida we offer both telehealth and in person sessions. We are gladly accepting new clients!

I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient environments. I offer individual, self-pay only couples counseling, and Board of Nursing evaluations. Individual counseling is billed through insurance or self-pay at $100 per hour. Couples counseling is $150 per hour. Board of Nursing evaluations are billed out-of-pocket due to the extensive paperwork/correspondence involved. However, follow-up visits can be billed through insurance if I am in-network with your insurance company. There is a no-show fee of $100. There is a late cancellation (less than 24 hours) fee of $100. My psychodynamic background lends itself to the exploration of unconscious conflicts and the impact of early experience. However, I understand that when people seek treatment, they are often experiencing distress. Hence, I understand the importance of focusing on the presenting problem. I believe the therapeutic process is a creative endeavor between therapist and client. As such, I strive to create a warm and safe environment. Empathy and understanding are significant facilitators of therapeutic change. I draw on psychodynamic and existential theory and incorporate elements of cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy as well as mindfulness approaches.
