Hi! My name is Shalom Adler ,and I am excited to have an opportunity to help you. We all want to live a meaningful and stress-free life, and while I cannot guarantee that you will not experience stress (we all do), I can help you navigate and cope with all that life throws at you. As the great psychiatrist Viktor Frankl says, “There is nothing in the world … that would so effectively help one to survive even the worst conditions as the knowledge that there is a meaning in one's life.” I have over thirty years of experience in helping, guiding and counseling individuals, couples and families. I treat everyone the way I would like to be treated, with respect, compassion, dignity and empathy. I have faced my own mental health challenges over the years, and this gives me a unique perspective that will help me help you. I will not attempt to model you in my image, but I will work as hard as I can to help you reach your fullest potential and overcome your own challenges. I will meet you where you are and evaluate your strengths and needs. We will work collaboratively to achieve your goals and aspirations.

Hi, I’m Mercedes Harrison, and I believe therapy should be more than just talking about what’s going on—it should help you understand yourself, recognize patterns, and feel more equipped to move forward. Do you ever leave therapy feeling like you talked a lot, but still aren’t fully sure what you’re working on or how to actually move forward? Many people know they’re struggling but have a hard time putting words to their emotions, recognizing patterns, or understanding why they keep getting stuck in the same cycles. In my work with clients, I believe therapy can feel more meaningful when you’re able to actually see, organize, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. My goal is for you to leave each session with tangible tools, practical insight, and personalized resources that you can continue using and reflecting on outside of therapy. I want therapy to be a space where you not only feel heard, but also gain clarity, understanding, and tools that support you in creating meaningful change.

I didn't always know I wanted to be a therapist. Growing up in a household where mental health issues were present allowed me to see firsthand it's effect on individuals. After undergraduate school, I landed my first job in a psychiatric hospital. That's when things clicked for me, and I knew that I wanted to help people become their best selves. I had a natural curiosity to understand the world, how people think, and what drives human behavior. I also believe in the power of connectedness. All these things came together and pushed me to pursue my graduate degree in counseling. My experiences early on taught me that no one is perfect, we all struggle, and we all deserve grace. I am here to tell you that your story doesn't have to end where it is now. I aim to show that we are all resilient and have the ability to overcome challenges.

Hi, I’m Shari. With more than 26 years of experience as a licensed mental health counselor, I believe every person has inherent worth that exists beyond their struggles, diagnoses, or life circumstances. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to seeing people through mercy and grace, recognizing dignity beyond dysfunction, strength alongside suffering, and hope even in life's most difficult seasons. These principles shape how I understand each client's story and guide the therapeutic relationship we build together. I recognize that many of the ways people cope with anxiety, trauma, grief, or life's challenges began as creative ways to survive difficult circumstances. Rather than defining people by their symptoms or past experiences, I seek to understand their unique story, honor the resilience that has carried them this far, and help them build healthier patterns that support lasting healing and growth. I also believe spirituality is a source of meaning, hope, and resilience that is distinct from religious beliefs or practices. Whether you identify as religious, spiritual, both, or neither, I respect your values and will thoughtfully incorporate them into therapy only if they are important to you. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and evidence-based. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, caregiver stress, chronic illness, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you gain insight, build practical coping skills, and reconnect with your strengths so you can move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

I’m a therapist who works with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, trauma-related challenges, addiction, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in painful patterns, struggle with intense emotions or self-criticism, or find themselves repeating relationship dynamics they want to better understand and change. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely comfortable, understood, and accepted without judgment. At the same time, I think therapy should be practical and meaningful — not just a place to talk, but a space to develop insight, build healthier coping skills, and create lasting change in everyday life. I draw from approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, compassion-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, and mind-body techniques, tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs and goals. I especially enjoy helping clients improve emotional regulation, navigate relationship and attachment issues, build self-worth, and develop more balance and resilience during stressful periods of life. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can be honest about what they’re struggling with while also feeling hopeful about growth and change. I value authenticity in the therapy relationship and try to bring a grounded, human approach to the work we do together.

With my degree, I also gained a specialization in treating addiction. I completed my internship in mental health counseling with Children’s Home Society from March of 2021 through November 2021. During my time in my internship, I counseled patients from the age of 9-45, and gained experience in counseling with a variety of issues, including anxiety, Depression, OCD, and PTSD. I also led a counseling group that helped children ages 9-12 deal with divorce and the challenges that come along with that. I have been working as counselor post-gradsince February of 2022. I have counseled clients from the age of 6-74, gaining experience in a variety of issues including oppositional defiance, anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem, and intrusive thoughts. I became a counselor after I received counseling herself, and the impact that it made on my life inspired me to want to help people in the same way that I was helped. If I am able to help one person in the same way that I was helped, then this career is worth it to me. I uses a Strengths-Based approach, combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Hello and thanks for stopping by. Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted? Maybe you find yourself overthinking your decisions, struggling to set boundaries, or repeating relationship patterns that leave you questioning yourself. You know that you want something different but you're unsure how to move forward. Whatever you're experiencing, you don't have to face it alone. I helped women understand how past experiences and relationship patterns may be showing up in their lives today. Imagine moving through your days with greater calm and clarity. Imagine feeling more confident in your decisions, more connected to yourself, and more comfortable showing up as your authentic self. Healing does not mean forgetting what happened or moving through it alone, it means having the support and tools to understand your experiences and create a new path forward. You don't have to navigate your healing journey by yourself. I am Kayla Crawford, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am here to support you as you move from simply managing what you've been through toward greater understanding, healing, and meaningful change. I have a Master's degree in Counseling and Psychology. I come to you with over 18 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in outpatient and inpatient settings with at risk youth and families. I also worked alongside law enforcement during crisis to assist youth who struggled with suicidal ideations. My work is trauma informed, relational, somatic, and whole person focused. I recognize that you may intellectually understand your story but the body and your nervous system is still responding as if you are in the past.

I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who believes you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out for support. I became a therapist because I’ve seen how anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and the pressure to meet everyone else’s expectations can impact how we see ourselves and move through life. My own experiences, along with my professional background, have shaped the way I connect with clients. I understand that sometimes being the “strong one” can become exhausting, and that setting boundaries or putting yourself first can bring up a lot of guilt. In therapy, I want you to feel comfortable being your whole self without judgment. I take a collaborative and down-to-earth approach, meeting you where you are and helping you develop tools and insight that feel realistic for your life. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin creating a life that feels more balanced and authentic to you.

Hello! I’m Dr. Liana Lorenzo-Echeverri, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to supporting women, moms, and moms-to-be across Florida through online therapy. With both a Master’s and a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, I bring a blend of professional expertise and heartfelt understanding to every session. As a mother of two, I deeply understand the joys and challenges that come with pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and navigating life transitions. I specialize in maternal mental health, including prenatal and postpartum support, grief from miscarriage, and helping women explore meaningful life decisions around parenthood and identity. My passion is creating a safe, empowering, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your goals, strengthen your resilience, and build the life you envision. Over the years, I’ve helped women as young as 18 recognize their inner strengths, gain clarity through change, and overcome stress, anxiety, or uncertainty. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by motherhood, considering whether to have children, or simply navigating the complexities of modern life, I work collaboratively with you to uncover strategies that promote balance, confidence, and well-being. My approach centers on understanding you — your story, your values, and your unique experiences — so we can tailor therapy to meet your needs. I’m here to support you, help you feel heard, and empower you to face life’s transitions with courage and confidence. If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to schedule a therapy session so we can explore how working together may support your goals.
