Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Master's from the University of the Cumberlands in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and my Master's from the University of The Cumberlands In Addictions Counseling. I help adolescents and adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and emotional distress become the version of themselves they desire to be.

I have over 10 years of experience in helping individuals address trauma related symptoms, anxiety and stressful life changes. It's important to me to provide my clients with a safe space to learn more about themselves and build skills to live a more fulfilling life. I use a very compassionate and integrative approach to help clients meet their goals in therapy.
