Hi there I'm Jodi. I specialize in short-term cognitive behavioral therapy. I provide supportive, safe and non-judgmental environment assisting individuals who are suffering from depression, anxiety, relationship struggles and family issues. I consider myself to be the narcist whisperer. I can assist you with dealing with the difficult people in your life by setting boundaries, saying no assertively and conflict de-escalation. My background is in CBT cognitive behavioral therapy, changing the way you think changes the way you feel and changes your behavior while building self-esteem and self-efficacy. Staring the process of therapy can be frightening. I will be there with you all the way to help you achieve your goals.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
