I consider myself to be the narcist whisperer. I can assist you with dealing with the difficult people in your life by setting boundaries, saying no assertively and conflict de-escalation. My background is in CBT cognitive behavioral therapy, changing the way you think changes the way you feel and changes your behavior while building self-esteem and self-efficacy. Staring the process of therapy can be frightening. I will be there with you all the way to help you achieve your goals.
