My therapeutic style is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in a strength-based approach. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can explore, heal, and grow—at your own pace and in alignment with your unique needs.
I believe in taking a holistic and individualized approach, recognizing that every person’s journey is different and that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I enjoy working with those navigating life transitions, as well as those managing symptoms related to trauma. My experience includes working with adolescents, adults, and families.
Therapy I feel is a chance to learn and shift patterns in our lives. Relationships are a key part of life but are difficult on many levels and we learn the way that we communicate with other from our experience. Learning and understanding that experience can help us make the changes that we would like to see in life. I believe in having an open space free from judgement were people can explore who they are and learn how to use that to change their lives and their relationships with others. I work with people from all different perspectives and believe that we are the products of our experience and that we can find ways to change the patterns that are not helpful for us. Communication is key in relationships but it is something that we have trouble with but are not always aware of the impact. Learning patterns, identifying the meaning that we put to our experiences and seeing our strengths are ways that allow us to become the person that we want to be without losing who we are.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with clients navigating life’s plot twists, anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQ+ identity, and grief, basically all the moments where things don’t go as planned and your brain decides to add commentary. My approach is grounded in both clinical experience and lived experience, including the loss of a baby, being late diagnosed with ADHD, and managing chronic illness, all of which pushed me to learn deeply so I could show up more fully for my clients. I tend to meet people in the messy middle, where things are real, a little complicated, and still very workable.
I’m glad you’re here. Looking for support is a big first step. Therapy can be a place to slow down, to make sense of what you’re dealing with, and find new ways forward that feel more manageable.

I take the time to get to know my clients and have many clients who have been with me for years. That doesn't mean someone will see me every week for the rest of their life. It means client know I am available when they have need. I do have clients who have seen me weekly for years not because they are dependent on me but because they have found benefit in processing their life regularly.
I have had a successful personal practice for years and can offer clients the space and reverence to unpack the most unpleasant things to reorder them in a way they no longer can cause harm as they once did.
