Hello! I'm a bubbly, laid-back person who also believes in the importance of assertive communication. I love meeting new people of different cultural backgrounds. In my practice, I enjoy working with people who are adjusting to a new life, including teenagers, young adults, and older adults. Transitions can be extremely difficult leading to trouble making decisions, worry, depression, and substance abuse. It can be difficult to function well or thrive while adjusting to life right outside of college or adapting to retirement life after a full-time career of many years. Finding your way can be an exciting journey yet also bring about anxiety you may have never experienced before. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Texas and Colorado. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The University of Texas at Austin and obtained my Master of Science in Counseling at The University of North Texas. I have 14 years of experience working in the mental health/substance use field and have been in private practice for 3 years.

I bring warmth, empathy, authenticity, and a down-to-earth approach to each session. I balance compassionate support with practical strategies, helping clients feel understood while also encouraging meaningful growth and change. My approach is collaborative and individualized—I meet you where you are, adapt therapy to your needs, and create a space where you can show up as yourself without fear of judgment. I also understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I draw from evidence-based approaches while considering your unique experiences, culture, relationships, strengths, and values. I believe in being genuine and present with my clients, while gently challenging patterns that may no longer serve them. Together, we’ll build greater self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, and skills you can use beyond the therapy room.

"I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addiction Counselor, EAP Certified and EMDR therapist who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and addiction, as well as LGBTQIA+ clients seeking an affirming space. My approach is rooted in empathy and honesty. I won't tell you how to live your life, I'll support you in discovering what already works for you and help you build on it. "I work best with clients who are ready to show up with openness, even when the work is hard. If you're willing to sit in the quiet moments as much as the breakthroughs, and to bring your goals and feedback into our sessions, I'd love to be part of your care team. Change starts with self-compassion, not perfection, and I hold space for that as we work through your goals together."

I’m Dr. Eunice Joo, a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps individuals and couples gain deeper clarity about their thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns. My goal is to help people understand the underlying beliefs and assumptions that often shape their reactions, conflicts, and life decisions. When these patterns become clearer, people are better able to make healthier and more meaningful choices for their lives. As an immigrant myself, I understand the unique cultural challenges that many people experience while living between different cultures and value systems. The process of navigating identity, expectations, and belonging can often create confusion, inner conflict, and emotional stress. In my work, I help clients sort through these experiences so they can develop a clearer sense of identity, regain confidence in their values, and learn how to engage with different cultures without losing their own sense of self. My counseling approach focuses on identifying distorted thinking patterns and emotional triggers that may keep people stuck in cycles of confusion, self-doubt, or relational conflict. By helping clients recognize these patterns, I support them in expanding their psychological perspective and developing practical ways to respond more thoughtfully rather than react impulsively. For clients who value faith, I also offer Christian counseling that integrates biblical wisdom, prayer, and personal faith reflection with sound psychological insight. My goal is to help people experience healing, restore their sense of dignity and purpose, and move toward a more grounded and meaningful life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples. My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy. I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor trained and grounded between cultures—I'm Brazilian, based in Fort Collins with deep ties to Brazil, and I've built my practice around understanding the complexity of living across worlds. I work with adolescents and adults in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, which means I can meet you in the language and cultural context where you're most yourself. My approach is warm and collaborative, but I won't shy away from gently pushing back when I see you selling yourself short or staying stuck in patterns that aren't serving you. Therapy with me means honest reflection—about your relationships, your anxieties, your life transitions, whatever brought you here. I specialize in working through anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and relationship challenges, and I bring my own experience navigating between identities and expectations to that work. With over 5 years of counseling experience—including years as a school counselor and now running my own telehealth practice—I've learned that the best therapy happens when you feel truly seen and genuinely challenged to grow. I offer secure, confidential sessions so you can work with someone who understands your full story, cultural context and all.

Before I worked as a counselor I worked as a technical writer and software tester, and then as a caseworker in social services. I have also been a studio engineer with much work in audio and video editing and got to spend a year on the film festival circuit for a documentary I made about being an independent musician. All of those experiences I feel are helpful in working with clients from different backgrounds and perhaps in understanding that most of us want to find something meaningful in this life and often feel that we still don't know what our real calling.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been providing mental health services since 2013. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of New England and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wyoming. Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals who have experienced trauma, and I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and their strength. I also work closely with parents to build more structure and consistency in their homes, while supporting their own mental health growth. I started out working in the homes and communities of my clients through an intensive program, working with the families of children who were at risk for out of home placement, such as residential treatment or psychiatric hospitalization. This program was a 6 month therapeutic intervention, helping parents to better understand their children's needs, as well as helping children develop regulatory skills to help them be more successful, in their homes and communities. I provide virtual outpatient therapy to Colorado residents, working with individuals aged 15 and up who are struggling with daily functioning and searching for their true, authentic selves. My approach blends evidence-based methods, tailored to support you through distress and toward healing. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, without judgment, and building a path forward together at a pace that feels right for you.

*I do not work with children under age 12 or adults over the age of 29. * Hi there! I’m Stephanie! I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, sharing what they’re experiencing, and working toward meaningful change. I primarily work with teens and young adults who are navigating anxiety, academic stress, sports performance, peer relationships, family dynamics, self-esteem, motivation, and the many transitions that come with growing into adulthood. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and personalized; not like a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to meet each client where they are while helping them better understand themselves, build confidence, develop practical coping skills, and feel more capable of handling life’s challenges. I use a combination of CBT, solution-focused, person-centered, and motivational interviewing approaches based on each client’s unique needs and goals. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to help you take that next step.

You're exhausted, wondering if anyone is going to reach your teenage son with ADHD. I was that kid and found my way through. Your son is struggling the same way I did. ADHD, too much homework, too little interest, too many people telling him to just try harder. I didn't get real support until the end of high school. Treatment changed the trajectory of my life. I went from community college to the University of Florida, then to a Master of Social Work from Florida State. My bachelor's was in Education Sciences with a specialization in Educational Psychology, which means I understand how ADHD plays out in a classroom, where so much of your son's pain probably lives. School is hard enough for these kids already, which is why I see clients in the evenings and on weekends. Therapy shouldn't add to what school is already taking from him.

I am a Colorado and South Carolina Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience working with: individuals in the midst of grief and other major phase-of-life transitions like divorce, job loss, legal challenges, etc.; teenagers who are struggling with a variety of mental health challenges; couples and families that are struggling to find common ground; and fractured families prior to, during, and after divorce. Building strong families, even through divorce or custody battles, incarceration, or other prolonged periods of estrangement, is a particular area of focus for me. I offer reintegration therapy services for parents and children who have experienced short- and long-term separation or alienation. I love working with families who want to find a way to function better post-divorce. In addition, I spent a decade working for the Alzheimer's Association, which included counseling individuals and families who were facing a diagnosis of dementia. Prior to venturing into the counseling field, I ran a non-profit that operated a 100-bed homeless shelter, a family transitional housing program, and an eight-unit supportive housing project for Veterans. I have a heart for working with military veterans and their families -- having 22 years of service in the US Air Force myself. I served on Active Duty for 6 years, and after a break in service, completed another 16 years as a Reservist. My spouse served alongside me, with each of us deploying twice. Our son is currently serving as well. Therefore, I have been the deployed service member, the spouse left to manage things back home, and the mom watching her "baby" deploy to far-off places. There is almost no part of military service I do not understand through first-hand experience.

Hello I'm Adrian. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and work with individuals, couples, and families. Working from a systemic perspective, I look at how the whole system is interacting and functioning. I use a Narrative approach and Brainspotting. I am interested in the narratives or rules that we have picked up from our families of origin, relationships, and experiences. Often, these rules are helpful in the beginning and become a source of struggle down the road. Brainspotting is a trauma modality. More information can be found at brainspotting.com.

I help high-functioning adults who want more than temporary coping—they want to understand why they feel stuck and create lasting change. My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based therapies including EMDR, CBT, I-CBT, ACT, and neuroscience-informed approaches to help clients identify patterns, process difficult experiences, and build new ways of responding. Clients often come to me for anxiety, racing thoughts, perfectionism, workplace stress, burnout, performance anxiety, social anxiety, and experiences that continue to impact confidence, relationships, or emotional well-being. Together, we focus on helping you feel calmer, more confident, and more like yourself again.

Since earning my Master's in Social Work in 2016, I've dedicated my career to supporting individuals through life's challenges. My journey has taken me from child protective services and a mental health hospital in Colorado, to working with individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction, and serving as a school social worker across all grade levels. Now, in Georgia, I balance my private practice with working as a clinician at a crisis center, helping those in mental health emergencies. My passion lies in guiding teenagers, adolescents, and young adults through life's transitions—whether it's school, work, or relationships—and helping them find their path forward.

Every part of your story matters, from your relationships and environment to your past experiences. You don’t have to face these challenges alone. Outside of therapy, you’ll find me exploring Colorado trails with my dog, planning adventures with family and friends, or watching TV beside my cats (they run the house). Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but we’ll show up authentically and use a bit of humor when life feels heavy. I’m excited to begin this healing journey with you. Let's get started!
