In this day and age, so many of us are bombarded with the day-to-day and simply living blindly, meaninglessly. So many tend to suppress and ignore just to survive. If you are experiencing a crossroads presently and wish to get out of being stuck, if you want to improve your relationships with your loved ones, or if you just want to be able to process safely and receive genuine and practical feedback, you may want to consider scheduling a therapy session with me.
Hi! My name is Ayesha and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters from California State University, Sacramento and have been practicing for 6 years. I am a Christian, trauma-focused, strength-based, and humanistic approach therapist. I commonly use person-centered, CBT, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy to support my clients. I value providing a safe non-judgmental and private space for individuals. My goal is to provide warmth and acceptance during sessions and beyond.
My journey as a therapist began in my childhood. I was raised by a single mother and experienced poverty throughout my childhood. God has been my strength and anchor. I grew up in diverse settings which has given me the ability to have empathy and hold a safe space for all people, especially marginal communities.
Most of my extracurricular activities throughout my life have involved meeting the needs of people. I aspire to be a safe space and sounding board for others and believe giving back is what makes life meaningful.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a degree from Phillips Graduate Institute in California. I have extensive clinical experience working with children (using play therapy), individuals, families, couples, and groups. My therapeutic approach focuses on identifying and addressing underlying issues, empowering clients to navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and create lasting positive change. I am bilingual in English and Farsi, which allows me to support a diverse range of clients with cultural sensitivity and understanding.
I really love being a therapist, and it’s so rewarding to support people on their journeys of self-discovery. In many ways, I get to give back the same kind of support that therapy gave me. Over time, I’ve come to see that things like anxiety, depression, chronic illness, or struggles in relationships and careers often show up when something’s off in the mind-body-spirit connection.
I’ve been through my own path of growth and transformation, and along the way, I picked up some powerful tools that I truly believe can help you find more healing, love, peace, and purpose in your life. In my work, I lean into attachment theory and also explore the deeper, more spiritual aspects of what it means to be human.

Hello there, thanks for spending the time to get to know me as a Therapist.
I would like first to welcome you to this interesting journey of getting to know yourself deeply and possibly understand the world around you.
First, I explore you, the problem you are facing, your environment, and your past to understand better what is going on. So, be aware, I will take some time on that. I especially want you to feel heard and understood first, to be in the same page before we move on to the next step. I was told to be very approachable and easy to talk to, even when I point out inconsistencies for us to gain broader insight into your situation.
Over the years of experience, I have learned that each of my clients brings a different theory that needs to be treated case by case. I use several different approaches and orientations, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Bowen Therapy, and Structural Therapy among many others. I have treated adolescents, women, men, couples, and families, and I have been treated at different severity levels. I have been successful in bringing out the best of you once you find your personal goals and place in life.
Overall, I am open to your needs and preferences in treatment plan and interventions, as long as it brings you back to your functioning and high performance.
