What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can likely expect their first session with Julianne to feel collaborative, compassionate and insight-oriented. Julianne begins by creating a safe and welcoming space, and will gently introduce IFS ideas, particularly that we all have "parts" and that therapy can help them get to know these parts from a place of curiosity and care.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS theory is used in psychotherapy to help individuals understand & heal different "parts" of themselves - such as inner critics, protectors, or wounded child parts - that influence thoughts, emotions and behaviors. I guide my clients to identify & connect with these parts from the perspective of "Self," which is characterized by calm, curiosity & compassion. Through this process, clients can unburden parts that are stuck in extreme roles or past traumas, leading to greater internal harmony & emotional healing.
