I am Filipino American and immigrated to the United States as a child. While I am not fluent in Tagalog, I can understand Tagalog. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in Santa Clara County. I received my master's degree in social work from San Jose State University (SJSU). I have experience working with younger to older adults who struggle with depression and anxiety.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session, I want to talk about what the expectations are and what goals the individual would like to achieve.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I can connect well with my clients. I care deeply about the struggles of my clients and as a minority myself, I am empathetic toward the struggles they experience.

I love working with clients who want to make a change in their lives. Clients who want to learn and are open to learning new skills.
