Hi, I’m Avery. I am passionate about supporting teens and women as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward greater emotional well-being. I primarily work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and trauma. In my practice, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns while developing healthier ways of coping. I believe meaningful change begins with self-awareness and compassionate self-exploration. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and build more fulfilling lives and relationships.
Clients can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they feel truly heard and understood. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I incorporate psychoeducation to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, while offering compassion and empathy every step of the way. My hope is that you leave each session feeling validated, empowered, and more confident in your ability to move forward. If you’re feeling ready to begin this work, I welcome you to take that next step. Healing and growth are possible, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
With nine years of experience working with adolescents and adults, I have developed a personalized approach that helps each individual recognize their own strengths and uncover meaningful solutions to the challenges they face. I believe every person is unique and possesses the inherent capacity for growth, change, and healing. I support clients in identifying unhelpful or maladaptive patterns and guide them toward creating lasting change. As thoughts and emotional responses begin to shift, clients often experience meaningful improvements in how they show up in their relationships and navigate their daily lives.
I work best with teens and women who are ready to better understand themselves and break free from cycles that leave them feeling anxious, discouraged, or disconnected. You may not have all the answers yet—but you’re open to growth and willing to explore what healing could look like.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness-Based Therapy assists clients in increasing their awareness around thought patterns, being present in the moment, and the development of tools to improve symptoms. Clients can expect to develop healthy skills to improve awareness of their own feelings, the world around them, and tools they can use in stressful moments.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidence based practice that assists clients in exploring maladaptive thought patterns that contribute to and sustain depression, anxiety, and other negative internal dialogue that can contribute to a persons unhappiness. Through the use of CBT clients will have the opportunity to gain insight into their problems and begin to understand the way their thoughts impact the way they feel, and their behaviors.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Solution Focused Brief therapy is a short term evidence based practice that utilizes a collaborative, goal-oriented approach in assisting clients to identify solutions. This approach focuses on solutions for the present and developing hope for the future.
