I have been licensed since 2024 , but have over 14 years of experience in the mental health field working with toddlers, elementary aged children and their families by using evidence-based interventions to support the individual or families challenges. I have worked with children with anxiety, autism, depression, trauma, challenges in the school setting and ADHD. I am currently in the process being certified in Perinatal Mental Health to further help families navigate the emotions that may arise during pregnancy and post birth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session we will give brief introductions, explore what brings you into therapy and establish goals you would like to work on. We will spend this time addressing any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. I will also review the risk and benefits of therapy, consent and confidentiality. We will also discuss what you would like to get out of therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is showing compassion and empathy by meeting where the client is at in their current situation. I provide a space for my clients to release their thoughts and emotions in a safe and nonjudgmental space. As your therapist, I will motivate you to step out of your comfort zone to assist with your achieving your goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My specialty is play therapy and working with children and their families by strengthening their relationships and assist parents with building a strong connection with their children. Although my background is youth, I enjoy collaborating with adults and discussing the challenges we face with our family dynamics of raising a family. Let's face it, being a parent can be overwhelming in general. At times it can be stressful navigating family challenges, our child's emotions, and even our own emotional well-being. During our time together, I provide a safe, nurturing and non-judgmental space for my clients to help them process what they are feeling in the present moment and find ways to balance any life stressors that are impacting their relationship with others.
