I’m a mental health provider who believes healing happens when we feel seen, supported, and connected to our own inner wisdom. My work blends evidence‑based approaches with a gentle, holistic lens, helping you better understand your patterns, reconnect with your body, and build a life that feels steadier and more aligned. I show up with warmth, clarity, and respect for your lived experience, and I’m committed to creating a space where you can move at your own pace and feel supported in meaningful, sustainable change.
In our first session, we’ll take time to understand what brings you in and what you’re hoping to shift or strengthen. I’ll ask gentle, grounding questions to get a sense of your history, current stressors, and the supports you already have in place. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, clarify your goals, and begin shaping a plan that feels realistic and aligned with your needs. My aim is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and clear about our next steps together.
My greatest strengths lie in creating a calm, attuned space where you can slow down, feel understood, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. I blend evidence‑based modalities with somatic and mindfulness‑based approaches, helping clients connect patterns across the body, emotions, and lived experience. Clients often share that they feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, sustainable shifts at a pace that meets them where they are. I bring clarity, warmth, and a holistic perspective to help my clients move toward the lives they desire with steadiness and intention.
The women I work with are motivated, engaged, and open-minded. They are sensitive souls who are dealing with mild to moderate mental health challenges and who are willing to roll up their sleeves and invest in the work it takes to change their own lives. This may include addressing career dissatisfaction, finding healthier ways to manage stress and anxiety, and address health challenges and chronic pain, improving self awareness and the mind-body connection and engaging fully in care.
Somatic
Somatic approaches help you gently reconnect with your body’s signals and restore a sense of safety from the inside out. Through grounding, breath, and increasing body based awareness, we will explore how your body holds stress, but also resilience—supporting healing that’s embodied and empowering.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
In mindfulness‑based therapy, we focus on building awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations in the present moment. This approach helps develop skills to observe internal experiences with less judgment and more clarity, which can reduce reactivity, improve emotional regulation, and support a steadier sense of wellbeing.
Interpersonal
Interpersonal is a focused, relational space where the heart of the work is understanding how your connections with others shape your emotional world. It’s a present‑centered modality that helps people explore patterns in communication, unmet relational needs, and the emotional impact of life transitions or losses.
Strength-Based
A strength‑based approach helps you identify and build on the inner resources you already carry. Together, we focus on what’s working, amplify your resilience, and create practical steps that feel aligned with your values and lived experience.

Honestly, I could choose more than one of the styles above. Trinity is also warm, open-minded, intelligent, humorous, authentic and empowering. Our work contains challenges and holistic approaches.

I really appreciate how she creates a very safe space for me to process my thoughts and feelings with opportunities of profound reflection. She helps guide my healing process with compassion, empathy, and a high level expertise. She is sensitive to my needs/ feelings and always asks what I need from my time with her and at the end if what I needed was accomplished. God bless her for all she does.
