Hello gorgeous! I'm Trinity, a holistically trained therapist dedicated to helping women living with chronic pain, health challenges, stress, as well as depression and anxiety. I take a mindful, somatic, compassionate approach to therapy, and work hard to create a space where the women I serve can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and develop skills to last a lifetime. Together, we’ll explore ways to ease emotional overwhelm which often results in chronic health flare ups, and work collaboratively to build resilience, helping you move toward a life that feel free from so many debilitating symptoms to a life you love waking up to.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us to collaboratively create a tailored plan for us to work towards in follow-up sessions. This is a great time to ask questions, learn more about my clinical approach, discuss logistics, and establish a schedule for future meetings as well.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with women for the past 15 years, I've developed a tried-and-true set of skills for helping (a) identify the root cause of a client's challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress using my favorite tools (mindfulness, somatic / body based modalities, education, nutritional psychology, and a healthy dose of measurable strategy).

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Adult women ages 25-50 who are navigating anxiety, chronic pain, health challenges, depression, life transitions, and stress.

My treatment methods

Somatic

Your body holds so much wisdom. I'm passionate about helping you tap into this knowledge and harness the power available to you for life changing guidance. This skill set is one I've been refining for the last 20 years, helping women feel more capable of self regulating and improving their overall quality of life.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness is the practice of noticing what your experience is (thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations), free of judgement, reactivity, or attachment and is a pivotal way to help reconnect with the body's wisdom. Teaching these practices, whether brief or more immersive in sessions, helps the women I serve experience its numerous health benefits, including reduced stress, improved emotional regulation, enhanced self-awareness, and increased mental and physical well-being.

Motivational Interviewing

A collaborative, strength-based, and goal oriented method that presents a lot like coaching. This approach focuses on a client's internal motivation for change, which last for the long term as opposed to change that is driven by an external sources/reasons. Effective change in therapy (or any coaching for that matter) ought to have a healthy amount of strategy and action to drive the change sought. I love this part!
