I'm Trinity, a holistically trained therapist dedicated to helping women living with career dissatisfaction, stress, health challenges and chronic pain, life transitions, and anxiety. I take a mindful, somatic, creative approach to therapy, and work hard to create a space where the women I serve can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and develop skills to last a lifetime. Together, we’ll explore ways to ease emotional overwhelm which often results in chronic mental and mental challenges, and work collaboratively to improve your quality of life, helping you move toward a life you love waking up to.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then review your opening paperwork before diving into the specific challenges you're facing and intentions you have for therapy. This will help us to collaboratively create a tailored plan for us to work towards in follow-up sessions. This is a great time to ask questions, learn more about my clinical approach, discuss logistics, see if we’ll be a good fit, and establish a schedule for future meetings.
Having worked with women for the past 15 years, I've developed a tried-and-true set of skills for helping (a) identify the root cause of a client's challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress using my favorite tools (mindfulness, somatic/body based modalities, psycho-education, expressive writing, nutritional psychology, and a healthy dose of strategy).
The women I work with are motivated, engaged, and open-minded. They are sensitive souls who are willing to roll up their sleeves and invest in the work it takes to change their own lives--including addressing career dissatisfaction, relationship challenges, finding healthier ways to manage stress and anxiety, and address health challenges and chronic pain, work on being more positive and optimistic, and engaging fully in care to walk away transformed.
Somatic
Your body holds so much wisdom. I'm passionate about helping you tap into this knowledge and harness the power available to you for life changing guidance. This skill set is one I've been refining for the last 20 years, helping women feel more capable of self regulating and improving their overall quality of life.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness is the practice of noticing what your experience is (thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations), free of judgement, reactivity, or attachment and is a pivotal way to help reconnect with the body's wisdom. Teaching these practices, whether brief or more immersive in sessions, helps the women I serve experience its numerous health benefits, including reduced stress, improved emotional regulation, enhanced self-awareness, and increased mental and physical well-being.
Interpersonal
Interpersonal is a focused, relational space where the heart of the work is understanding how your connections with others shape your emotional world. It’s a present‑centered modality that helps people explore patterns in communication, unmet relational needs, and the emotional impact of life transitions or losses.

Honestly, I could choose more than one of the styles above. Trinity is also warm, open-minded, intelligent, humorous, authentic and empowering. Our work contains challenges and holistic approaches.

I really appreciate how she creates a very safe space for me to process my thoughts and feelings with opportunities of profound reflection. She helps guide my healing process with compassion, empathy, and a high level expertise. She is sensitive to my needs/ feelings and always asks what I need from my time with her and at the end if what I needed was accomplished. God bless her for all she does.
