Hello I am Gregory,
Have you found yourself struggling with your day to day and personal relationships. I believe in empowering clients to take control of their life. In the therapeutic relationship I believe my job is to give you the skills to get where you would like to go. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 7 years experience. My specialties are in anxiety, depression and substance use disorders. Seeking therapy can feel daunting. I am here to help and will always allow you to drive your treatment. everyone has the ability to grow. during our sessions together I will provide you with a safe space nonjudgmental place to hone your coping skills to tackle life's challenges.
You might feel like you’ve been carrying too much for too long—trying to keep it together while life feels heavier than it should. Maybe anxiety keeps running the show. Maybe you’ve been stuck in habits or patterns that don’t serve you anymore. Maybe you’ve gone through heartbreak, loss, or betrayal and can’t quite find your footing again. Or maybe you just know something’s off, and you’re tired of pretending everything’s fine.
Here’s how I can help.
Together, we’ll slow things down and get to the root of what’s really driving your emotions and behaviors—not just the surface stress, but the deeper patterns that keep showing up. I’ll help you develop tools to manage overwhelming thoughts and feelings in real time so you can start responding differently instead of reacting automatically.
We’ll also focus on rebuilding your confidence and connection—with yourself and the people who matter most. That means learning how to trust your own instincts again, set boundaries without guilt, and create habits that actually last.
Therapy with me isn’t about endlessly talking through problems—it’s about real movement. My goal is to help you feel lighter, more grounded, and genuinely hopeful about where you’re headed.
My goal is to help guide those that have lost their way, to help them build or rebuild the relationship with themselves that will allow them to make better choices. To help change negative thoughts to positive and to learn that they deserve to walk through the journey of life happy, fulfilled, and with their head held high. My job is to hold the light and lead the way to insight and self-love.

Seeking therapy takes courage, and finding the right therapist is an important first step. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 37 years of behavioral health experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress, grief, caregiving responsibilities, and major life transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, respected, and supported while also gaining tools to make meaningful changes in your life. Together, we will identify your strengths, explore patterns that may be contributing to current challenges, and develop strategies to help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience.
I work with adults from diverse backgrounds and strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where growth and healing can occur.
I’m a laid-back, client-centered therapist who believes therapy should feel like a safe, relaxed, and nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self and explore what’s on your mind. My approach is collaborative and grounded in meeting you where you are. Together, we’ll work toward a path forward that feels meaningful and aligned with your unique needs and goals. I’m here to listen, offer support and perspective, and help you recognize and build on the strengths you already have. I believe meaningful change happens at your own pace, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I was born in the US, but I was raised in Mexico. I lived in Tijuana for 10 years when my parents decided to move us across the border to Chula Vista, California. As a first-generation Mexican-American, I experienced a duality of cultures. I was often judged for either being “not Mexican enough” OR “not American enough.” I also faced enormous pressure to be successful – to justify my parents’ having left their beloved country so my sibling and I could have a better life. This is one of many reasons I decided to follow this path: to help those who feel alone in their journey. That’s how I felt when acculturating to this country.
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) at San Diego State University (SDSU). I was going to go directly into the workforce and eventually go back for my master’s, but an awesome professor challenged me to apply right away so I wouldn’t lose momentum. So, that’s what I did. I ended up getting my Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Southern California. It took some time and courage to finish all my licensing requirements, but it was worth it! I’ve been licensed as a clinical social worker in California since 2019. I am certified in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT.
I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). In 1991, I obtained a B.H. in Social Psychology from The Universidad Autonoma de Baja California (Mexico). In 2008, I graduated from University of Phoenix with an M.A. in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy. I have more than 22 years of experience working with patients—including adolescents, parents, adults, and couples. My focus is on improving relationships and addressing mental or emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma, psychosocial stressors, life challenges, and personal goals.

I provide warm, compassionate therapy for adults experiencing depression, grief, life transitions, anxiety and other mood related concerns. I am a licensed LMFT with over 15 years experience working with individual adults with depression, anxiety, trauma and life transitions. I work with clients to increase freedom and possibilities, and I utilize CBT and DBT modalities to uncover beliefs and patterns which no longer serve us. I work collaboratively with clients in a solution-focused modality to create positive change, and I assign homework weekly so that change occurs outside (and inside) therapy sessions.
I am an empathetic therapist with a passion for creating a safe space where clients feel heard, seen, and supported. I believe that meaningful therapy begins with listening. I take the time to understand each client's current concerns while also exploring the experiences and history that have shaped their life. Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), based in California. I received my MSSA in "Mental Health" from the Case Western Reserve University, and I have been practicing for the last ten years+. I help clients who are struggling with stress, anxiety and/or depression, heal and become the best versions of themselves. I also have extensive experience in working with adults who are survivors of domestic violence (DV), intimate partner violence (IPT), and those who are suffering from symptoms of PTSD. I also enjoy working with families who may be experiencing triangulation and communication difficulties. My preferred clinical approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness meditation embedded in DBT, Narrative Therapy, and psycho-dynamic therapy. Finally, I view my clients from a holistic perspective so that I can understand what barriers may be restricting you from experiencing true happiness in life.
I am a therapist that shows up in session as my full self, finding the balance between informal and honest while also maintaining professionalism and accomplishing goals. I let the client lead, and very much am committed to the philosophy that the client is the expert on their own life. I hold two masters degrees in counseling-related fields and have worked with college students and young adults for fifteen years before transitioning to military veterans and trauma clients. I have experienced infidelity in my own marriage, and have done my own work to summit through trauma and grief. I'm a big believer that our pain shapes us and can be a conduit for growth if we let it. I approach therapy without a fixed approach, and rather look for ways to uniquely tailor modalities and interventions to the client's specific needs. I place a ton of value on the therapist-client relationship and don't ever want clients to dread therapy, but rather view it as a continuous safe space to be vulnerable without judgment and to make progress at their own pace. I recognize that fit is SO important, and fully affirm clients being intentional however they need to when picking a therapist. I see individual clients through GROW, and take couples clients through my private practice, with sliding scale options available.
Welcome, my name is Kiran and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #28451) with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in and provide mental health support to people dealing with fertility issues, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2002.
In 2005, I started working on the maternal-child health floor in a hospital setting where I was able to help patients experiencing grief, loss, postpartum depression, and medical trauma. My passion truly lies in working with individuals going through their journeys and challenges in pregnancy, childbirth, any type of loss, adoptions, or surrogacies.
In 2019, I struggled with my own loss of losing my father and felt it was the right time to move on from the medical field in the hospital setting to a smaller medical setting. Working as a preceptor in this new smaller medical setting, I quickly realized that this was not my calling as I began to miss working with the perinatal population. Soon after, I was given an opportunity to provide mental health therapy to the perinatal population and I believe this remains my calling.
I am of Asian descent and love learning about everyone's family histories, cultures, foods, etc.

My name is Rebekah Felleke and I would love to be a part of your journey. My goal in my counseling is to help my clients live deeply fulfilling lives. Each individual's struggles are complex and tied to many factors including their social environment, their physical health, the phases of their lives, skills they already possess, etc. In other words, change can happen in a variety of ways and that's what counseling can help with, pointing out the direction and even the next steps that can help the client to get to their goals and intentions.
