My name is Rachel, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Originally from Hong Kong, I am multilingual and fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. I am passionate about working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and providing culturally responsive, inclusive care.
I support clients navigating depression, anxiety, social anxiety, imposter syndrome, stress, grief, self-esteem concerns, and academic or career-related challenges. I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and develop meaningful coping strategies.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, sand tray and sand play therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, and Play Therapy with young children. My clinical approach is person-centered and integrative, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, Art and Music Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I tailor each session to your unique needs, strengths, and goals, supporting healing, growth, and long-term resilience.
I am a first‑generation, bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 15 years of experience providing trauma‑informed, culturally responsive mental health care. I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also work closely with first‑generation individuals, parents, caregivers, and people balancing multiple roles, responsibilities, and cultural expectations.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence‑based therapy. I integrate Brainspotting for trauma processing and nervous system regulation, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution‑Focused Therapy to help clients reduce anxiety, build coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
As a culturally attuned therapist, I believe therapy should honor your lived experience—not a one‑size‑fits‑all model. My goal is to create a supportive, affirming space where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, clarity, and confidence.

I enjoy working with couples and individuals from a trauma and dissociation-informed lens. I have experience working with PTSD, CPTSD, OSDD, and DID. I integrate evidence-based practices, including somatic work, EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and Ego State Therapy. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I bring a culturally responsive lens to my practice, recognizing the profound impact of personal identity and lived experiences. My work focuses on helping couples communicate, addictions, men's issues, helping you develop self-love, improve communication, overcome anxiety and depression, and healing from past wounds. Hi! I’m Karem, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 11 years of experience working with adults. I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy, graduating with distinction. I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help individuals process stuck memories, reduce anxiety and depression, and shift unhelpful relationship patterns. I have experience assisting adults navigating a variety of challenges, including reproductive and post-partum struggles, traumatic events and abuse, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. My goal is to support you in creating meaningful, lasting change. You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.
We all have the opportunity in our life to start fresh. During the journey, we change, grow, heal, destroy, and can improve our lives. You will experience difficulties, and you are not alone. We are not alone in this world, but we are compelled to isolate ourselves from the fear of experiencing too much pain. I have many years of clinical training with life experiences, including successes and failures, but we are not provided a how to manual at birth. I have a sense of humor, but good sound clinical judgment, so take a leap of faith.
My name is Feji, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach integrates Psychodynamic Theory, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma informed modalities.
My goal is to help clients uncover the root of their internal conflicts. I also guide clients in developing a deeper awareness of how trauma could manifest in their bodies. I often say that our bodies are wise, they consistently signal when unresolved emotions and inner conflicts are left unaddressed. Just as we tend to our physical health, it’s vital that we nurture our internal world with the same care and intention.
If you're looking for a holistic, decolonized and evidence based approach at managing your mental health symptoms: you've come to the right place.
My approach in therapy is centered around the transformative power of creativity and connectivity. I believe that healing and growth are best achieved through breaking generational patterns, self reflection, and strengthening the skills to navigate the systems in which we live.
I take a relational and evidence based approach to treatment, center your voice, and guide a process of co-creating your healing journey. I encourage clients to explore their inner worlds and express themselves authentically; while also establishing solid supports, and grounding awareness within the context of their lives.

I'm Casey Binstadt, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of Interwoven Connection. I work with individuals navigating some of life's most disorienting moments — divorce, infertility, relationship shifts, and the transitions that quietly reshape who you are. My approach is warm, honest, and grounded in real connection. If you're ready to stop feeling stuck, I'd love to help.
Hi There! I'm Rachel. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where we can explore your experiences together with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. I recognize that every person is unique, and I tailor my approach to fit each client's individual needs. Whether you're navigating a difficult season of life, feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply wanting a deeper understanding of yourself, I strive to help you feel supported while working toward meaningful and lasting growth.
Outside of the therapy room, I love getting lost in a good book, spending time outdoors with friends, and baking. These activities help me stay grounded and connected to the things that bring joy and balance into my life.
I offer support to survivors of traumatic experiences, individuals who have experienced a loss or separation from a loved one, as well as those suffering from depression and anxiety. Emotional pain is as common as physical pain, and can be truly agonizing. I have years of experience in the areas of medical social work, grief and loss, trauma, depression and anxiety.
I am constantly amazed by the human spirit and believe firmly that everyone has an ability to heal. Allow me the privilege of being part of your journey.

Hi - I'm John, and I'm glad you're here. Maybe you know the heaviness of a loss. The inner critic that won't let up. Or that anxious tightness in your chest that greets you in the morning. Here’s what I believe: You’ve already got all the inner equipment you need to move towards healing. Towards your most authentic, hot mess of an eclectic Self. My goal is to accompany you on a journey - inside. I work with adults seeking healthier ways to relate to themselves and others. I work with people who have been hit by life. Who are looking for a place to feel supported and witnessed when they’re in the thick of it.
Hello and welcome,
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with a practice rooted in curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for the human experience. My work is guided by the belief that healing emerges when we feel truly seen, heard, and held—an approach that honors both the conscious and unconscious dimensions of your inner life.
I offer a holistic, integrative approach that engages mind, body, and spirit. I am certified in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, including ketamine-assisted sessions (KAP), and provide both preparation and integration support to help these experiences become a source of profound insight and growth.
My practice moves beyond traditional talk therapy. I see storytelling not just as expression, but as a doorway to transformation. Through connecting with the body and attending to the felt sense of experience, clients can shift entrenched patterns, reclaim fragmented parts of themselves, and cultivate lasting change. By exploring both the personal and archetypal dimensions of your inner world, we work to cultivate resilience, confidence, and a deeper sense of trust in yourself and in life’s unfolding.
Healing is not simply intellectual—it is a process of reconnecting with the wholeness of who you are, integrating the wounded, the wise, and the curious parts of yourself to step more fully into your life.
Do you struggle with people-pleasing, anxiety, depression, internalized and/or externalized anger, or managing emotions in general in a healthy manner? Did you experience childhood trauma and feel like you grew up too fast? Were you labeled "different," "the "caretaker," "black sheep," or "troublemaker"? I teach people how to prioritize and honor all parts of themselves, not just the "desirable" ones. We will work through parts people generally dismiss and ignore such as anger, resentment, shame, and disgust, and learn how to embrace them gracefully. I'll teach you the skills to feel more at peace.
As your therapist, I will be challenging and direct, yet empathetic and compassionate. I will challenge you through introspective questioning that will lead you to your own answers. I help you take what you've learned and apply it to your own life by giving you things to think about and work on between sessions, along with resources and handouts to remember.
I hope you'll witness yourself feeling more empowered, confident, and more at peace with yourself as my other clients have. You will notice your relationships evolve and change, which can be scary! Rest assured, you will be provided with skills to gracefully go through them.
Everything you seek is already inside you. All I’m doing is helping you remember.
My approach integrates Person-Centered Expressive Arts Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, active imagination, systems theory, and solution-focused therapy.
I believe healing involves more than changing thoughts alone. Research on neuroplasticity shows the brain and nervous system can form new pathways throughout life, creating opportunities for meaningful emotional and behavioral change. Therapy can support not only insight, but also emotional regulation, self-compassion, nervous system balance, creativity, and resilience.
I work collaboratively and compassionately, welcoming all parts of you into the therapeutic process. Together, we may explore thoughts, emotions, body awareness, imagination, patterns shaped by past experiences, and practical tools that support lasting growth and healing. You do not need to be “artistic” to benefit from expressive arts therapy.

Hi, I’m Kristen—Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 13 years of experience supporting high-achieving women and young professionals who are navigating burnout, career transitions, and the pressure to “hold it all together.”
Many of my clients are driven, capable, and successful on paper—but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from the life they’ve built. They’re often at a turning point: ready to pivot careers, grow a business, or redefine what success actually means for them.
My approach is collaborative, direct, and results-oriented. I combine evidence-based therapy with practical strategy to help you regulate stress, gain clarity, and make confident, aligned decisions—without spending years in therapy. This work is about more than insight; it’s about creating real momentum in your life and career.
You can expect a space where you’re both supported and challenged—where you don’t have to perform, but you also won’t stay stuck. Together, we’ll move you out of burnout and into a more grounded, intentional way of living and working.
For those who value faith as part of their healing, I also offer a nondenominational, faith-integrated approach rooted in compassion, purpose, and spiritual alignment.
Whether you’re building something new, questioning your next move, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again—this is a space to reset, realign, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Hi, I’m Linn.
If you’ve found your way here, you might be carrying stress, loss, or uncertainty, and you’re ready for things to feel different. My role is to walk beside you with compassion, curiosity, and clear tools for real, lasting change.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who blends evidence-based practices with mindful, soulful presence. I integrate approaches that help you calm your nervous system, understand your emotions, and reconnect with your natural capacity for healing. My style is warm, grounded, relational and collaborative, rooted in deep respect for your individual journey.
In our work together, we’ll look at what’s happening on the surface and beneath it, exploring the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that shape how you relate to yourself and others. I often draw from mindfulness, body-based awareness, and Internal Family Systems to help you find steadiness and clarity from the inside out.
I support teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and grief, including the complex grief that follows suicide loss. My approach is both practical and deeply human: together, we’ll work toward relief in the present while cultivating resilience, purpose, and meaning for the future.
Most of all, therapy with me is a safe, non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you, it’s about remembering who you are and discovering new ways to live from that truth.
If you’re ready to begin that journey, I’d be honored to walk with you.
PROFESSIONAL
I started my career in social work as a crisis counselor at a shelter for survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault in San Luis Obispo, California. After 5 years, I decided to make things legit and off to graduate school I went. My clinical training as a child therapist led me to working with people across the lifespan: children, families, and older adults. I also spent years working in the county jail, providing mental health services for incarcerated individuals. In addition to my therapy practice, I work for Alameda County Behavioral Health as a clinical supervisor for the Crisis System of Care.
PERSONAL
I am a Taiwanese American daughter of immigrants and am conversationally fluent in Mandarin. 我會說中文。雖然不太好,但我可以! I am a Bay Area native and live in San Ramon, California. I am passionate about my yoga practice (any Ashtanga yogis out there?) as well as living into my faith values. Although not my preferred hobby, I spend a significant amount of time playing overly complicated board games and losing.
If you’re someone who carries a lot, who shows up for work, family, partnerships, motherhood, and community with strength and competence…but yet struggles with anxiety, self-doubt, boundary guilt, people-pleasing, overthinking, or a quiet sense of disconnection from yourself, please know that you are not alone.
Many women appear composed while internally feeling exhausted or unseen. Often, the ways you cope in your roles (e.g. over-functioning, staying hyper-independent, avoiding conflict, or constantly striving) were shaped by childhood or traumatic experiences that once helped you survive.
Since 2007, I’ve worked with women who want to understand how early attachment wounds and trauma histories continue to shape their current relationships, work, motherhood, and sense of self-worth. Therapy becomes a place to make sense of your patterns, and gently shift what no longer serves you.
I work primarily with women, particularly women of color (BIPOC), and my approach is integrative, grounded in advanced training in:
• EMDR
• Internal Family Systems
• Brainspotting (beginning March 2026)
• Sensorimotor & Body-Oriented Psychotherapy
• Havening Techniques
• Yoga Therapy
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Mindfulness-Based CBT
This allows our work to include trauma processing, nervous system regulation, practical tools, relational exploration, and deeper meaning-making which including spirituality through a grounded, non-religious lens.
The goal is integration: helping you feel more aligned, steady, and connected to yourself over time.
If this resonates, I invite you to continue exploring my profile to learn more about my approach. You’re also welcome to visit my professional Instagram account (@Rosashetty) to get a sense of my values and personality.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and also a first-generation immigrant and mother. My life experiences in decades-long work with multinationals, living in different countries, and raising my children in different cultures, have broadened and elevated my compassion and empathy for the uniqueness of each individual's suffering and pain. I know how overwhelming and uncomfortable life transitions can be, so I provide a safe and nurturing space to process issues and life changes with the goal of attaining joy and contentment.
You don’t have to struggle alone!
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive place to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you are carrying. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients gently explore the parts of themselves that may feel overwhelmed, stuck, protective, or hurt. My hope is that through our work together, clients feel less alone, more self-compassionate, and more able to move through life with greater clarity and ease.
In our hectic world we often find ourselves afraid to take risks that could jeopardize the stable lives we have created for ourselves. We remain in jobs, relationships and old patterns that no longer work, while symptoms such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger and self-defeating patterns keep us from making real changes to our lives.
If that sounds like you, you are stuck. We can feel lost and alone when we are unable to move forward, whether in work or a personal relationship. Therapy can help you break free of that and thrive.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on teens, adults, and couples. I have worked with clients on concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family reunification.
I received my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I also minored in sociology.

I’m a relational therapist who works with adults and couples seeking a more intentional, connected, and fulfilling way of living. Many of the people I work with feel caught in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, overfunctioning, or burnout—often finding it difficult to relax, be present, or feel truly connected to themselves or others.
I am in-network with Kaiser, Aetna and other insurance.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned, integrating insight-oriented and experiential work with practical tools. I support clients in understanding the patterns shaping how they think, feel, and relate—including the impact of upbringing, culture, and expectations—so they can reconnect with their internal compass. My goal is to help you align with your values and feel more grounded, authentic, and at ease in your life and relationships.
As a trauma-trained therapist, I specialize in the treatment of trauma from a developmental and nervous system lens, crafted to meet a client’s unique needs. My name is Savannah Kraus, and I am a multi-cultural, Mexican-American, Marriage and Family Therapist. Integration is a core value of my therapeutic approach, and I enjoy blending aspects of Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems “parts” work, and Brainspotting. I've been honored to walk alongside clients in healing from trauma and have learned that patience, curiosity, compassion, autonomy, and intuition are the cornerstone of trauma focused therapy. Following and inviting clients to reconnect with the intuitive process of their healing is my passion.
