Hi, I'm Albania and I help chronically stressed people leading to burnout, apply somatic practices so that they experience safety in their bodies by healing their nervous system. In our 1:1 work together you will learn: -To regulate your nervous system and experience more safety in your body -How to break patterns of chronic stress so you can operate from your capacity, while gently expand it -Create healthy boundaries, while still having healthy relationships with others -Relate to different parts of you so you can make decisions from your true self, rather than your stressed parts. This is slow, work rooted in safety, curiosity, and compassion. No pressure. No fixing. Just space to breathe, feel, and return to yourself. My work blends somatic healing and nervous system regulation—supporting those who’ve done the inner work but still feel stuck in stress, overthinking, or burnout. It’s for those ready to feel, not just think or talk. Through a slower, body-based approach, I gently teach you how to rewiring old patterns, restore safety, and live from your values with practical tools. ***Please Note: I specialize in the populations mentioned below and will kindly refer others to providers who have specific specialities, as this is the best option to meet your needs. **All intake paperwork must be completed prior to first intake session, and will be cancelled if not. This is a good to work with me for those: --BIPOC, Women, parents, 30 + age -For high-functioning, deep thinkers, sensitive, spiritually curious. -People wanting gentle and a slower-pace, than traditional talk-therapy. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is an evidenced-based approach to assist clients to desensitize and reprocess earlier events that continue to impact their mind and body, through symptoms. EMDR helps to transform limiting beliefs (stemmed from the earlier experience) and organize the memory (or sensory or feeling), to a more adaptable way, all while decreasing or neutralizing present day symptoms. EMDR can be done virtually and can take several sessions for full completion. Full assessment is necessary to see if treatment is appropriate for the client's capacity and needs.
I offer Somatic Experiencing (SE), a trauma-informed, slow body-based healing modality designed to relieve chronic stress, anxiety, and trauma symptoms.Many high-functioning individuals remain stuck in survival states like fight, flight, or freeze—long after the stress has passed. This dysregulation can lead to chronic tension, burnout, disconnection, and even illness. Somatic Experiencing helps gently release stored trauma from the nervous system, restore a felt sense of safety, and build resilience. Through body awareness, regulation tools, and slow, present-moment processing, SE supports long-term healing—so you can feel more grounded, present, and at peace in your body and life.
I use a Internal Family Systems-Informed approach to get to know the parts of us that are stuck in survival and protecting us and may prevent us from embodying our truest and aligned self. It's a very compassionate approach to healing stress and trauma.
I use a holistic (mind and body) approach, as this is what creates sustainable healing. You learn the skills to implement a growth mindset, as well as how to regulate your nervous system, and grow it's ability to embody more of the version you want to be living in.
