Hi, I’m Loc. If life feels heavy right now—stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship strain, or burnout—you don’t have to sort through it alone. I help clients manage anxiety and depression, prevent burnout, and create practical changes that bring them back to balance. Together we’ll identify what’s not working, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and build tools you can use in real life—not just in session. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it’s a meaningful step. You deserve a supportive, judgment-free space to breathe, heal, and grow. If you’re ready, I’d be happy to work with you.

Over human history, people have mostly lived in close-knit communities. This has eroded with the advances in transportation and technology. Most people have lost much of the social support our forebearers enjoyed. Mental Health Professionals have taken on this role in their respective communities and are an excellent resource for you to realize your strengths and improve your well-being. When your car breaks down you take it to a mechanic. When your tooth hurts you see a dentist. When your mental health can use a “tune-up,” see a Mental Health Professional!

If you are seeking long-term relief from anxiety, trauma, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief or loss, I will help you heal those emotional injuries that compound over a lifetime and make life lose its meaning. Are you tired of being the emotional project manager in your relationships? Do you stay calm on the outside while mentally writing resignation letters from your relationships? **Could you BE any more overwhelmed? (Chandler’s voice)** Well, hello—I’m really glad you’re here. If you’re someone who looks capable on the outside but feels stretched thin, overwhelmed, or quietly exhausted on the inside, you’re in the right place. I’m Katrina, a Christian therapist who works with high-achieving individuals navigating relationship shifts, workplace stress, and the pressure of holding it all together. My work blends evidence-based approaches like Compassion-Focused Therapy and CBT with faith-centered values  and scripture references, creating a space where you don’t have to choose between emotional healing and your beliefs. And yes, I believe therapy can be meaningful without feeling painfully serious all the time. If you appreciate a well-timed *Friends*, *The Office*, *Parks and Recreation*, or *Brooklyn Nine-Nine* reference, we’ll probably get along just fine. Sometimes humor helps us feel human, breathe a little deeper, and make space for the harder conversations. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you slow down, untangle the mental noise, and reconnect with who you are beneath all the expectations and responsibilities. This is a place where you can stop performing, be honest, laugh when you need to, and feel supported as you move toward clarity, peace, and purpose. If you’re looking for a therapist who understands both your ambition and your faith—and who won’t mind the occasional pop-culture reference—I’d love to walk alongside you. Let’s turn survival mode into sustainable growth and help you feel grounded, confident, and hopeful again. Schedule an appointment today, and let’s take the next step together.

Many of the individuals and couples I work with are at a crossroads—frustrated, sometimes burnt out, and seeking practical, workable strategies for change. Therapy offers a dedicated, supportive space to identify obstacles and map a path toward meaningful personal growth. With over 15 years of experience across healthcare, restorative justice, and outpatient settings, I provide telehealth therapy at Grow for adults and couples. My practice focuses on: *Chronic Pain & Complex Medical Issues *Anxiety & Phobias *Fertility & Family Building Support *LGBTQ+ & Gender-Affirming Care *Eating Disorder/Substance Use Step-Down Maintenance: Supporting ongoing recovery from substance use or eating disorders following higher levels of care. *Couples Therapy: Improving communication and relational dynamics (clinical outpatient focus only). Practice Boundaries & Administrative Policies To maintain a clear focus on clinical care, please review the following scope boundaries: *Legal & Forensic Services: I do not provide forensic evaluations, court-ordered treatment, litigation support, or expert witness testimony for legal proceedings, divorce, or custody disputes. *Disability & Administrative Paperwork: I do not perform disability evaluations or complete short/long-term disability claims; I do not write Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters. *Telehealth & Medical Requirements: Virtual therapy for chronic pain, ARFID, or medical distress serves strictly as a complementary psychological service. Because virtual care lacks physical monitoring: A. Clients with ARFID or eating disorders must maintain ongoing care with an in-person physician for routine medical safety. B. Clients seeking pain reprocessing or somatic therapy must have their pain evaluated by a physician. ******If medical or psychiatric needs exceed virtual outpatient scope, I will assist with referrals to local in-person providers**************

Hello, I am Kathleen. Do you feel overwhelmed, burnt out or pulled in a million different directions? Are you struggling with your relationships, work or health? Is it difficult for you to find time for yourself, let alone, be kind to yourself? Do you feel "stuck" and unable to move forward? Many of us are experiencing loneliness, depression, anxiety and social isolation, so it is important to make caring for yourself a priority. Therapy can help you feel more connected, balanced and peaceful. Together, we can help identify what is not working and regain a sense of balance. We'll use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your body, mind and spirit. We will develop a "toolbox" of coping skills and create new insights and awarenesses to help you become a happier and healthier version of yourself. Seeking therapy can feel threatening but it's one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and by doing so also give to others. In our sessions, I will meet you with kindness, compassion, humor and evidence-based modalities, so you can overcome obstacles and habits that may be holding you back. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive and empathic environment in which to work through current issues, conflicting relationships and/or past pain. I look forward to meeting you and working together.

Hello, my name is David Fallon and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been licensed for about 20 years. I've worked with all kinds of individuals. I started by working with kids with behavior issues. Mostly I have worked with serious mental illness on the streets serving unhoused individuals. And I have worked with people seeking help in a one on one therapy situation. The first session will be for us to get to know each other and see if this is a good fit. I will be asking a lot of questions. Feel free to ask me any questions that come up as well. I will tell you a little bit about how I work. In the early stages, I basically follow your lead. You tell me what you want to work on, and I ask questions to understand the problem. Together we figure out ways of dealing with these problems. Sometimes it takes more than one or two or even a dozen tries to find the right things that work for you. This process is a journey, and I am here to help guide you through it. I can make recommendations, but it is up to you what you want to do and what works for you. Sometimes difficult thoughts are feelings will come up. Do not be afraid to express them when they do as the more genuine and honest you are, the more I will understand what you are dealing with. That being said, always take things at your own pace. Never feel rushed or forced to say anything you are not ready to say.

I would describe my own as warm, caring, non-judgmental, compassionate, sensitive, respectful, knowledgeable, experienced and committed. I’ve been using CBT in my practice. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life

I'm a psychoanalyst, not a generalist talk therapist. That distinction matters, especially because "psychoanalysis" gets used loosely to describe all kinds of depth-oriented work — Jungian, relational, psychodynamic — and these approaches, while related, aren't the same as what I do. I work specifically within a Lacanian framework. Where Jungian analysis tends to orient around archetypes and the collective unconscious, and relational/psychodynamic approaches often emphasize the therapeutic relationship itself as the primary vehicle of change, Lacanian work stays close to language: what you actually say, how you say it, where you stumble, repeat, or contradict yourself. The unconscious, in this view, isn't a symbolic underworld to be mapped; it's structured like a language, and it shows up in the gaps, slips, and inconsistencies of your own speech. My job isn't to interpret you from the outside or to be a warm, steady presence that helps you feel supported (though I'm very present and attentive to what you say). It's by listening very closely to what you say — and how you say it — that patterns you can't currently see start to become audible to you. This also means the frame looks different than typical talk therapy. Sessions can be variable in length rather than a fixed 45 to 60 minutes, because meaningful moments don't always arrive on a schedule. Over time, and only when it makes sense, we may move toward more frequent sessions and away from face-to-face format, using the couch — not as a gimmick, but because many people find they speak more freely without the pull to read my reactions. This work is slower and less directive than most therapy people have tried. It's not for everyone, and it's not designed as such. It's for people who've done other kinds and want to go further.

During that time, I had the opportunity to assist clients and families during their times of crisis, stress, transition and loss. At Grow, I see adults and seniors. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families. I began my work in community-based public mental health, serving underserved populations, and that foundation continues to shape how I show up today—with care, respect, and a real understanding of life’s complexities. My background includes working with severe mental illness, including schizophrenia spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and complex trauma, so I’m comfortable supporting both early or emerging concerns and ongoing mental health conditions. I’ve worked extensively with low-income communities, immigrants, and individuals from diverse cultural and LGBTQIA+ backgrounds. I also have a strong background working with mothers, particularly single mothers, who are navigating their own mental health while supporting children or adult children with their own challenges. My approach is collaborative and strength-based—I focus on helping you build on what’s already working while developing practical tools you can use in your daily life. I aim to create a space that is calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, where you can show up as you are, speak openly, and process what you’re going through while also building practical tools to better navigate everyday life.

Hi there! Nice to e-meet you. My name is Liza, pronounced Lisa, last name Castro and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am not your ordinary therapist and will always be honest and truthful with you, even if it may sting just a little, but positive outcomes are always the goal. Change is never comfortable and neither is being confronted with the truth and lets be honest, both perspectives can and will hurt. If this is what you need, then I am who you seek. I am a great coach and cheerleader. I will help you understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviors and help you explore how to become the best version of you. I am here to help you win in your own way; one choice and one session at a time. I am currently seeing clients VIA TELEHEALTH ONLY. I will see clients Mondays through Saturdays. Keep in mind I do work with a few other organizations, so scheduling will be sporadic and clients have the autonomy to schedule where openings are available on my calendars. There have been times where there are scheduling conflicts due to calendar updates being delayed once in a while and if that happens you will be prompted to reschedule or I will contact you as soon as I am able. I am located in North County San Diego and hope to meet you soon!
