I believe in a person's ability to grow and as a clinician, the experience of guiding another in the process of growth, is invigorating and has fueled my passion for over 40 years in the helping professions. Seeking outside guidance takes courage and is a valuable strength. I am able to help you to discover your self-defeating patterns and use your courage and strengths to develop new behaviors and strategies that bring you fulfillment and reach your goals.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I use the first session to begin to establish a rapport while conducting the necessary assessment to ensure that I understand your unique experiences, why you are seeking help, and what you hope to get out of the therapy relationship.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Quote by Tao Te Ching: "When the student is ready the teacher will appear." This has been my experience personally and professionally. If you are ready for change, please reach out.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My experience has enabled me to work with a multitude of issues and traumas such as childhood abuse, family dysfunction, grief and loss, military service, substance abuse, domestic violence, chronic illness, marriage, with varying ages and cultural backgrounds.
