My use of these modalities depends on the needs of my client, as treatment is individually tailored to fit the clients’ needs. I believe that the client is the expert of themselves, and my role as your counselor is to help you better understand yourself, and help you get to a place where you are a happier and healthier version of yourself. The one thing I ask of my clients is to be genuine, as I will always be genuine to you. Feel safe to vent your true feelings, as I will not judge you!

I enjoy the use of the psychodynamic approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, and client-centered therapy, which are all evidenced based practices.
