Welcome! My name is Davis Lo and I am currently a Licensed Therapist. Currently accepting new clients for weekly or biweekly sessions!
Do you feel stuck or lost? Almost like no matter what you do you cannot get out of your current situation? Are you having difficulty coping? Sometimes life happens and it can be overwhelming to deal with everything. Do you need someone who will listen, be compassionate, and non judgemental? Well look no further!
By working together, your life can be easier. You will be able to identify your stressors, thought patterns, and challenges that gets in your way of moving forward in life. You will be able to live your best life according to your own values and what is important to you. You will learn skills to be able to manage your stressors and find what is important to you.
I have worked with various age groups from teens to older adults that struggle with psychosis, anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar, and social issues. As a therapist, I focus on helping clients understand their own challenges and working together to find a solution that works for them in a safe environment. In addition, I focus on helping clients find their inner strengths while working on helping them develop a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Hi there! My name is Chelsea and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. In the past, I've had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients of all ages and backgrounds. I believe my communication style is calm and gentle, while still being direct. I do my best to provide a nonjudgmental space wherein the clients I work with can feel comfortable sharing their concerns. I will also challenge clients when appropriate, to allow them to develop insight into ways they can change their thoughts or behaviors in a way that would be helpful for them.
My goal is to empower clients to reach their goals, so they can learn tools and techniques to help them better build upon their strengths and manage mental health symptoms. Eventually, my hope is for all of my clients to feel they are in a place where they can manage symptoms and life stressors on their own, through utilizing the skills they've learned throughout therapy. But until that time, I aim to help my clients learn how to change maladaptive patterns of behavior, and learn ways of helping their selves manage the challenges they are facing.

My name is Mary Sowah-Quaye, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of California State University in Bakersfield. I've worked in many different settings with individuals and families who have a variety of personal issues such as depression/anxiety, stress, family problems, and relationships issues.
I'm a psychoanalyst, not a generalist talk therapist. That distinction matters, especially because "psychoanalysis" gets used loosely to describe all kinds of depth-oriented work — Jungian, relational, psychodynamic — and these approaches, while related, aren't the same as what I do.
I work specifically within a Lacanian framework. Where Jungian analysis tends to orient around archetypes and the collective unconscious, and relational/psychodynamic approaches often emphasize the therapeutic relationship itself as the primary vehicle of change, Lacanian work stays close to language: what you actually say, how you say it, where you stumble, repeat, or contradict yourself. The unconscious, in this view, isn't a symbolic underworld to be mapped; it's structured like a language, and it shows up in the gaps, slips, and inconsistencies of your own speech. My job isn't to interpret you from the outside or to be a warm, steady presence that helps you feel supported (though I'm very present and attentive to what you say). It's by listening very closely to what you say — and how you say it — that patterns you can't currently see start to become audible to you.
This also means the frame looks different than typical talk therapy. Sessions can be variable in length rather than a fixed 45 to 60 minutes, because meaningful moments don't always arrive on a schedule. Over time, and only when it makes sense, we may move toward more frequent sessions and away from face-to-face format, using the couch — not as a gimmick, but because many people find they speak more freely without the pull to read my reactions.
This work is slower and less directive than most therapy people have tried. It's not for everyone, and it's not designed as such. It's for people who've done other kinds and want to go further.
Hi! My name is Frances and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist practicing for the last 7 years. I received my master’s from California State University Northridge. I help client’s work on whatever aspects of their lives they want to improve, increasing coping tools to manage difficulties in life. Being able to work as a therapist has been a dream come true and something I am so grateful I have been able to pursue. I’m Shannon, a licensed psychotherapist and certified yoga therapist. I work with individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck in their relationships, or disconnected from themselves.
If you tend to overthink, feel anxious in connection, or shut down when things get hard—you’re not alone. Together, we slow things down so you can understand what’s actually happening inside you, and learn how to feel more like yourself again.
My work blends talk therapy with body awareness, because real change doesn’t just happen in your head—it happens when you can feel it.
Good day to you, my name is Mario Palacios
I am a LMFT. I have been a therapist for over 25 years. I have had my practice since 2011. In that time, I have learned and have continued to learn what it takes to become a more effective therapist. During this time, I have treated many people with various issues/challenges that have resulted in positive outcomes. The most important impact for me is being able to see when my client has been able to make changes in their lives where they have improved themselves, found more clarity and continue to seek more improvement.
If you are a millennial or gen z woman, you've probably become quite skilled at explaining away your own needs so that others can feel more comfortable. On the outside you look like you are doing fine, but inside loneliness, uncertainty, and self-doubt tell a different story. I specialize in clients who are tired of surviving in silence and are ready to start living. Together we will explore past and present experiences to deepen your self-understanding and nurture healing.
Welcome! If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or going through a life transition, you’re not alone. I offer a collaborative approach to therapy that moves beyond labels and one-size-fits-all solutions. Together, we’ll work toward understanding what’s happening, what you want to change, and what can help you move forward.
I work with individuals, including young adults and women navigating different stages of life such as college, career changes, and parenthood. My approach is goal-oriented and draws from systemic, solution-focused, and problem-solving therapies, always taking your unique experiences, strengths, and goals into account.
Please note: I am not currently accepting new couples.

I have been a licensed therapist for over 15 years, licensed in California and Nevada. I understand that reaching out and starting the therapy process can be a little overwhelming in and of itself, so I work to set a pace that is comfortable for my client. If you are ready to dive into the deep end, we will go there. If you need some time to ease into the hard work of therapy, we will go at a pace that feels comfortable. I see myself as a guide in the process of therapy and, at times, more of a teacher, sharing strategies and information. My goal as a therapist is to help you develop the resources and strategies to feel confident in your ability to handle life challenges. Sometimes that involves really getting in touch with the way you think and what you believe, or exploring how you are talking to yourself, or it might involve healing childhood wounds. Since each client is unique I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, I incorporate evidenced based strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and sometimes complimentary therapies such as Guided Imagery. I tend to be eclectic in my approach because each person is an individual, and there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to resolving life issues.

LMFT, MA, PsyD Candidate
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, Connecticut, and Utah. I have a Bachelor of Science in Education and Dance Therapy from New York University. I have two master's degrees: one in marriage and family counseling from the University of Phoenix and a second master's in clinical psychology from Alliant International University, California School of Professional Psychology. I am enrolled in the PsyD doctoral program at California Southern University and am scheduled to graduate in 05/2025.
I have 23 years of experience as an educator, counselor, career counselor, and researcher in psychology. As a licensed MFT therapist, my expertise is in the areas of substance abuse, prison populations, AB109s (felons)/290s (sex offenders), anger management, domestic violence, career counseling, and parenting supervision. In addition to individual, couples, and family counseling, I have experience with specific populations, such as transgender and LGBTQ, with a particular cultural emphasis on identity formation.
I have worked closely with psychiatrists regarding members who require medication management and assessments, diagnosing and creating for those individuals, couples, and family's treatment plans counseling services. My clientele ranges from 6 to 75 years of age, and my therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Narrative therapy, and Supportive therapy. My foundation and belief system are based on being culturally sensitive when working with all clients to understand how they see their presenting problem within the context of their culture.
Motherhood can be one of life's most meaningful transitions, but it can also bring unexpected challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, identity shifts, relationship changes, and feelings of isolation. Whether you are trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy, adjusting to life after birth, or coping with pregnancy or infant loss, you don't have to face it alone.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in supporting women through the emotional complexities of the perinatal period. My approach is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care and guided by cultural humility, recognizing that every person's experiences, values, and family story are unique.
Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience as a mother, which deepens my understanding of the joys, vulnerabilities, and profound life changes that can accompany pregnancy and parenthood. While every journey is different, I understand how overwhelming this season can feel and strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.
I approach therapy through a non-pathologizing, strengths-based lens, believing that many emotional struggles during the perinatal period are understandable responses to significant life transitions rather than personal failures. Therapy is a collaborative process where we can explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, strengthen your coping skills, reconnect with your sense of self, and build confidence as you move forward.
My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and supported as you navigate this chapter with greater resilience, self-compassion, and hope.
It is not always easy to reach out for help, but you are on the right path. Things will get better as we approach your struggles and goals together. I have any easy going straight forward approach to therapy as I work to meet each client’s unique needs.
I have been a therapist for over 30 years and have worked with clients on a myriad of issues including anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, perinatal loss and other women’s issues. My work has also included working with folks on life transitions whether it be family or career related, as these can create much stress for people.
I have worked in Connecticut, Florida and Texas, both as a clinical leader and practicing clinician. I am currently licensed in Connecticut, California and Texas. My training was at the Columbia School of Social Work where I received my masters degree.
I truly look forward to the opportunity of working together and hope we will talk soon. You are not alone.
I suffer from PTSD and my journey into therapy began with years of denial. As all heroes do I refused the call. Then I started helping others - the immigrant, the unhoused, the addicted - and I saw the beauty of human resilience. I discovered the capacity for compassion, healing, and evolution in others as well as myself. I fully believe therapy has the power to not only help people survive but to thrive.
"Being able to be your true self is one of the strongest components of good mental health" – Lauren Mersy. As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to help you understand the causes of your distress and find personalized coping strategies to achieve your goals. With compassion, validation, and flexibility, I support your healing journey. Together, we will work toward a healthier, more balanced life.

I am queer and experienced with working with the queer community and with people living alternative lifestyles such as non-monogamy.
I began my career working with youth and families in residential settings, where I saw firsthand the impact our experiences can have on how we move through the world. My own life experiences also shaped my path to becoming a therapist and taught me the importance of feeling seen, understood, and supported. Over the years, this has shaped an approach that looks at the whole person—their story, strengths, relationships, and the experiences that have made them who they are.

I specialize in helping individuals as they navigate grief, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship challenges, and behavioral concerns. I understand that these struggles are not just diagnoses—they are lived experiences that can quietly shape how you see yourself, how you connect with others, and how you move through your day.
Anxiety can feel like a constant hum in the background—keeping you on edge, overthinking, and emotionally worn down. Many people carry it for years without realizing how much it’s impacting their relationships and sense of peace. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep managing it by yourself.
Depression is often misunderstood because it doesn’t always look like sadness. Sometimes it feels like exhaustion, numbness, irritability, or simply going through the motions without feeling connected to your life. It can make even the smallest tasks feel heavy. But depression is treatable, and with the right support, it is possible to feel like yourself again.
In our work together, I offer a space where you can be seen, heard, and understood—without judgment. My goal is not only to help you cope, but to help you reconnect with yourself, find clarity in what you’re feeling, and build a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and yours.

Many appear successful on paper yet feel disconnected, anxious, or unfulfilled inside. Our work focuses on rebuilding intimacy, confidence, and freedom that lasts. My learning didn’t end with degrees; it continues through mentorship, embodiment, and years of helping people reclaim the parts of themselves that feel hidden or shut down. I founded Palm Springs Psychotherapy to offer a private, deeply personalized space for clients who want more than symptom relief. My approach blends cognitive, relational, and somatic methods to help you reconnect with what feels real and alive, both in your mind and in your body.
f you’re ready to feel more connected and fully alive, let’s begin with a private consultation. This work is for people who are ready for real change, deeper relationships, sexual confidence, and a clearer sense of self.
Hi! I am Remya Jacob, licensed clinical social worker in the state of California with experience of working as a medical social worker in various healthcare settings including memory care, clinics and hospice.
My work focuses on helping and supporting individuals with different coping skills, prevent burnout and reducing stress.
I like to incorporate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy techniques, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy during sessions.
My approach draws on psychoanalytic thinking, which revolves on one central idea: much of what we think and feel remains outside of our awareness.
Sometimes we keep powerful feelings hidden so we can continue moving through the day, or we simply cannot find time to reflect on everything that is happening to us.
In any case, keeping these potent experiences hidden may leave us feeling stiff, dreary, unfulfilled, or even numb and dull. I offer emotional attunement and embodied wisdom.
Clients come away from sessions with self-trust, and more secure boundary-wise self-care.
If you are feeling stuck, and unable to make changes in your life, you're not alone. Whether it's in your professional life, your personal life, or both, feeling unsuccessful at doing life may affect your mood, your outlook, and your health. Repeated frustration and disappointment can lead to depression, anxiety, problems sleeping, etc.
For 20 years, I have worked with people to help them unlearn negative behaviors and thinking patterns, replacing them with new habits and ideas that support the changes they want to make. Through experiencing success, most people find a new sense of accomplishment that improves their mood, enabling them to take better care of themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally,
Deciding to enter into therapy is an important decision. I believe that it can be a major turning point in your life, and by working through a modality that considers your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, you are very likely to achieve the quality of life that you are seeking.

Hi. I'm a licensed clinical social worker and received my Masters from USC. I've provided therapy since 2010. I've spend 14 years working with adolescents but i also have experience working with veterans and people with addiction. I've worked with people that have PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, anger issues, drug and alcohol addictions; I've also facilitated various groups in schools and in psychiatric facilities. If you are looking for someone that focuses on themes of Existentialism, I am not your person. I like to focus on concrete goals that are measurable and observable.
I am a licensed therapist with a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Baroda. I have extensive experience working with individuals facing challenges with depression and anxiety, helping them find purpose and achieve their life goals.
My communication style is warm, empathetic, and focused on motivational interviewing and mindfulness-based techniques. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly express themselves.
