Hi I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) i have been working with children, families, couple and individuals in the mental health field for over 10 years i have been providing therapy in a community based setting for over 5 years. I believe in a mind body/ holistic approach while providing an individualized service based off of your individual needs.
In our first session together we will start with brief introductions, i will ask what your desired outcome of therapy is and what are your current expectations from your therapist. Then we will dive into your specific needs and challenges, once we have discussed the purpose of therapy we will take time to establish goals and a plan to obtain your goal and sustain your progress upon discharge.
I recognize humans are not cookie cutter gingerbread people and my approach to my clients is individualistic, I am strength based and will challenge your thoughts.
I love working with individuals who desire a deep understanding of themselves and are open to making lasting changes.

Coral has helped me view different aspects of how others perceive things and with that understanding, I have been better able to communicate with my loved ones. I am enjoying learning more about myself and healing grief and trauma with Coral's help.
I have been using CBT for over 6 years, our mind & body are very much connected. Thoughts become feelings, feelings impact behavior. Gaining tools to assist in controlling thoughts supports in altering our behavior and feelings regarding situations.
