Hi there and great job on taking that first step in considering if therapy is right for you. I invite you to come with me on a journey of your own choosing where we will walk together in darkness to find the light you’ve been seeking. Whether it’s life’s little annoying stressors or more complex issues, as a trauma survivor myself, I know firsthand what this is like and wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Whether you choose me or another therapist, make the choice to just give it a try. Sometimes all you need is another person to hold the light while you do the work you need to heal.

Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over six years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through a variety of mental health challenges and life transitions. Before becoming a therapist, I also worked directly in healthcare, an experience that shaped my understanding of the importance of empathy, compassion, and meeting people where they are.
I grew up in Southern California and am a first-generation Filipino American. My background has helped me appreciate the importance of culture, family, identity, and the different experiences that shape who we are. I’m naturally curious and genuinely enjoy learning about different cultures, especially through their food and languages.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes, traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with my husband and senior dog (She's a Pomeranian). I believe curiosity is an important part of both life and therapy—it allows us to slow down, ask questions, and better understand ourselves and others.

Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Duquesne University and then Marywood University. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and registered art therapist providing telehealth services to TN and CA residents. As a practicing visual artist for 22 years I understand the psychological, emotional, financial and lifestyle challenges that creatives face in a world that prioritizes capitalism over creativity. I will help you to use your unique gifts and talents in order to live your life in the fullest expression of yourself.
I have been a licensed therapist for over 20 years. Currently licensed in California and Nevada. I understand that reaching out and starting the therapy process can be a little overwhelming in and of itself, so I strive to set a pace that is comfortable for my client. If you are ready to dive into the deep end, we will go there. If you need some time to ease into the hard work of therapy, we will go at a pace that feels comfortable. I see myself as a guide in the process of therapy and, at times, more of a teacher, sharing strategies and information. My goal as a therapist is to help you develop the resources and strategies to feel confident in your ability to handle life challenges. Sometimes that involves really getting in touch with the way you think and what you believe, or exploring how you are talking to yourself, or it might involve healing childhood wounds. Since each client is unique I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, I incorporate evidenced based strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and sometimes complimentary therapies such as Guided Imagery. I tend to be eclectic in my approach because each person is an individual, and there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to resolving life issues.
I have 8 years of experience helping adults, young adults, teens and families. I'm licensed in CA and hold additional certification in EMDR therapy. I spent 20 years working in higher education before transitioning into the therapist role. In my free time, I enjoy connecting with nature and playing with pets, scuba diving, salsa dancing, improv and theatre, reading and exploring our muticultural world through travelling with my globalized family. Я так же говорю на русском і розмовляю українскою мовою.

I am passionate about helping people build a healthier relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves so they can spend less time struggling and more time engaging in the things that matter most to them.
Many of the clients I work with feel exhausted by constant self-criticism, food and body thoughts, anxiety, or the pressure to get everything "right." They may find themselves stuck in cycles of restriction, binge eating, emotional eating, people-pleasing, or perfectionism, despite their best efforts to change. I believe that lasting change is most sustainable when it comes from a place of understanding and self-compassion rather than shame or self-judgment.

Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder, body image concerns, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from yourself, I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can occur.

Life is difficult. We all faces challenges that impact our emotions, goals and needs. I focus on these challenges as a stepping stone to self awareness and growth by helping my clients understand emotions as pathway to growth and change. Even the most "educated and successful" of us need to step back and take a look at our lives and see stumbling blocks as an opportunity rather than a reason to give up!
Hello, I’m Ritika Kaur, a California-based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (License #101199). In my psychotherapy practice, I provide a compassionate, client-centered environment where healing can begin.
My path into the mental health field began with a simple goal to help people navigate hard times and find fulfillment. After earning my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from National University in 2011, I spent several years working in community mental health. This role gave me valuable experience in providing evidence-based care to a wide range of individuals. I became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California in 2017, and I remain dedicated to helping my clients build resilience and well-being.
I support clients facing mild to moderate mental health challenges, including anxiety, stress, relationship issues, grief, family and parenting stress, and major life transitions. During our initial meeting, we will discuss your specific needs. If I determine that your situation requires support outside my area of expertise, I will provide you with referrals and recommendations to ensure you receive the care you need.
While I am happy to support you in other ways, I do not provide disability documentation, medical leave paperwork, or ESA letters. If you require these specific forms or legal documentation, I recommend consulting with a provider who specializes in those assessments.
For new clients:
Please ensure all intake documents are completed prior to our session. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring a smooth start to our work together.
Each of us has our own story and sometimes our experiences leaves us feeling confused, frightened, sad, and often tremendously isolated. I believe therapy can unravel harmful repetitive thought processes and behaviors. Your painful experiences do not have to define you.
My approach to therapy always starts with listening to my client's needs. My methods evolve through constant customization and mutual collaboration. Therapy with me will include exploring aspects of life that are not working well and constructing solutions.
