Hello,,, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist practicing for over 20 years. I currently specialize with client's going through life transitions, phase of life issues, grief, and adjustment. I work with individuals who may be going through different life changes, focusing on creating stability and exploring a person's sense of purpose within different life phases/changes. I a action oriented and focus on finding solutions to the challenges that an individual may be experiencing.
In our first session we will discuss the challenges that has brought one in to seek therapy. I will provide a brief introduction, focusing on how i work and exploring therapist/client match. We will discuss expectations with regards to services and focus on creating a plan of action.
I am action oriented clinician willing to work on creating a strong therapeutic relationship that will foster communication and a plan of action. I am flexible in the work that i do, moreover am wiling to meet the client where they are at in the process.
