I am an LCSW with 7 years experience looking to work with clients seeking to make a change in their mental health. I enjoy working with folks facing a variety of challenges, including experiencing depression, anxiety, family difficulties, parenting struggles or going through life transitions. I use a client centered approach and believe that every client has the capacity to make change in their life.
During our first session, you can expect to discuss what therapy will look like and to complete a brief assessment where I gather history and we collaboratively decide on therapy goals.
I believe that therapy can be life changing, and work from a nonjudgmental, client-centered approach that truly aims to partner with a client to empower them to be the agent of change in their own life.
