Is this the first time you thinking about having therapy? Let's talk about what therapy is and is not. Tell me your expectations. Therapy is in part, talking about how you are feeling whether you have depression, anxiety, or feel overwhelmed by your work, family or relationships or by all three . But that is just the beginning. My name is Judith Copeland, I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I want to help you achieve the positive changes would you like to see in your life.
Do you feel you cannot cope, have no self-esteem or don’t even know what will make you happy? Together we will uncover your strengths and you will learn the skills you need to better manage your emotions. I use several treatment methods including, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Integrative Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to tailor your care to your specific needs.
We will explore what is holding you back from achieving your goals and help you heal from past traumas. You will learn how your negative beliefs influence your mood and get in the way of your happiness. Often, we forget that everything is connected. Mind, Body, and Spirit. We need to take care of ourselves physically, psychologically, and spiritually. We often don’t really understand how deeply connected they are to our well-being. I will help you learn that self-care is just as important and or even more important as everything else you do.
We have within ourselves the ability to create the life we want and become the person we want to be. I would like to support you on this journey and look forward to meeting you.
I'm an LMFT based in Oregon and California. I have a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and have been practicing as a therapist for 8 years. I help adults experiencing life changes, anxiety, and also hormonal changes. I use empathy, compassion, and respect in every session and hope to make clients feel comfortable and welcomed, and free to be themselves. Often clients do not come in for trauma specifically, but more often than not, trauma and grief come up in a client’s past or childhood, so I am trauma-informed and very experienced in treating trauma. I am flexible for using part of a session for the “here and now” immediate goals, and part of session for healing old wounds, for more deep healing.
I compassionately partner with people to help them process life experiences, identify any obstacles, and plan their next steps. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and those overcoming various challenges, including grief and loss, community violence, shifting relationships, and life transitions. My non-judgmental approach keeps you at the center of support with your goals as the guide. If you feel like moving forward with purpose and supportive guidance, I would be honored to join you in your journey.
Yes, life can be difficult, and you're here looking for help. For 35 years I've helped people like you look at their lives. I've helped them find ways to directly look at the pain, fear, anger, shame, depression, trauma, and other things that feel overwhelming. More importantly, I've helped people move beyond today's focus on pain and struggle to discover new ways to manage their lives, to suffer less, to feel more space, trust, and aliveness.

My most common therapy techniques that I use first is client centered therapy approach. I start where the client is most comfortable and work on building a safe environment for the client. My first goal is to build a therapeutic relationship with my client. Then my goal is to work with strength based, cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, solutions focused, interpersonal therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness therapy techniques. I use an eclectic approach as each client is different and has different needs. My goal is to help the client's to identify the fact that sometimes therapy is identifying the small steps that client is making towards their treatment goals.
Hi, my name is Colleen and I am an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in CA. I work with adults and teens utilizing a trauma informed approach to care. I specialize in helping clients to manage anxiety and depression, as well as navigating relationships and life transitions. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities that will vary based on the individual client's needs. I take a strengths based, person centered approach to therapy. I’m Agnes Weber-Trzaska, LCSW, a therapist and Certified Brainspotting Practitioner offering depth-oriented, brain-body therapy for individuals seeking meaningful and lasting change. My work is centered on helping clients move beyond simply managing symptoms and toward reconnecting with themselves in a more grounded, clear, and authentic way.
I often work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma responses, burnout, overwhelm, or recurring relational and emotional patterns that continue to feel unresolved despite insight or previous therapy. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and high-functioning on the outside, yet internally feel disconnected, depleted, or stuck in survival-based patterns.
Through an integrative approach that includes Brainspotting, somatic therapy, attachment-based work, CBT, and parts work/IFS-informed approaches, I support clients in accessing deeper layers of healing, nervous system regulation, and emotional integration. My goal is to create a space that feels intentional, attuned, and supportive, and where lasting internal shifts and a different way of being become possible.
Hi, I'm Danielle. I work with founders and leaders (either in organizations or entrepreneurship) navigating the emotional weight of building and leading: burnout, identity shifts, and the pressure of always being "on." With 14 years in operations, leadership development, and my own entrepreneurial journey, I understand this terrain personally, not just clinically. My ideal clients are founders and organizational leaders who are high-functioning, self-aware, and carrying more than they let on. What brings them in is usually burnout, anxiety, relationship strain, or the quiet realization that success on paper doesn't mean they're okay. I help them move forward by understanding the patterns underneath the pressure, rebuilding a relationship with rest and identity, and learning to lead from a more honest, sustainable place. There's a reason people say building a business or leading others teaches you more about yourself than therapy ever will. I'd agree. It's one of the most profound and disorienting journeys a person can take. That's exactly why it helps to talk to someone who genuinely gets it. I’m also a mom of 3.
Who I Work With
-Founders navigating the shift from builder to leader
-Leaders in organizations carrying high-stakes responsibility
-High-achievers who are doing well by every external measure and know something still needs to change

I’m a bilingual therapist who provides a welcoming, safe, and nonjudgmental space to explore life’s challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Together, we focus on your strengths, build resilience, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel empowered, more confident, and connected to yourself and others while navigating life with greater ease.
I am a 74-year old cisgender white woman who grew up in the midwest. I've entered the field of marriage and family therapy after many other careers. I was drawn to this work through my own personal work with therapists I loved and admired. For me, the process is the very "meat" of life. Seeking to release old stuck patterns, seeking to understand, seeking to become all that we can be! We are born to be connected to others, yet we are taught in many cultures to be fierce individuals. We are born into a gender with expectations for what that means from ourselves and others--and our physical gender may not even match our inner experience! It's no wonder that we struggle to find our way through our biographies.
Before becoming a therapist I worked for 25 years as a Waldorf educator. I worked with all ages--Kindergarten through high school. This is a developmental education and an artistic one. I am always informed by our developmental tasks through life, well into our final years. I also enjoy stepping into creative, imaginative when clients are open to it, even if just to think about a problem in a new way.
My imagination serves me when I am with someone. I have experienced a great deal of trauma and loss, but my experience is never the same as yours. With your help I can step into your experience through my capacity to imagine.

Hi! I'm originally from San Francisco. I have worked with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences to find hope and make lasting change for more than 10 yrs. I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where you'll create insight and awareness about patterns. My approach primarily focuses on adults who are interested in enhancing their relationship with themselves to create more rewarding and authentic relationships.
Aloha! My name is Ben. I was born and raised on O‘ahu, Hawai'i by immigrant parents in a multicultural, multigenerational household where emotions and mental health were rarely talked about. Growing up, I learned how easy it is to carry stress, pain, and difficult experiences in silence. I also learned how exhausting it can be to appear okay on the outside while struggling on the inside.
I help people who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and unhealthy relationships. Many of the people I work with are tired of putting everyone else's needs before their own, struggling to set boundaries without guilt, and feeling disconnected from who they are beneath the expectations of others.
I also help people make sense of how past experiences continue to show up in their present lives, whether that's in their relationships, self-worth, body image, or ability to trust themselves. Together, we will explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and work toward creating a stronger sense of self, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who you are.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you've spent much of your life handling things on your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment—a space where you can show up as your authentic self and begin the process of healing, growth, and self-discovery.

I strive to meet clients where they are and walk alongside them as they navigate challenges, rediscover hope, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I understand how challenging it is to come to therapy and speak of subjects that can bring about fear, anxiety and feelings of being judged. Therapy is the safest of environments to bring up topics that have brought about great pain or arrest in one’s life. My hope for you is that therapy becomes a useful tool to transform your life into how you envision it to be. Life is too short not to be lived out to its fullest potential. By working with you, I hope to collaborate in a transformation process where life goals come to fruition. As your therapist, I am your advocate and will support you in all areas where challenges, obstacles and barriers are encountered. I hope this message finds you well and instills a sense of hope that anything, if one’s mind is put to it, is possible to change for the better.

Hello,
I was born and raised in Stockton, California. I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps at the age of 17 and in 1997, after 25 yeas of service, I retired from the Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant. After retiring from the Marine Corps, I worked as a Farrier (Horseshoer), as well as a structural welder (Ironworker), as those were the most marketable skill that I had. I came to a point where old injuries came back to haunt me and I could no longer walk (several years later, thanks to a surgery through the VA, I can walk again; thankful for that).
At this point, I changed professions and out of a desire to work with veterans, I returned to school, accomplishing all that was necessary to become a licensed counselor. I spent another career working for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically as a counselor in the Readjustment Counseling Service (Vet Center). I recently retired from the Vet Center and now I work part-time here with Grow Therapy.
As a retired Marine senior staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) and disabled combat veteran myself, the Vet Center was the perfect job. Vet Centers provide readjustment counseling to combat veterans and provide counseling to survivors of military sexual trauma (MST). Vet Centers also provide group counseling, bereavement counseling and couples counseling when this is determined to be of support to the veteran.
Readjustment counseling many times consists of treating/addressing symptoms related to post-traumatic stress (PTSD), I.e., anxiety, depression, exaggerated startle response, hypervigilance, sleep disturbance, etc. Many veterans go on to work as first responders and working with many first responders as well as medical personal, has provided me with a great deal of additional experience.
Hello, I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in the state of California, I live in the Palm Springs area of Southern Cal. My goal in life is to assist others with their mental health challenges and provide them with tools and education that will help them successfully manage these challenges. I look forward to seeing you in one of my sessions.
I care about how you feel. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, clarity, and collaboration. I help you to explore your stories (emotional, relational, and spiritual) with curiosity and care.
The therapeutic relationship is the basis for insight and change. This collaboration provides a safe place to navigate challenging life stressors. My approach incorporates Client-Centered Therapy, CBT, Strength-Based, and Solution-Focused methods to best meet your needs.
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, job stress, self-esteem concerns, and other issues. My focus is on helping you build coping skills to manage difficulties and make positive changes. My goal is for you to feel supported, gain new understanding, and make strides toward the life you want.
Growing up I was challenged with depression and anxiety along with familial dysfunction. When I heard about psychology in sixth grade, I decided I wanted to be a psychologist. After starting a family and enduring an abusive marriage I went back to school to become a mental health therapist. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and challenging others to open their minds to a different way of thinking. Working with individuals as well as parents and couples is rewarding and fostering change for healthier relationships is truly beautiful.

You're here, which means that you have taken steps toward enhancing your mental wellness. Beginning your therapy journey can be scary, exciting, and powerful.
One of the primary benefits of therapy is emotional support and validation. I encompass a therapeutic, non judgmental, safe space for clients to express themselves freely. I foster a sense of comfort, empathy, and compassion while helping clients navigate their emotions and gain fresh perspective.
Therapy serves as a tool for self exploration. By engaging in meaningful introspective exercises clients will develop healthier coping tools, leading to personal growth.
Welcome and thank you for considering me in your wellness journey. I'm Ekaete Ekpo, a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with over a decade of experience providing psychotherapy. Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I received my Masters from California State University, Fresno and have been practicing for 30+ years. I love helping people who feel stuck in life due to anxiety and depression. I help clients develop self-insight based on their strengths and areas of interest. By doing so, they are able to overcome negative thoughts and self-defeating behaviors and to identify goals to move toward. I use a variety of therapy modalities, some of which are described below. In addition to the ones described, I use art interventions frequently. Although I am not a certified art therapist, I received a great deal of training in neurodevelopmental art therapy with Linda Chapman.
