Hello, I’m a licensed marriage family therapist based in California. I received my master's in science in California and began practicing as a mental health therapist 10 years ago. I have experience helping adults and youth struggling with moderate to severe mental illness (i.e., anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and suicide prevention). I provide them with support and education on healthy coping strategies to overcome life challenges.

I’ve been working with Leticia since the beginning of this year (2025), and I truly don’t know where I’d be without her support. She has taught me powerful coping mechanisms that have helped me manage my anxiety and keep my panic attacks under control, something I never thought was possible before. Her kindness, patience, and deep understanding create a safe space where I can be honest and feel truly heard. She’s the best therapist I’ve ever had, I’m so grateful I found her.
